dy reviews 45 scientific articles published within the last ten years, covering periodization models, physiological responses to training, and the integration of technology in athlete development processes. The findings indicate that block periodization and non-linear periodization are the two most effective approaches, shown to enhance aerobic capacity by up to 10% and muscle strength by approximately 8% in high-level athletes. Additionally, the use of monitoring technologies such as Heart Rate Variability (HRV) and Global Positioning System (GPS) contributes significantly to real-time adjustments in training programs, enabling coaches to respond more accurately to athletes’ physiological conditions and prevent overtraining. However, challenges remain in implementing these technologies in sports with limited resources and due to a lack of long-term studies on the effectiveness of technology-based periodization. These findings emphasize the importance of individualized, data-driven approaches in designing training programs that not only improve performance but also sustain athletes’ careers. By integrating classical periodization principles with modern technology, training programs can be developed to be more adaptive, precise, and contextually tailored to individual needs. In conclusion, modern, responsive periodization supported by advanced technology is a crucial element in creating elite athlete development systems that are not only globally competitive but also focused on long-term health and performance.

Although it has been widely adopted in various universities, the efficiency of this program in enhancing students’ job readiness remains a key question. The aim of this research is to evaluate the implementation of the MBKM program and its impact on students’ job preparation, including both soft skills and hard skills. The background of the issue reveals a gap between higher education graduates’ competencies and the needs of the workforce, which has driven the government to initiate the MBKM policy as a solution to better prepare students for the dynamics of the labor market. The research problem focuses on the effectiveness of MBKM program implementation across various universities and how it affects students’ job readiness. Through a comprehensive literature review method, this study analyzes various scientific publications, policy reports, and evaluation studies related to MBKM from 2020 to 2024. The findings indicate that the implementation of MBKM still varies across higher education institutions with several challenges, such as infrastructure readiness, administrative systems, and stakeholder understanding. However, a positive correlation was found between student participation in the MBKM program, particularly in industry internships and collaborative projects, and improvements in adaptability, problem-solving skills, and technical competencies needed in the workforce. The novelty of this research lies in the comprehensive mapping of critical factors in the implementation of MBKM as well as the development of a sustainable evaluation framework that universities can use to enhance the effectiveness of the MBKM program in preparing graduates who are job-ready and globally competitive.

Fatwas issued by scholars play a crucial role in providing legal guidance for Muslims in Indonesia, particularly in the context of technological and modern economic developments such as e-commerce, sharia fintech, and digital investments. Using a qualitative approach with literature study, this research analyzes various fatwas issued by the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) and the factors influencing the scholars' decisions, including technological advancements, societal needs, and globalization. Furthermore, this study identifies obstacles in the implementation of fatwas, such as limited public understanding and potential conflicts with government regulations. The research finds that, despite the challenges, there is significant potential for aligning fatwas with positive legal regulations in Indonesia. Collaboration between scholars, religious institutions, and the government is essential to ensure the effective implementation of fatwas and create an inclusive and just legal system for Muslims. The synergy between fatwas and regulations is expected to support the sustainable development of the Islamic economy and contribute to the building of a more prosperous and harmonious Indonesian society.

Modern markets, with more organized management and better facilities, often attract consumer attention away from traditional markets, despite offering higher prices. This research employs a qualitative method with an interactive approach, where the researcher directly interacts with the subjects of the study. The findings indicate that 75% of traditional market traders do not feel threatened by modern markets, as they can still attract customers with lower prices and negotiation flexibility. However, 25% of traders experience negative impacts due to decreased income, with an average decline ranging from 10% to 15%. This study highlights the necessity for traditional market traders to adapt to changes and seek new strategies to sustain their businesses amidst increasing competition. The findings aim to provide a deeper understanding of market dynamics in Gumawang City and support the development of better policies for traditional markets.

the Bulutellue Village community. This research applies qualitative research methods. Data was collected through literature review and field research. Field data was collected by conducting participant observation and in-depth interviews with 9 people. Data analysis was carried out by applying the Miles and Huberman technique, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that: (1) the mattoana bola celebration is carried out by small families who have successfully built a house and lived in it for approximately three years in a healthy condition and with sufficient sustenance. The mattoana bola celebration is an expression of gratitude to Allah by carrying out several stages, including mattanra esso, maddareheng, massolong bola, mabbarasanji, and mabbaca doang salama. (2) the implementation of the mattoana bola celebration has an important meaning for the people of Bulutellue Village because it contains several values, namely, the value of mutual cooperation, the value of togetherness, religious values, and the value of obedience to leaders.

