The study also explores the symbolic meaning of dowry, not merely as an obligation but as a form of recognition of women's dignity and rights within the family. Furthermore, it examines the socio-economic factors influencing the amount of dowry and how these factors affect social structures and gender relations within society. In addition, comparisons are made with dowry practices in various other cultures and religions, enabling a deeper understanding of both the unique and shared aspects of universal human values. This comprehensive analysis seeks to provide new insights and a concrete contribution to contemporary discussions on the role of religion in social and cultural life, as well as the challenges of integrating tradition with the needs of modern society. The findings indicate that the practice of dowry giving, as prescribed in the Qur'anic verses, possesses profound normative and strategic values in ensuring justice and social balance within the family structure. Every element of the dowry is not merely symbolic but also embodies meanings that reflect responsibility, respect, and commitment in married life. Over time, the understanding and implementation of this tradition have undergone significant changes, influenced by evolving social, economic, and cultural conditions. s of arbitration—particularly online arbitration—and conventional court litigation in resolving business disputes in post-digitalization Indonesia. The research focuses on two principal aspects: legal certainty and time efficiency. Using normative juridical analysis supported by relevant legal theories, including Progressive Legal Theory, Development Legal Theory, and Legal Convergence Theory, this study examines the adaptability of dispute resolution mechanisms within the framework of Law Number 30 of 1999 on Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution and related regulations governing electronic court administration. The findings indicate that arbitration, especially through Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), offers greater procedural flexibility, shorter resolution time, and cost efficiency compared to conventional litigation, which remains burdened by rigid procedural stages, administrative complexity, and case backlogs. Digitalization has further enhanced arbitration efficiency by enabling electronic submission of documents, virtual hearings, and digital evidence examination. However, challenges persist, including technological infrastructure limitations, data security concerns, and the need for regulatory harmonization to ensure enforceability and equal legal legitimacy with court decisions. This study concludes that while digital arbitration demonstrates superior time efficiency and practical advantages, regulatory reform and institutional strengthening are essential to guarantee optimal legal certainty in Indonesia’s evolving digital business environment.

However, several challenges remain, including resistance to change, skill gaps, and budget constraints. Therefore, organizations need to increase investment in HR technology, adopt digital-based training models, build an adaptive organizational culture, and develop flexible career development programs. ucation sector, this research focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of social media and video conferencing apps in supporting flexible, interactive, and collaborative learning. Using a quantitative approach with descriptive and explanatory methods, data was collected from 50 respondents selected through stratified random sampling. The results indicate that WhatsApp is the most widely used social media platform by students (46.15%), while the most dominant video conferencing application is Zoom (61.54%). Students recognize the important role of social media in facilitating efficient communication, while video conferencing apps provide significant benefits in real-time interactivity. The combination of these two platforms has proven to significantly enhance students' learning motivation, with 84.62% of respondents acknowledging a positive impact on their learning process. This study emphasizes that the utilization of digital technology, such as social media and video conferencing apps, plays a crucial role in supporting more flexible and adaptive education. Therefore, the findings of this study recommend that educational institutions optimize the use of digital technology in learning to meet the demands of an evolving education system in this digital era.

l facilities serve as critical determinants influencing the smooth execution of teaching and learning activities, as well as the attainment of long-term institutional objectives. A frequent challenge encountered by educational institutions is the discrepancy between actual needs and the allocation of facilities and infrastructure, potentially leading to resource inefficiencies and degradation of educational service quality. Hence, an in-depth investigation into comprehensive strategic planning mechanisms is imperative to support precise, data-driven decision-making processes. This study employs a literature review methodology, integrating diverse scholarly sources, including indexed international journals, academic textbooks, national education policies, and other pertinent documents, to delineate an adaptive and sustainable conceptual framework for strategic planning. The findings affirm that the strategic planning process for educational facilities and infrastructure encompasses three principal stages: (1) empirical and prospective needs analysis, taking into account learner dynamics and curricular changes; (2) budget planning prioritizing fiscal efficiency and optimal resource utilization; and (3) procurement prioritization based on urgency, relevance, and impact on educational quality enhancement. The scope of facilities and infrastructure planned includes various categories ranging from physical infrastructure, consumables, immovable assets, to modern educational technology devices. The novelty of this research lies in the development of a holistic and participatory strategic planning model that accommodates the needs of all stakeholders and adapts to the evolving global educational landscape. Practical implications of this study are anticipated to reinforce governance in the procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure, ensuring effectiveness, transparency, and sustainability, while simultaneously supporting national educational transformation toward superior quality and heightened competitiveness.

