dies subject. This research is based on the importance of preparing students for the challenges of the 21st century, which require critical, analytical, and creative thinking skills. The method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with 35 students from class VIII-3 as participants. There are two cycles in this study, consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection phases. In the first cycle, although PBL was implemented, only 43% of students scored above the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM) of 80, with an average score of 71. Additionally, their activeness in asking questions, answering, expressing opinions, and solving problems was still low. Reflection indicated that students needed time to adapt to PBL and required more motivation from the teacher. In the second cycle, after improvements were made, there was a significant increase. As many as 89% of students scored above the KKM of 80, with an average score of 88. Student activeness also increased with more active participation in class activities. This shows that students better understood and adapted to the PBL model and received better encouragement from the teacher. In conclusion, the implementation of the PBL model is effective in improving students achievement and active participation in the Social Studies subject at SMP Negeri 172 Jakarta. This is evidenced by the significant increase in students average scores and their active participation in learning. The PBL model is capable of stimulating students critical, analytical, and creative thinking skills, as well as enhancing their engagement in learning, creating a more conducive and efficient environment for achieving educational goals.

Data collection in this research uses documentation study techniques by analyzing the contents of previous documents or journals that are relevant to the topic being studied. The data sources in this study are various books and journals. The research results show that the implementation of the independent campus program is effective in improving the quality of students in preparing themselves to enter the world of work. Although it has been widely adopted in various universities, the efficiency of this program in enhancing students’ job readiness remains a key question. The aim of this research is to evaluate the implementation of the MBKM program and its impact on students’ job preparation, including both soft skills and hard skills. The background of the issue reveals a gap between higher education graduates’ competencies and the needs of the workforce, which has driven the government to initiate the MBKM policy as a solution to better prepare students for the dynamics of the labor market. The research problem focuses on the effectiveness of MBKM program implementation across various universities and how it affects students’ job readiness. Through a comprehensive literature review method, this study analyzes various scientific publications, policy reports, and evaluation studies related to MBKM from 2020 to 2024. The findings indicate that the implementation of MBKM still varies across higher education institutions with several challenges, such as infrastructure readiness, administrative systems, and stakeholder understanding. However, a positive correlation was found between student participation in the MBKM program, particularly in industry internships and collaborative projects, and improvements in adaptability, problem-solving skills, and technical competencies needed in the workforce. The novelty of this research lies in the comprehensive mapping of critical factors in the implementation of MBKM as well as the development of a sustainable evaluation framework that universities can use to enhance the effectiveness of the MBKM program in preparing graduates who are job-ready and globally competitive.

This study aims to understand the dynamics of communication in the cadre training process between the management and members of the organization. The primary focus of the research is to explore how communication occurs between the management and members during cadre training activities. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type, along with data collection techniques involving interviews and documentation. To ensure data validity, the researcher employs triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. The findings of the study show that communication in the cadre training process is divided into two categories: internal and external communication. Internal communication involves interactions between the management and members within the organization, with freedom in conveying information between leaders, managers, and members. Meanwhile, external communication focuses on the relationship between the organization and other institutions, to convey aspirations in accordance with its tasks and authority. Additionally, the cadre system in this organization combines both formal and informal training, although there are differences in how each faculty representative conducts cadre training. Overall, this organization is able to implement a more optimal cadre system, especially in preparing the core management.

Laguna Painting Paint Shop is a business engaged in the sale of paint in the Kisaran area. Where in their daily life, Laguna Painting Paint Shop sells paint for both inside and outside the city. Currently the Laguna Painting Paint Shop performs transactions manually in its business processes, this can be seen from the sales transaction process which is calculated and recorded in the sales note paper. To improve the sales system at the Laguna Painting Paint Shop, it is necessary to have an application as a fighter, namely a cashier application or commonly called a POS that can simplify the process of sales transactions and preparing reports. With this POS program, it is hoped that transaction activities will be more effective and efficient at the Laguna Painting Paint Shop.

Saat ini Toko Cat Laguna Painting melakukan transaksi secara manual di dalam proses bisnisnya, hal tersebut terlihat dari proses transaksi penjualan dihitung dan dicatat dalam kertas nota penjualan. Untuk memperbaiki sistem penjualan pada Toko Cat Laguna Painting maka perlunya suatu aplikasi sebagai penjuang yaitu aplikasi kasir atau biasa disebut dengan POS yang dapat mempermudah dalam proses transaksi penjualan dan penyusunan laporan. Dengan adanya program POS ini, diharapkan kegiatan transaksi menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien pada Toko Cat Laguna Painting.

order to improve their job readiness. The activity took place at Balai RW 08, Kalideres, and West Jakarta. This program was motivated by the condition of high school/vocational graduates in RW 08, most of whom come from lower-middle-income families and are therefore more inclined to enter the workforce directly rather than pursue higher education. Thus, training is needed to enhance practical skills relevant to industry requirements.The training focused on three main aspects, developing a professional curriculum vitae (CV), strategies for facing job interviews in both Indonesian and English, and practicing digital skills through the use of Canva for CV creation. Participants were actively engaged through interactive sessions, simulations, and collaborative exercises. The results of the program indicated increased awareness, confidence, and skills among participants in preparing themselves to enter the workforce. The conclusion of this program is that integrating digital literacy and English proficiency in community-based training can enhance the competitiveness of high school/vocational school graduates and make a tangible contribution to supporting their readiness for the job market.

