se of this study is to analyze public perceptions of the implementation of the principles of accountability, transparency, openness, and the rule of law in public services in Gurinda Jaya Village, Merauke Regency, and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of village officials and community service users. The results indicate that the implementation of good governance principles has not been optimal, characterized by discrepancies in service delivery times with established standards, limited public understanding of service information, inconsistent transparency practices, and an unfulfilled sense of justice and legal certainty in public services. The study's conclusion confirms that strengthening apparatus capacity, improving discipline and integrity, and strengthening village government commitment and community participation are important implications for realizing more effective and accountable village governance.

Constant exposure to such content creates anxiety about missing out on seemingly important social experiences. FOMO then triggers consumptive actions, not due to functional needs, but because of symbolic impulses and social pressure to remain relevant within digital communities. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method with in-depth interviews of informants aged 20–26 years. The analysis results show that content such as unboxing, product reviews, and personal lifestyles have a significant impact on creating social pressure and shaping consumption-based identity. These findings underscore the importance of digital literacy and critical awareness so that Generation Z does not get trapped in a cycle of impulsive consumption, which poses risks to both mental and financial health. As an alternative, the Joy of Missing Out (JOMO) approach is introduced to build healthier and more authentic digital relationships.

d to enhance employee performance, especially in carrying out operational tasks that require punctuality and responsibility. This study uses a quantitative method with a simple linear regression approach to test the effect of work discipline (independent variable) on employee performance (dependent variable). The sample used in this study consists of 40 respondents, who are employees of the Police Pamong Praja and Fire Department of Merauke Regency.
The results of the study show that the t-value for work discipline (X) is 8.479, which is greater than the t-table value of 2.026. In addition, the significance value for work discipline (X) is 0.000, which is smaller than the probability value of 0.005. Therefore, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Police Pamong Praja and Fire Department of Merauke Regency. These findings indicate that the better the work discipline of employees, the higher the performance produced. This study provides important contributions in understanding how work discipline can play a role in improving employee performance in government institutions, particularly in the fire department sector.

since the 2004 elections. This policy aims to increase women's participation in politics and ensure women's voices are represented in decision-making. However, even though this policy has been implemented, women's representation in parliament is still far from the expected target. In the 2019 elections, women's representation in the People's Representative Council (DPR) only reached 20.5%. This research analyses the implementation and effectiveness of gender quota policies in Indonesia using a qualitative approach. Findings show that the main obstacles to implementing gender quotas include the dominance of patriarchal culture, lack of support from political parties, discrimination against female candidates, and weak supervision and law enforcement. On the other hand, this policy has made a positive contribution in the form of increasing the number of women elected as legislative members, although this contribution is still limited. In conclusion, the effectiveness of the 30% quota policy for women in parliament requires strengthening commitment from various parties, including political parties, society, and election management institutions. Research recommendations include strengthening the capacity of female candidates, increasing supervision of quota implementation, as well as wider outreach about the importance of women's representation in politics. With these steps, it is hoped that gender equality in parliament can be achieved better in the future.

The results of the research show that internal control at the Regional Revenue Agency of Merauke Regency in the procedures for receiving Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax is implemented well because there are several components that are optimal, namely in the control environment where the registration, data collection and functional human resources are there so that there are multiple tasks. , risk assessment where the Merauke Regency Bapenda is still carrying out passive data collection due to a lack of functional assessors, and a lack of monitoring of PBB P2 collection which has not fully carried out direct monitoring of taxpayers so that there are still many taxpayers who have not carried out their obligations in paying PBB P2. In other cases, officers have not implemented the SOP in implementing the PBB P2 collection system. It cannot be denied that this is very important for tax officers and taxpayers to follow in order to ensure that the PBB collection process runs smoothly and transparently in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations.

rastructure is a serious challenge. This research focuses on the role of the Tof-Tof Village Government in developing productive age human resources. With a qualitative case study approach, data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation involving village officials and the community. The research results show that the Tof-Tof Village Government plays an important role as a motivator, facilitator and mobilizer in providing access to education, skills training and infrastructure development. Despite facing geographic constraints and limited resources, the initiative significantly improved the skills of local communities, with a 25% increase in competency scores among training participants. Challenges such as budget constraints and coordination were successfully overcome through innovative strategies. This research contributes to understanding the dynamics of human resource development in remote areas and provides policy recommendations for sustainable and inclusive development programs.

This condition causes students to be less physically active, resulting in underdeveloped abilities in changing direction, body coordination, and movement balance. This study aimed to determine the effect of the traditional Galah Asin game on improving the agility of fifth-grade students at SD Swasta Advent Barusjulu. The research employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental method with a One-Group Pretest–Posttest Design. The research sample consisted of 37 students selected through the total sampling technique. Data were collected using a 4x10 meter shuttle run test to measure students’ agility levels before and after the treatment. The findings revealed that the average pretest score of 25.63 seconds decreased to 22.41 seconds in the posttest, indicating an improvement difference of 3.22 seconds. The paired sample t-test results showed that the calculated t-value of 9.87 was greater than the t-table value of 2.045 with a significance level of p < 0.000, indicating that the traditional Galah Asin game had a significant effect on improving students’ agility. The game was proven to enhance agility skills, active participation, learning motivation, and students’ social interaction during PJOK learning activities. The novelty of this study lies in the utilization of the traditional Galah Asin game as a local culture-based PJOK learning strategy that not only improves students’ agility but also supports cultural preservation and strengthens elementary school students’ physical activity in the modern era.

The data obtained indicate that despite significant challenges, such as the lack of adequate infrastructure and the readiness of educators to use technology, the implementation of IT in education has a significant positive impact on the quality of learning. The implementation of IT opens up great opportunities, particularly in terms of learning accessibility, which can be accessed by anyone, anytime, and anywhere. Technology also provides flexibility in teaching methods, both online and offline, allowing students to learn according to their needs and abilities. Based on the analysis of literature, including books, journals, and scientific articles, it was found that the main challenges in character education include the negative impact of technological advancements, social and economic inequality, lack of teacher training, and limited parental involvement. On the other hand, the modern era also presents significant opportunities, such as utilizing technology for interactive learning, integrating local, national, and global values through digital media, and fostering collaboration among schools, families, and communities. Additionally, the development of relevant and flexible curricula is also an important factor in supporting character education. Although the challenges are considerable, character education in elementary schools can be optimized by implementing innovative strategies, strengthening collaboration among various stakeholders, and wisely utilizing technology. ucation sector, this research focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of social media and video conferencing apps in supporting flexible, interactive, and collaborative learning. Using a quantitative approach with descriptive and explanatory methods, data was collected from 50 respondents selected through stratified random sampling. The results indicate that WhatsApp is the most widely used social media platform by students (46.15%), while the most dominant video conferencing application is Zoom (61.54%). Students recognize the important role of social media in facilitating efficient communication, while video conferencing apps provide significant benefits in real-time interactivity. The combination of these two platforms has proven to significantly enhance students' learning motivation, with 84.62% of respondents acknowledging a positive impact on their learning process. This study emphasizes that the utilization of digital technology, such as social media and video conferencing apps, plays a crucial role in supporting more flexible and adaptive education. Therefore, the findings of this study recommend that educational institutions optimize the use of digital technology in learning to meet the demands of an evolving education system in this digital era.