The theological examination affirms that the covenant is not merely a legalistic contract but a manifestation of God’s relational commitment that shapes the identity of His people as a covenant community grounded in divine faithfulness and promise. The Torah is understood as an expression of faith response arising from this covenantal relationship, rather than a prerequisite for salvation, thereby retaining its significance for the contemporary church as an ethical and spiritual framework guiding Christian praxis, character formation, and communal responsibility amid rapidly evolving social contexts. The integration of historical and theological perspectives demonstrates that the Pentateuchal covenant encompasses intertwined dynamics of grace, obligation, and identity formation, contributing theoretically to Old Testament studies, particularly covenant theology, while offering practical implications for ecclesial faith formation, the strengthening of communal spirituality, and ministry orientation rooted in a holistic understanding of the divine–human relationship. tory of thrifting, from the medieval period to the emergence of organizations such as Salvation Army and Goodwill that popularized it in the 19th century. The COVID-19 pandemic has reignited interest in thrifting due to economic pressures prompting people to save on expenses. The research methodology employed is qualitative descriptive, utilizing in-depth interviews and direct observations at Pasar Loak Jembatan Item Jatinegara. The findings reveal that traders employ two main strategies: selling directly at the market and through online platforms. Meanwhile, consumers have diverse motivations, ranging from meeting household needs to a desire to collect unique and antique items. Analysis of Alfred Schutz’s phenomenological theory is used to understand the reasons and goals behind consumer’s choices in thrifting. The researcher finds that each individual has different motives, such as goal motives (In order to motive) and because motives (Because motive), underlying their decisions to engage in thrifting. The conclusion of this research is that the phenomenon of thrifting at Pasar Loak Jembatan Item Jatinegara reflects the evolving and relevant dynamics of consumer culture, adapting to social and economic changes. With the evolution of this practice, the second-hand market becomes a favorite place for people to find affordable items, while traders and consumers continue to adapt to technological advancements and changes in the economic landscape. In an increasingly competitive context, the application of information technology becomes crucial to meet the ever-evolving customer expectations. This study aims to design an E-CRM system that can support more effective customer relationship management. E-CRM is a technology-based tool that collects and stores customer data, enhances communication, personalizes services, and analyzes data for better decision-making. Additionally, this system integrates a digital loyalty program expected to increase customer engagement. Several questions arise from the issues faced, including: how to effectively implement an online purchasing system, steps to improve product information, and how to develop new flavor variations that align with customer preferences. The research results indicate that the implementation of E-CRM not only enhances operational efficiency but also strengthens long-term relationships between the business and customers, supporting success in a business environment increasingly influenced by technology.

Abstrak: Di era digital saat ini, usaha kecil seperti Banana Chips By Risa menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam meningkatkan hubungan dan pelayanan kepada pelanggan. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi berbagai masalah terkait adopsi teknologi, termasuk kurangnya sistem pembelian daring, minimnya informasi produk, dan keterbatasan varian rasa. Dalam konteks persaingan yang semakin ketat, penerapan teknologi informasi menjadi krusial untuk memenuhi harapan pelanggan yang terus berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem E-CRM yang dapat mendukung pengelolaan hubungan pelanggan secara lebih efektif. E-CRM adalah alat berbasis teknologi yang mengumpulkan dan menyimpan data pelanggan, meningkatkan komunikasi, mempersonalisasi layanan, serta menganalisis data untuk pengambilan keputusan yang lebih tepat. Selain itu, sistem ini juga mengintegrasikan program loyalitas berbasis digital yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keterikatan pelanggan. Beberapa pertanyaan yang muncul dari masalah yang dihadapi termasuk: bagaimana cara mengimplementasikan sistem pembelian daring yang efektif, langkah-langkah untuk meningkatkan informasi produk, serta cara mengembangkan varian rasa baru yang sesuai dengan preferensi pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan E-CRM tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, tetapi juga memperkuat hubungan jangka panjang antara usaha dan pelanggan, mendukung keberhasilan dalam lingkungan bisnis yang semakin dipengaruhi oleh teknologi.

The methods used in this program were socializing and educating about digital threats such as phishing, data breaches, and social media security. This avticity aims to raise awareness and encourage responsible internet usage among students. Through this activity, students are expected to have better understanding of digital threats and the preventive measures needed to protect their personal data.

Abstrak: Di era digital yang terus berkembang, kemajuan teknologi telah memengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk keamanan data. Perlindungan data pribadi menjadi sangat penting, terutama bagi siswa yang aktif menggunakan internet dan mudah terkena ancaman siber. Namun, banyak siswa di MA Al Washliyah Kisaran yang belum sepenuhnya menyadari risiko keamanan digital serta pentingnya melindungi informasi pribadi mereka. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan edukasi ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa dalam menjaga keamanan digital. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi sosialisasi dan edukasi mengenai berbagai ancaman digital seperi phishing, kebocoran data, dan keamanan media sosial. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran serta mendorong penggunaan internet secara bijak di kalangan siswa. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, siswa diharapkan dapat lebih memahami potensi ancaman digital serta menerapkan langkah-langkah pencegahan yang diperlukan untuk melindungi data pribadi mereka.
