. Each cycle consists of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this research are third-semester students totaling 32 individuals. Data were collected through observation and tests using observation sheets and test instruments. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the study indicate: 1) There is a significant improvement in students' academic performance from the pre-cycle to cycle 2, indicating that the learning model used is effective in enhancing students' understanding and achievement. 2) Changes in teaching strategies successfully increased the average scores and classical mastery percentages, confirming that adjustments in teaching methods have a positive impact on students' learning outcomes. 3) The number of students who have not reached the learning targets decreased from cycle 1 to cycle 2, indicating an improvement in the quality of learning and the success of additional efforts in addressing learning challenges.

This research aims to find out what obstacles the teachers of SMPN 2 Dompu have in designing modules and assessing the project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile (P5) of the Merdeka Curriculum. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method. The data analysis technique used in this research is a data analysis technique developed by Creswell including data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are that there are 6 teacher obstacles. The first teacher has difficulty identifying the readiness stages of educational units in designing modules and project assessments to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Second, teachers have difficulty determining dimensions and themes in designing modules and assessments for projects to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Third, teachers have difficulty designing and determining time allocation in module design and assessment as well as implementing projects to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Fourth, teachers have difficulty developing topics and activity lines in designing modules and assessments for projects strengthening the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Fifth, teachers have difficulty creating and designing project modules for strengthening Pancasila student profiles (P5). Sixth, teachers do not yet understand how to create assessment and assessment rubrics in the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). The weekly evaluations conducted by the section head with the team can be seen as a proactive step in maintaining performance quality. Although it is already quite good, there is a need for improvement to make these evaluations more effective in preventing and addressing violations. On the defensive strategy side, implementing mild sanctions in the form of written warnings has been effective. These sanctions are given to employees who violate rules, such as being absent without notice for 6 to 10 days. Moderate and severe sanctions have also been well implemented when needed, indicating readiness to respond to more serious violations. Overall, offensive and defensive strategies in the Sub-District Office of Pitumpanua are already quite good, but continuous improvement is needed to ensure their effectiveness in dealing with various situations and cases of bureaucratic pathologies in the future.

The research results show that a comprehensive risk identification process provides a strong basis for designing effective risk management strategies. In-depth risk evaluation allows organizations to prioritize the most significant risks and develop appropriate mitigation actions. Implementation of risk mitigation strategies such as prevention, mitigation, transfer or retention of risk has contributed significantly to reducing the negative impact of risks faced by organizations. This research confirms that risk management is not only a tool to protect organizational value, but also a proactive approach that supports the achievement of long-term strategic goals. By implementing best practices in risk management, organizations can build a solid foundation for sustainable growth and success in a competitive and dynamic marketplace.

This teaching assistance activity is conducted at UPT SD Negeri 066656, one of the elementary schools in Medan, specifically located at Jl. Karya Sembada No. 182 A PB. Selayang II. The objective is to provide direct teaching experience, understand student characteristics, and develop skills in designing, implementing, and evaluating the learning process. Through this teaching assistance program, students not only observe the learning process but also actively participate in teaching activities and assist teachers in the learning process. This report is compiled as a form of accountability for the implementation of the teaching assistance activities and as a reflection on the experiences gained during the program. Additionally, students have carried out a series of activities focused on improving the quality of learning and applying 21st-century learning approaches. The activities conducted include: Students observing the learning process in the classroom, including analyzing the curriculum and students' learning needs. The 107 educational staff members of Bosowa University in 2026 make up the study population, and a complete sampling technique is used. Questionnaires, interviews, observations, and personnel data recording were used to gather data. Descriptive statistics, basic linear regression, and various tests were employed in data analysis. Kinship-based recruitment procedures fall into the top category, according to the study's results (score 4.17). An estimated 52% of the 42 educational employees hired between 2023 and 2025 did so through non-competitive means that included nepotism. The performance of education staff hired prior to 2023 (score 3.70) and those hired between 2023 and 2025 (score 2.31) differs significantly, by 37.6%. 48.3% of the reduction in performance is positively and significantly impacted by family-based recruitment techniques. For education staff hired through non-merit methods, this report suggests implementing a meritocracy system, thorough HR audits, and competency improvement initiatives.

In addition, a wireless-based network makes it easier for students to access the internet anywhere. The implementation of the network installation consists of several units of RJ-45 connectors on UTP cables, access point configuration, and Mikrotik hotspot server configuration. With the presence of a wireless network in the SMA Negeri 1 Dolok Sanggul environment, it will make it easier for students and teachers to access the internet. Abdi Budi Mulia dalam menerapkan Checklist Self Assessment (CSA) Report sebagai instrumen evaluasi mandiri untuk mendukung pencegahan fraud dan mengurangi temuan audit internal. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif yang meliputi identifikasi permasalahan, pelatihan penyusunan CSA Report, pendampingan implementasi, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan bahwa peserta memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai pengendalian internal, manajemen risiko, dan pentingnya pengawasan mandiri dalam aktivitas operasional. Selain itu, peserta mampu menyusun indikator pengendalian, melakukan identifikasi risiko secara lebih sistematis, serta mengimplementasikan CSA Report sesuai dengan kebutuhan unit kerja masing-masing. Penerapan CSA Report juga mendorong terbentuknya mekanisme pengawasan yang lebih proaktif sehingga potensi kesalahan dan ketidaksesuaian prosedur dapat dikenali lebih awal sebelum menjadi temuan audit. Recurring internal audit findings indicate that existing control mechanisms have not fully ensured consistent procedural compliance across all work units. Such conditions may increase the risk of operational errors and irregularities if preventive control measures are not adequately implemented. This community service program aimed to enhance the knowledge and capabilities of staff and management at PT. Abdi Budi Mulia in implementing a Checklist Self Assessment (CSA) Report as a self-evaluation instrument to support fraud prevention and reduce internal audit findings. The program employed a participatory approach consisting of problem identification, CSA Report training, implementation assistance, and activity evaluation. The results demonstrated that participants gained a better understanding of internal control, risk management, and the importance of self-monitoring in operational activities. Participants were also able to develop relevant control indicators, identify operational risks more systematically, and implement CSA Reports according to the specific needs of their respective work units. Furthermore, the implementation of CSA Reports encouraged a more proactive monitoring mechanism, enabling potential errors and procedural non-compliance to be identified before becoming audit findings. Therefore, CSA Report implementation can serve as an effective alternative for strengthening internal control systems and supporting sustainable fraud prevention efforts within the organization
