ernal motivation is self-awareness or Mindfulness. However, research on Mindfulness as a factor influencing learning motivation, particularly in Generation Z, is still quite limited. Therefore, this study aims to examine the role of Mindfulness in enhancing learning motivation in Generation Z. This research uses purposive sampling to select samples that meet the research criteria. The participants involved are Generation Z individuals aged between 12 and 27 years, residing in Banten, and currently enrolled as active students. To measure the level of learning motivation, the Academic Motivation Scale (AMS) is used, while the Five Facet Mindfulness Scale (FMMQ-10) is used to measure the level of Mindfulness. The results of the study show a significant positive relationship between Mindfulness and learning motivation, with a regression coefficient of 0.152. This means that the higher an individual's level of Mindfulness, the higher their learning motivation will be. These findings suggest that Mindfulness can play an important role in improving learning motivation, especially when applied alongside other supporting factors such as social support, emotional regulation, and a conducive learning environment. This study provides evidence that a Mindfulness-based approach has the potential to be applied in strategies to enhance learning motivation. Therefore, the development of programs integrating Mindfulness practices into students' daily lives, particularly among Generation Z, could be an effective step in improving the quality of their learning experience.

Madrasah principals also pay attention to the welfare of teachers and staff by providing adequate support, both financially and non-financially. Challenges faced include budget constraints and lack of access to external professional training. This activity is considered serious and carries severe consequences, especially for the people of Israel. The theological basis for this prohibition lies in the jealousy of God, which arises when offerings are given to idols. Idol worship is equated with the practices of pagan nations and reflects unfaithfulness to God. This research also describes the history and theology behind this prohibition. Through the perspectives of Brian S. Rosner, E. L. Carlson, and Christie Kusnandar, the research demonstrates how idol worship triggers God's jealous reaction and disrupts the human relationship with Him. Variasi morfologi meliputi bentuk, warna, tekstur tudung, karakteristik stipe, dan tipe himenofor sebagai bentuk adaptasi terhadap mikrohabitat serasah daun. Penelitian ini menyediakan data dasar keanekaragaman jamur lokal serta menunjukkan potensi biodiversitas jamur di kawasan hutan kampus.
Macroscopic fungi play an important role as decomposers in forest ecosystems, yet information on their morphology in campus forests remains limited. This study aimed to identify and describe the morphological characteristics of macroscopic fungi growing on leaf litter in the forest area of UIN Sultan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. A descriptive exploratory method with a qualitative approach and purposive sampling was employed. Six fungal morphotypes were identified: Leucocoprinus sp., Clavulina sp., Marasmius sp. (two morphotypes), Mycena sp., and Coltricia sp. Morphological variations included cap shape, color, texture, stipe characteristics, and hymenophore type, reflecting adaptation to leaf litter microhabitats. The findings provide baseline data on local fungal biodiversity and demonstrate the biodiversity potential of the campus forest.
