Ownership rights are determined by certain characteristics of each economic system. The number of assets (goods and services) that can be owned is limited under a socialist economy, but the method of acquisition (quality) remains unconstrained. This suggests that you can distribute it in whatever way you want. Meanwhile, the capitalist economic system views property ownership as unlimited, both in terms of quantity and quality; that is, any kind of property ownership is acceptable as long as it does not restrict the freedom of others. The research employs a qualitative approach using a literature review combined with observation and interviews with key stakeholders in the fisheries sector. The study includes a feasibility analysis and utilizes a SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results) analysis to develop strategic recommendations for logistics and infrastructure improvements. The findings reveal that West Sulawesi has significant potential to support IKN through its fisheries sector, given its strategic location and existing infrastructure. However, challenges such as limited cold storage facilities, infrastructure readiness, and supply chain coordination need addressing. The government’s draft Presidential Regulation (RPerpres) outlines a plan for port development and cold storage expansion to improve logistics. The study also suggests that collaboration with the private sector and technological adoption could enhance distribution efficiency and product quality. The research contributes to logistics and supply chain literature by addressing the specific challenges and opportunities in the fisheries sector of a developing region like West Sulawesi. It provides an original perspective on how regional policies and infrastructure development can support national capital projects and meet food supply demands while promoting sustainable practices in the fisheries industry

The purpose of this study is to identify and examine the determinants of behavioural aspects in encouraging awareness of UMKM green accounting practices in West Sulawesi from the perspective of spirituality and Kalindaqdaq Mandar culture. The research method used in this research is a mix method with a concurrent model to analyse quantitatively and qualitatively simultaneously. The quantitative method with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach was conducted to test the Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB) in green accounting practices. The results of this study indicate that UMKM players in West Sulawesi have not yet carried out green accounting practices but in general they already have the intention to practice green accounting. Another finding is that government policies can encourage green accounting practices so that the government needs to pay attention to the importance of regulations governing the obligation of UMKM players to carry out green accounting practices, awareness of green accounting practices that are early owned by UMKM can encourage the practice of awareness of green accounting practices in the future

The aim of the present paper is to develop a methodological approach contributing to the appraisal of an investment project under risk and uncertainty. Methods from statistical - econometrics, probabilistic analysis, numerical simulation methods and financial analysis are used and combined. The stochastic approach is used through the Monte Carlo simulation to appraisal the uncertainty. Finally, the implementation of probabilistic theory combined with the use of decision trees allows to estimate in a more relevant way the factor of uncertainty considering all perspectives.

This study aims to analyze school-parent communication practices from an Islamic perspective and their impact on student learning outcomes at Nurul Hidayah Elementary School in Kutawaluya District. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies, then analyzed interactively through the stages of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results indicate that communication practices occur formally and informally, are integrated with the values of trust and deliberation, and encourage active parental involvement in home learning support. Dialogic and persuasive communication contributes to improved student discipline, learning readiness, and responsibility. Integrating Islamic values into communication practices strengthens collaborative relationships between schools and families. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of developing an Islamic values-based educational communication model as a strategy to strengthen school-parent partnerships in improving student learning outcomes.

Gen Z students (born 1997-2012) are digital natives who are pragmatic, creative, and highly dependent on technology for learning and personal branding. They favor visual-interactive methods, care about mental health/the environment, and focus on practical career outcomes (side hustles), but are prone to distraction and anxiety. Meanwhile, types of student attitude assessments generally include direct observation by lecturers, self-assessment, peer assessment, and daily journal entries. Aspects assessed include discipline, responsibility, honesty, cooperation, politeness, and initiative. This technique often uses a Likert scale or descriptive rubric. Therefore, it is crucial to pay attention to these items in the learning process at university. Powtoon is a web-based online animation and presentation creation platform that allows users to create engaging visual content, such as explainer videos, without requiring advanced graphic design skills. This application uses drag-and-drop features, ready-to-use templates, animated characters, and is supported by AI-based tools. This research uses a descriptive method, namely a research approach that aims to describe, explain, or map the characteristics of a phenomenon, situation, or population systematically, factually, and accurately based on data collected during the study. The results show the successful integration of Powtoon learning media with the responsible attitude of Gen Z students, evidenced by the existence of an orderly, understandable learning process and a high quality of understanding.

The aim of this research is to analyze and describe the e-procurement process within a collaborative framework and to identify the obstacles faced. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techinuques through interviews with the local UKPBJ of Pekanbaru City, the Departement of Trade and Industry of Pekanbaru City, the Inspectorate of Pekanbaru dan the Department of Cooperatives and MSMEs of Pekanbaru City. The result of this study indicate that collaboration among actors is on going but not yet optimal, especially in horizontal dimensions. The involvement of local business actors is still limited due to a lack of technical assistance and information. This research recommends strebgthening the role of local governments as facilitators of collaboration, enchancing the capatity of business actors, and fostering synergy between institutions to achieve participatory, transparent procurement using domestic products.
