eople are workers, with their busyness from morning to evening and often even late at night, giving people little time to shop for their daily needs in the market. E-groceries are starting to become more popular now, allowing people to shop online for their daily needs. E-grocery provides a variety of services, delivery services, and ease of use of applications to users. The design of the E-Grocery system significantly provides several operational advantages such as making data processing easier to trace and building personal relationships with customers and couriers so that they become closer. This is the company's competitiveness in selling their daily needs. This research aims to provide benefits to the community, sellers, and couriers to make it easier to shop for daily necessities such as fruits, vegetables, and other necessities, and also to help reduce the unemployment rate of the community by becoming a courier for delivery orders. The design of the E-Grocery system uses the agile method, with the software modeling language using UML. The result of this research is the E-grocery application, an android-based mobile application. With the e-grocery application, sales have been digitized to facilitate the distribution of daily goods to busy working people.

Abstract:This study analyzes the effect of population and investment on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) and unemployment in East Kalimantan Province during the 2016–2025 period. The research employs a quantitative explanatory…
planatory design using secondary time-series data obtained from Statistics Indonesia (BPS) of East Kalimantan. Path analysis was applied through two structural equations using SPSS 21, complemented by the Sobel test to examine the mediating role of GRDP. The results show that population and investment each have a positive and significant direct effect on GRDP, and jointly explain 97.4% of its variation. GRDP, in turn, has a negative and significant effect on unemployment, accounting for 76.3% of its variation. The Sobel test confirms that GRDP significantly mediates the indirect effects of both population (Z = 2.295) and investment (Z = 2.628) on unemployment. These findings indicate that economic growth, as reflected in GRDP, acts as a strategic transmission channel converting demographic potential and capital accumulation into employment opportunities, thereby reducing unemployment in the region.
Abstract:Medical personnel are a group of workers who are at high risk of experiencing work accidents and occupational diseases. One type of occupational disease that is often experienced by medical personnel is mental illness. Mental…
ental illnesses experienced by medical workers can have a negative impact on their quality of life, performance and productivity. Therefore, medical personnel who suffer from mental illness have the right to receive protection and guarantees from the government and employers. However, in practice, medical personnel who suffer from mental illness often experience difficulties in submitting claims. The research entitled "Recognition of Mental Illness as a Consequence of Medical Personnel in Work Accident Insurance Claim Procedures in Indonesia" is normative-qualitative research. Medical workers face a lot of stress and workload, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, and mental illness is one of the consequences. Mental illness can impair their performance, health, and well-being, and place them at risk to patients and their work environment. With the recognition of mental illness as a consequence of medical personnel in the JKK claim procedure in Indonesia, JKK is a social security program organized by BPJS Employment. This program provides guarantees to workers or laborers to receive health services and cash compensation due to work accidents or work-related illnesses. So it is hoped that it can provide benefits for medical personnel in the form of getting proper protection, increasing the productivity of medical personnel and improving the quality of health services.

uces its products by purchasing raw materials from products at chemical stores, then marketing them to surrounding areas, several restaurants, mosques and laundries directly. The design of an IoT-based batch mixer is expected to help TA Rezeki SMEs to automate the base soap stirring process so that it is more efficient and consistent. With the implementation of IoT, it is expected to reduce operational costs, increase production capacity, and produce soap products with better and uniform quality. Based on the satisfaction survey conducted, the results showed that the digitalization of soap stirring tools carried out in this activity provided benefits to SMEs by providing convenience with equipment automation and more consistent stirring so that the resulting products are also of better quality.

The results of this study are Y = 0.550 + 0.447 X1 + 0.398 X2. The stress variable has a partial effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the significant value of 0.001 <0.05 and the t-count value of 3.543 > t-table 1.673. The motivation variable has a partial effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value of 0.002 <0.05 and the t-count value of 3.225 > t-table 1.673, the hypothesis is accepted. The variables of stress and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the resulting sig value of 0.000 <0.05 and the Fcount value of 34.156 while Ftable is 3.17 so Fcount > Ftable. Based on the test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) it is known that the R square value is 0.554 which means that the influence of stress and motivation variables on performance variables is 55.4%. It means having a relationship that is not too strong. While the remaining 44.6% is caused by other factors outside the research.

Abstract:Employment is an activity undertaken by individuals to earn income in order to sustain a decent standard of living. Employment relationships are established through agreements between employers and workers, and such agreements…
ements should ensure decent work conditions. However, in reality, there is insufficient government supervision in ensuring the fulfillment of workers’ rights in accordance with Law No. 13 of 2003. The distribution of rights for female workers is also not optimally implemented. In addition, workforce skills remain a concern, as many workers only possess primary to junior secondary education. Furthermore, freelance work has become increasingly popular due to its flexibility in time and location.
Therefore, solutions are needed to address employment issues in Bengkulu Province. Data collection in this study was conducted through interviews with the Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office. Data analysis employed a qualitative approach. The findings indicate that many workers are engaged in seasonal sectors with unstable income. The Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office has implemented programs such as job fairs, vocational training and education, and occupational health and safety socialization. Generation Z is perceived as less loyal and tends to frequently change jobs, showing a strong preference for freelance work due to its flexibility. Policy development is needed to provide legal protection for workers. Recommended actions include stricter enforcement against companies violating labor rights, particularly those committing violence against female workers, conducting awareness programs in collaboration with the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection and labor protection institutions, and optimizing integrated reporting systems to accelerate the resolution of such cases.

Abstract:IFRS SME establishes standards that serve as recommendations for preparing financial reports for small and medium-sized businesses. SME IFRS originates from all IFRS simplifications intended to simplify financial reporting…
ng and cost-benefit analysis for SME clients. The Financial Accounting Standards for Organizations Without Public Accountability (SAK ETAP), established on May 19, 2009, continues to oversee private businesses' financial accounts. However, SAK ETAP does not give advice to private firms on the explanation of gross revenue that is directly relevant to taxes determination. As a consequence, Indonesia has established a new SAK for private firms known as the SAK EP. The use of SAK EP in the preparation of financial statements for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSME) can simplify the use of international accounting standards, lowering the higher costs associated with full IFRS implementation and the emergence of numerous new accounts and changes in financial statement presentation. New accounts include accounts for current tax, deferred tax, employee benefit duties, and post-employment benefit liabilities, as well as revised accounts for accruing costs, equity, and comprehensive income (expenses).
