nes the development trends of AI-based algo-rithms, particularly machine learning and deep learning, in threat detection. A literature review evaluates AI-driven approaches, including support vector machines, random for-est, deep neural networks, convolutional neural networks, and reinforcement learning. Findings show that AI enhances detection accuracy, adaptability, and reduces false posi-tives. Machine learning efficiently classifies known attacks, while deep learning excels in identifying complex patterns such as distributed denial-of-service and advanced persis-tent threats. Unsupervised learning improves anomaly detection without labeled data. However, AI models require high-quality data, substantial computational resources, and remain vulnerable to adversarial attacks. Despite these challenges, AI provides a dynam-ic and adaptive security solution, surpassing traditional systems. Future research should enhance AI scalability and resilience for evolving cybersecurity threats.

Abstrak: Perkembangan keamanan jaringan menghadapi tantangan yang semakin besar seiring meningkatnya kompleksitas serangan siber. Sistem berbasis aturan tradisional kesulitan mendeteksi zero-day attack dan teknik penyamaran. Penelitian ini mengkaji tren pengembangan algoritma berbasis AI, khususnya machine learning dan deep learning, dalam deteksi ancaman. Literature review mengevaluasi pendekatan berbasis AI, termasuk support vector machines, random forest, deep neural networks, convolutional neural networks, dan reinforcement learning. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI meningkatkan akurasi deteksi, adaptabilitas terhadap ancaman baru, serta mengurangi false positive. Machine learning efektif mengklasifikasikan serangan yang telah diketahui, sementara deep learning unggul dalam mengenali pola kompleks seperti distributed denial-of-service dan advanced persistent threats. Unsupervised learning meningkatkan deteksi anomali tanpa memerlukan data berlabel. Namun, AI masih bergantung pada data berkualitas tinggi, sumber daya komputasi besar, dan rentan terhadap adversarial attack. Meskipun demikian, AI menawarkan solusi keamanan yang lebih dinamis dan adaptif dibandingkan sistem tradisional. Penelitian selanjutnya perlu difokuskan pada peningkatan skalabilitas dan ketahanan AI dalam menghadapi ancaman siber yang terus berkembang.

This study aims to enhance the effectiveness and usability of the Department of Education website in Jember Regency by aligning it with stakeholders' evolving needs through comprehensive evaluation and targeted recommendations. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the research identifies challenges such as mobile optimization issues, slow loading times, security vulnerabilities, and content relevance concerns. Despite commendable accessibility, these challenges significantly impact user experience and website credibility. The findings underscore the urgent need for website optimization, improved security measures, and continuous content updates. This research provides actionable recommendations to align the website with IT governance standards, offering a roadmap for enhancement. Furthermore, the MEA Capability Results highlight discrepancies between the current scores and expected standards, indicating the necessity for comprehensive alignment with COBIT 5 guidelines to optimize website functionality and better meet user expectations.Top of Form

Abstrak: Pada era transformasi digital, situs web pendidikan menjadi platform penting untuk menyebarkan informasi secara transparan kepada para pemangku kepentingan. Studi ini mengevaluasi efektivitas situs web Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Jember menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 5. Studi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan kegunaan situs web Dinas Pendidikan di Kabupaten Jember dengan menyelaraskannya dengan kebutuhan yang berkembang dari para pemangku kepentingan melalui evaluasi komprehensif dan rekomendasi yang ditargetkan. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tantangan seperti masalah optimasi seluler, waktu muat yang lambat, kerentanan keamanan, dan kekhawatiran tentang relevansi konten. Meskipun aksesibilitasnya baik, tantangan-tantangan ini secara signifikan memengaruhi pengalaman pengguna dan kredibilitas situs web. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya pengoptimalan situs web, peningkatan langkah-langkah keamanan, dan pembaruan konten yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi yang dapat dilaksanakan untuk menyelaraskan situs web dengan standar tata kelola TI, menawarkan panduan untuk peningkatan. Selain itu, hasil Kemampuan MEA menyoroti perbedaan antara skor saat ini dan standar yang diharapkan, menandakan kebutuhan akan penyesuaian yang komprehensif dengan pedoman COBIT 5 untuk mengoptimalkan fungsionalitas situs web dan memenuhi harapan pengguna dengan lebih baik.

ing the stock of basic needs, which can lead to imbalance between supply and demand, due to Guntur Store still relying on manual ledger entries for reporting and inputting data into Microsoft Excel. This research aims to predict the demand for basic needs at Guntur Store using the Single Exponential Smoothing Method and to enhance prediction accuracy through the application of time series analysis techniques on historical sales data. The Single Exponential Smoothing Method will be employed to model and forecast patterns of demand for staple goods. The findings of this research can provide insights into future demand for goods, thereby improving supply chain optimization and ensuring adequate stock levels to effectively meet customer demands. The conclusion of this study is to obtain more accurate estimates in anticipating the evolving data patterns of basic needs at Guntur Store, thus providing valuable information for the store and policymakers involved in the distribution of basic needs.

Abstrak : Toko Guntur terletak di Jl. Sisingamangaraja, Kisaran, Kabupaten Asahan. Berfokus pada penjualan kebutuhan sembako, namun dalam penjualan toko tersebut mengalami sebuah permasalahan. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah ketidakpastian dalam meramalkan kebutuhan stok Sembako yang dapat mengakibatkan ketidakseimbangan antara pasokan dan permintaan, dikarenkan Toko Guntur masih menggunakan buku besar dalam pembuatan laporan dan di input ke dalam microsoft excel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi permintaan Sembako di Toko Guntur menggunakan Metode Single Exponential Smoothing serta meningkatkan akurasi prediksi melalui penerapan teknik analisis deret waktu terhadap data penjualan historis. Metode Single Exponential Smoothing akan digunakan untuk memodelkan dan memprediksi pola permintaan barang pokok. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan jumlah permintaan barang di masa mendatang sehingga optimalisasi rantai pasok menjadi g lebih baik dan memastikan tingkat stok yang memadai untuk memenuhi permintaan pelanggan secara efektif. Kesimpulan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan perkiraan yang lebih akurat dalam mengantisipasi pola data yang sedang berkembang kebutuhan sembako pada Toko Guntur sehingga menghasilkan informasi yang akurat dapat menjadi sumber informasi berharga bagi Toko Guntur, dan pembuat kebijakan yang terlibat dalam distribusi Sembako.

nd Cognitive Appraisal Theory, the research explores both the direct and indirect effects of APA on employee trust, with Perceived Procedural Fairness (PPF) as a mediating variable. The study uses a quantitative, cross-sectional approach, collecting data from 200 employees in technology-based organizations and analyzing the data with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Results show that APA significantly enhances both procedural fairness and employee trust, with PPF playing a partial mediating role in this relationship. These findings underscore the importance of transparency, procedural legitimacy, and avenues for employee voice in cultivating trust in algorithmic systems. The study’s theoretical contribution lies in its integration of multiple perspectives on trust and fairness within algorithmic HR management. The practical implication calls for the careful design and implementation of APA systems that employees perceive as fair and trustworthy. Future research should investigate these relationships in longitudinal and multi-contextual settings to deepen the understanding of trust dynamics in evolving AI-mediated work environments.
