an dispensasi kawin ke Pengadilan Agama, sehingga menimbulkan pertanyaan mengenai kesesuaian pemberian dispensasi dengan ketentuan yang berlaku serta dasar pertimbangan hakim dalam mengabulkannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesesuaian pemberian dispensasi kawin pasca perubahan batas usia perkawinan berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2019 dan PERMA Nomor 5 Tahun 2019, serta menganalisis dasar pertimbangan hakim dalam Penetapan Nomor 2006/Pdt.P/2024/PA.Srg berdasarkan PERMA RI Nomor 5 Tahun 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, kasus dan konseptual. Bahan hukum primer berupa Penetapan Nomor 2006/Pdt.P/2024/PA.Srg dan peraturan terkait dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian dispensasi kawin telah sesuai secara formal-prosedural dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2019 dan PERMA Nomor 5 Tahun 2019, karena hakim telah menempuh seluruh tahapan prosedural yang diwajibkan. Namun, dari sisi materiil alasan berupa kekhawatiran perbuatan menyimpang dari ajaran agama Islam bersifat umum sehingga standar "alasan sangat mendesak" cenderung diterapkan longgar. Dasar pertimbangan hakim terdiri atas unsur formil berupa kewenangan dan kelengkapan syarat administratif, serta unsur materiil berupa fakta hubungan asmara calon mempelai dan penerapan kaidah fikih dar'u al-mafasid muqaddamun ala jalbi al-mashalih, yang ditinjau dari Teori Perkawinan telah memuat sebagian aspek kesiapan calon mempelai namun belum komprehensif pada aspek kesiapan psikologis.
Child marriage remains a legal issue in Indonesia even though the minimum age for marriage has been raised to 19 years through Law Number 16 of 2019. This increase in age has actually increased applications for marriage dispensation to the Religious Courts, raising questions regarding the conformity of granted dispensations with applicable regulations and the judge's basis for consideration in granting them. This study aims to analyze the conformity of granting marriage dispensation after the change in the minimum age limit for marriage based on Law Number 16 of 2019 and Supreme Court Regulation (PERMA) Number 5 of 2019, as well as to analyze the judge's basis for consideration in Decree Number 2006/Pdt.P/2024/PA.Srg based on PERMA Number 5 of 2019. This study uses a normative legal research method with a statutory, case, and conceptual approach. Primary legal materials, including Decree Number 2006/Pdt.P/2024/PA.Srg and related regulations, were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The research results show that the granting of marriage dispensation is formally and procedurally in conformity with Law Number 16 of 2019 and PERMA Number 5 of 2019, as the judge followed all required procedural steps. However, from a substantive standpoint, the reasoning concerning acts deviating from Islamic teachings is general in nature, so the "very urgent reason" standard tends to be applied loosely. The judge's basis for consideration consists of formal elements, namely authority and completeness of administrative requirements, and material elements, namely the fact of the romantic relationship between the prospective spouses and the application of the fiqh principle of dar'u al-mafasid muqaddamun ala jalbi al-mashalih, which, when reviewed through Marriage Theory, has addressed some aspects of the prospective spouses' readiness but has not been comprehensive regarding psychological readiness.

covers five main aspects, namely: students’ self-assessment strategies, increased speaking confidence, improved vocabulary mastery, challenges encountered while using Duolingo Speak, and the enhancement of learner autonomy. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study method, which aims to gain an in-depth understanding of students’ experiences in utilizing Duolingo Speak as a self-assessment tool in speaking learning. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and documentation involving five students selected through purposive sampling, namely students who had used Duolingo Speak for at least one semester. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis through data organization, coding, theme identification, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that the use of Duolingo Speak provides positive learning experiences for students. The application helps students apply various self-assessment strategies, increases speaking confidence, enriches vocabulary mastery, and fosters learner autonomy. However, several challenges were also found, such as limitations in speech recognition accuracy and feedback that is not yet sufficiently detailed to support optimal reflective learning. Overall, Duolingo Speak can serve as an effective supporting tool in speaking skills instruction when combined with structured self-assessment guidance from lecturers, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of English as a Foreign Language (EFL) learning.

This study aims to analyze the influence of religiosity and social factors on the empowerment and welfare of marine product processing women at the National Fisheries Port (PPN) Karangantu, Serang City, Banten, as well as to formulate a development strategy based on the synergy of these two factors. This research employs a mixed-methods approach with a sequential explanatory design, combining quantitative methods through PLS-SEM analysis on 235 respondents, and qualitative methods through in-depth interviews and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The results show that religiosity and social factors have a positive and significant effect on women’s empowerment, which in turn impacts welfare improvement across economic, social, and psychological dimensions. Findings also reveal that religious values which currently focus mainly on ritual aspects, alongside patriarchal social norms, serve as key barriers; meanwhile, community support and the integration of religious values into economic activities act as major reinforcing factors. Based on SWOT analysis, this study proposes strategies for strengthening local value-based institutions, integrating empowerment programs with religious activities, and advocating for policies that support coastal women. This research contributes new insights by presenting an integrated model of religiosity and social dimensions in the empowerment of women in the fisheries sector, an area that has not been widely explored in previous studies.

This article aims to describe the implementation of Islamic Guidance and Counseling services to strengthen the mental and spiritual health of patients at Padangsidimpuan Indonesian National Armed Forces Hospital. Services provided include spiritual guidance, religious motivation, prayer guidance, individual counseling, and emotional support for patients and their families. Through an Islamic approach, counselors strive to help patients increase their patience, sincerity, optimism, and inner peace in facing their illness and treatment. The results of the service implementation indicate that Islamic Guidance and Counseling contribute positively to patients' psychological and spiritual well-being. Patients who receive support tend to have a better zest for life, lower anxiety levels, and a stronger ability to accept and cope with their health conditions. Furthermore, spiritual guidance activities also help patients maintain their religious practices during treatment, providing a sense of comfort and increasing hope for recovery. The presence of Islamic Guidance and Counseling services in hospitals not only complements existing healthcare services but also plays a crucial role in achieving holistic and humane care. Therefore, strengthening these services requires continued development to optimally support patients' mental and spiritual well-being and improve the overall quality of healthcare.