This research aims to explore the factors influencing individual investment interest in PT. Indonex Bangun Investama, a key player in the Indonesian capital market. The research adopts a quantitative approach involving 82 active investors of PT. Indonex Bangun Investama. Data analysis utilizes various statistical techniques such as normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and multiple linear regression analysis to examine the impact of risk, motivation, and investment knowledge variables on investment interest. The analysis results indicate that risk and motivation significantly affect investment interest, while investment knowledge, although important, does not significantly influence investment interest individually. These findings provide deeper insights into the psychological and economic factors underlying individual investment decisions in the Indonesian capital market. The implications of this research suggest the need for a more holistic and strategic educational approach to enhance financial literacy and effective risk mitigation in individual investment strategies. Thus, this research makes a significant contribution to the development of education strategies and risk management in the Indonesian capital market context, laying a foundation for further discussions on expanding accessibility and participation in investment among the public.

In the current era of globalization, the wetonan tradition is faced with various challenges that threaten its survival. Changes in people’s attitudes and mindsets, urbanization, and doubts about traditional values are some of the main challenges. Shifting values and priorities in society, changes in value and belief systems, and doubts about the role of tradition in the era of globalization are some of the main challenges. However, preserving the wetonan tradition is crucial to maintaining a rich and diverse cultural identity and strengthening the solidarity of Javanese indigenous communities. To maintain and face the challenges of the wetonan tradition remaining relevant and valued by the community, concrete steps are needed. In facing this challenge, it is important to continue to educate the public about the cultural and spiritual values contained in the wetonan tradition, as well as to replant these values to strengthen the sustainability of the wetonan tradition amid the ongoing flow of modernization and globalization. Thus, the wetonan tradition can continue to live and develop as an integral part of the cultural identity of Javanese society. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman karyawan Bosowa Transportation mengenai komunikasi lintas generasi melalui psikoedukasi non-training berbasis infografis. Metode yang digunakan diawali dengan need assessment melalui kuesioner dan wawancara untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan utama yang dihadapi karyawan. Intervensi diberikan dalam bentuk poster infografis bertema “Connect Beyond Age: Cara Berkomunikasi Lintas Generasi”, yang dilaksanakan di unit bisnis Oto Klinik, Oto Rental, dan Taksi Bosowa. Untuk mengukur efektivitas intervensi, dilakukan pre-test dan post-test menggunakan pertanyaan terbuka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum intervensi, sebagian besar karyawan belum memahami konsep komunikasi lintas generasi secara menyeluruh. Setelah diberikan intervensi berupa psikoedukasi non training, terjadi peningkatan pemahaman karyawan terkait perbedaan gaya komunikasi antar generasi, hambatan yang sering muncul, serta strategi komunikasi efektif yang dapat diterapkan di lingkungan kerja. Dengan demikian, psikoedukasi berbasis infografis terbukti efektif sebagai media edukatif dalam meningkatkan kualitas komunikasi lintas generasi dan mendukung terciptanya interaksi kerja yang lebih harmonis di Bosowa Transportation.

Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur, ditemukan bahwa penerapan mesin CNC meningkatkan presisi, kecepatan produksi, efisiensi biaya, serta fleksibilitas desain. Selain itu, teknologi ini berkontribusi dalam pengurangan limbah produksi dan peningkatan keselamatan kerja, yang secara keseluruhan memperkuat daya saing perusahaan di pasar global. Dengan perencanaan matang dan pengelolaan sumber daya yang baik, penerapan mesin CNC di PT. er di Rantau Prapat merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata yang memiliki potensi besar, namun masih menghadapi kendala akses internet yang terbatas. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan teknologi internet berbasis Starlink yang didukung oleh sumber energi terbarukan, yaitu solar cell, guna menyediakan akses internet tanpa batas di kawasan wisata tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini mencakup survei awal untuk mengetahui kebutuhan dan kondisi lingkungan, pemasangan perangkat Starlink dan panel surya, serta pelatihan bagi pengelola dalam managemen dan pemeliharaan sistem. Hasil dari implementasi ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi Starlink dan solar cell mampu memberikan konektivitas internet yang stabil dengan kecepatan tinggi, tanpa bergantung pada jaringan seluler atau kabel optik. Selain itu, penerapan teknologi ini juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan daya tarik wisata Pantai Geger serta mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal melalui digitalisasi promosi dan layanan berbasis internet. Dengan adanya infrastruktur internet berbasis energi terbarukan ini, diharapkan kawasan wisata Pantai Geger dapat menjadi destinasi wisata yang lebih modern dan berdaya saing, serta memberikan manfaat jangka panjang bagi masyarakat sekitar.