Abstrak: Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan oleh Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika (UBSI) dengan tujuan memperkuat keterampilan digital dan kemampuan berbahasa Inggris lulusan SMA/SMK untuk meningkatkan kesiapan kerja. Kegiatan ini berlangsung di Balai RW 08, Kalideres, Jakarta Barat. Program ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi lulusan SMA/SMK di RW 08 yang sebagian besar berasal dari keluarga ekonomi menengah ke bawah, sehingga cenderung lebih memilih langsung bekerja daripada melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pelatihan yang dapat meningkatkan keterampilan praktis sesuai kebutuhan industri.Pelatihan difokuskan pada tiga aspek utama: penyusunan curriculum vitae (CV) profesional, strategi menghadapi wawancara kerja dalam bahasa Indonesia maupun bahasa Inggris, serta keterampilan digital melalui penggunaan Canva untuk pembuatan CV. Peserta terlibat secara aktif melalui sesi interaktif, simulasi, dan latihan kolaboratif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran, kepercayaan diri, dan keterampilan peserta dalam mempersiapkan diri menghadapi dunia kerja. Kesimpulannya, integrasi literasi digital dan kemampuan bahasa Inggris dalam pelatihan berbasis masyarakat dapat meningkatkan daya saing lulusan SMA/SMK serta memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam mendukung kesiapan mereka menghadapi pasar kerja.

Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa publikasi teknologi dari di Indonesia telah mengambil ancaman terbaru dan dampak pada berbagai aspek kehidupan dan bisnis. Penulis menyimpulkan bahwa cybercrime di Indonesia diklasifikasikan sebagai serius (sangat berbahaya) karena dapat menyebabkan masalah nasional. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan pemberian sosialisasi dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan diskusi, serta bertanya jawab bersama peserta. Bentuk dalam penyampaian materi yaitu slide powerpoint yang dipaparkan dan di edarkan pada saat kegiatan berlangsung. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman mengenai sosialisasi pencegahan cybercrime sangat penting untuk disampaikan kepada para guru di SD Negeri 132408, Tanjungbalai Selatan. wever, MSMEs in this village face various challenges, especially in financial management, such as unstructured bookkeeping, low financial literacy, and limited access to formal capital. This community service program aims to enhance MSME actors’ understanding of the importance of sound financial management and the use of technology in managing their finances. The program was implemented in three stages: preparation (survey and material development), implementation (socialization and training), and evaluation to ensure participants' understanding and application of financial management practices. The training results showed a significant improvement in MSME actors' knowledge of financial recording, separation of personal and business finances, and the use of digital tools such as Sepran accounting apps and e-wallets. MSME actors also began preparing more structured financial reports to facilitate access to funding. This program successfully improved the competitiveness and sustainability of MSMEs in Burai Village.

Abstrak: Desa Burai di Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, Sumatera Selatan, memiliki potensi besar dalam sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), khususnya di industri kreatif, kuliner, dan kerajinan tangan. Namun, UMKM di desa ini menghadapi berbagai tantangan, terutama dalam pengelolaan keuangan, seperti pencatatan yang tidak terstruktur, rendahnya literasi keuangan, serta kesulitan dalam mengakses permodalan formal. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM tentang pentingnya manajemen keuangan yang baik dan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pengelolaan keuangan mereka. Metode pengabdian dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu persiapan (survey dan penyusunan materi), pelaksanaan (sosialisasi dan pelatihan), serta evaluasi untuk memastikan pemahaman dan implementasi pengelolaan keuangan oleh pelaku UMKM di Desa Burai Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman pelaku UMKM mengenai pencatatan keuangan, pemisahan keuangan pribadi dan usaha, serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital, seperti aplikasi akuntansi sepran dan e-wallet. Pelaku UMKM juga mulai mempersiapkan laporan keuangan yang lebih terstruktur untuk mempermudah akses modal. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan bisnis UMKM di Desa Burai.

Kader PKK (members of the Family Welfare Movement, a community-based women's organization in Indonesia) of RW 04 in Badean Village, Bondowoso District, Bondowoso Regency has an opportunity to enhance their potential through women's empowerment. The distribution of educational and economic levels among people in RW 04, Badean Subdistrict, is uneven, resulting in a disparity in their health status as well. This service activity focuses on empowering women through the implementation of the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method. The aim is to enhance the quality of community health by conducting counseling and training on preparing nutritious food using Moringa leaves, which are readily accessible to the population. This service activity has enhanced the knowledge and skills of Kader PKK of RW 04 in processing nutritious meals. They can also disseminate the knowledge they have acquired to mothers in their surroundings, thus improving the effectiveness of initiatives to empower women in the healthcare sector.

Abstrak: Salah faktor yang berperan besar terhadap kualitas sumber daya manusia adalah tingkat kesehatan. Keluarga sebagai kelompok sosial terkecil dalam masyarakat memegang peran penting dalam perbaikan status kesehatan. Peran ini dapat dipegang oleh seorang ibu karena ibulah yang bertugas merawat seluruh keluarga. Salah satu kelompok yang berpeluang dikembangkan potensinya melalui pemberdayaan wanita adalah kader PKK (Pembinaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga) RW 04 Kelurahan Badean Kecamatan Bondowoso Kabupaten Bondowoso. Tingkat pendidikan dan perekonomian warga di lingkungan RW 04 Kelurahan Badean tidak merata, sehingga status kesehatannya juga belum merata. Pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan upaya pemberdayaan perempuan menggunakan metode PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) berupa upaya peningkatan kualitas kesehatan masyarakat melalui kegiatan penyuluhan dan pelatihan pembuatan makanan bergizi berbasis daun kelor yang mudah didapat di sekitar lingkungan warga. Dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian ini pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader PKK RW 04 mengenai pengolahan makanan bergizi menjadi meningkat. Para kader juga dapat menyampaikan ilmu yang diperolehnya kepada para ibu di lingkungannya, sehingga upaya pemberdayaan perempuan dalam bidang kesehatan menjadi lebih optimal.