The study uses a quantitative method with secondary data obtained from annual reports and corporate sustainability reports. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 45 observations included in the LQ45 for the 2023-2025 period. Data analysis was performed using panel data regression with the help of EViews 13 software. The results show that Environmental has a positive and significant effect on ROA and ROIC, while Governance also has a positive and significant effect on both indicators. Conversely, Social does not have a significant effect on ROA or ROIC. The coefficient of determination value indicates that the model is able to explain variations in ROA by 29.7% and ROIC by 32.3%. These findings indicate that environmental practices and corporate governance play an important role in improving financial performance, while the implementation of social aspects has not had a significant impact during the study period.

Primary data were used in this study, which employed a quantitative approach. Purposive sampling was applied to obtain 100 respondents. The data were gathered through online questionnaires distributed via Google Forms to OVO users in Surabaya City and then analyzed using SPSS Statistics 26. This study involved respondents who were users of the OVO e-wallet in Surabaya City. The results demonstrate that the quality of the accounting information system, user trust, and service quality contribute positively to the decision to use the OVO application in Surabaya City. The use decision regarding the OVO application in Surabaya City is driven by the interplay of sound system quality, strong user trust, and sufficient service quality.

The research method uses an SLR approach with the stages of identification, selection, feasibility, and inclusion of articles obtained from various reputable scientific databases. The articles analyzed are international and national journal publications that are relevant to the topics of work motivation, organizational culture, job satisfaction, and employee psychological well-being. Bibliometric analysis was carried out to identify research trends, publication developments, author collaborations, as well as keyword mapping that is often used in related research. The results show that work motivation and organizational culture play an important role in increasing employee job satisfaction, which ultimately contributes to improved psychological well-being in the workplace. Job satisfaction has been shown to function as a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between organizational factors and employee psychological conditions. In addition, the results of bibliometric analysis show that research on employee psychological well-being has been growing in recent years with a focus on aspects of a healthy work environment, organizational support, and strategies to improve the quality of work life. The findings of this study provide theoretical and practical implications for the development of human resource management in creating a conducive work environment, increasing employee motivation, and building a positive organizational culture to support the psychological well-being of employees in a sustainable manner.

ic Literature Review (SLR) approach combined with bibliometric analysis. This study examines scientific articles published in the 2020–2025 range from various reputable databases such as Scopus, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar. The literature selection process is carried out using the PRISMA method to ensure the quality and relevance of articles. A total of 75 selected articles were analyzed to identify patterns of relationships between variables, research trends, and existing research gaps. The results of the study show that product quality has a significant influence on customer satisfaction, especially through the aspects of security, transparency, and ease of access to gold savings products. In addition, promotional and reward programs have been proven to increase the perception of customer value which has a positive impact on satisfaction and loyalty. Bibliometric analysis reveals an increase in research trends related to customer loyalty in the Islamic banking sector, with a primary focus on digitizing customer services and experience. These findings strengthen the role of customer satisfaction as a crucial mediating variable in building customer loyalty. This research provides theoretical implications in the development of customer loyalty models in the Islamic financial sector as well as practical implications for BSI in designing marketing strategies and improving the quality of gold savings services.

The analysis was performed with a panel data regression model using R software, with a series of model specification tests including the Chow test, the Hausman test, and the Lagrange Multiplier (LM) test. The best model obtained is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Partially, the variables of household size and rice production had a significant negative effect on rice consumption, while HDI had a significant positive effect. The variables of per capita income and poverty level have a negative but not significant effect. These results indicate that rice consumption in South Sulawesi is more influenced by social aspects and quality of life than purely economic factors. These findings affirm the importance of food security policies that focus on improving human development, rice distribution efficiency, and strengthening social protection programs to maintain the stability of household food consumption.

This payment system is expected to be able to improve transaction efficiency, speed up the payment process, and expand financial inclusion for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). However, the adoption rate of digital payment technology in the MSME sector still faces various challenges, both related to technological aspects, user psychological factors, and the influence of the social environment. This study aims to systematically examine the influence of constructs in the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT3) on the interest of MSMEs in using the QRIS payment system at Bank Syariah Indonesia with trust and perceived ease of use as mediation variables. The research method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with the PRISMA approach to identify, select, and analyze relevant scientific articles in the 2020–2025 period. The literature search process produced 2,395 articles from a database of reputable scientific journals, then an elimination process was carried out based on inclusion and exclusion criteria so that 71 articles were obtained that were eligible for further analysis. The study stages were carried out systematically through the process of identification, screening, feasibility assessment, and determination of final articles. The results of the study show that the main constructs in the technology acceptance model such as performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions have an important influence on interest in using digital payment technology. In addition, additional factors such as trust and perceived ease of use have been proven to act as mediating variables that strengthen the relationship between technology construct and the intention to use QRIS by MSME actors. Trust in system security and ease of use of technology are crucial factors in increasing user confidence in digital payment services, especially in the context of Islamic banking-based financial services. The findings of this study provide a theoretical contribution to the development of a digital payment technology acceptance model based on UTAUT3 and provide practical implications for financial institutions and regulators in increasing the adoption of QRIS among MSME actors. The next research is suggested to develop an empirical model with a quantitative approach to test the relationship between variables more comprehensively in the context of the digital economy in Indonesia.
