interviews. Poor pronunciation during scholarship or job interviews can hinder the interviewer's understanding, thereby reducing the chances of acceptance. This study aims to improve students' pronunciation fluency and develop a learning medium based on Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) technology. The method employed involves the development of Progressive Web Apps (PWA) integrated with ASR technology from the app.lumi.education platform, supported by manual labeling for pronunciation validation. The research was conducted at LKP Vijaya Learning Centre, Tanjungbalai City. The results demonstrate that ASR-based media significantly enhances students' pronunciation accuracy and confidence. Thus, the integration of ASR technology into PWA effectively supports innovative and efficient pronunciation learning.

Abstrak: Pengucapan yang baik berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa, mendorong partisipasi aktif dalam pembelajaran, dan mempersiapkan mereka menghadapi peluang akademik maupun profesional, seperti wawancara berbahasa Inggris. saat menghadapi wawancara beasiswa atau pekerjaan berbahasa Inggris, pengucapan yang buruk dapat mengurangi pemahaman pewawancara, sehingga mengurangi peluang diterima. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kelancaran pengucapan siswa dan mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR). Metode yang digunakan adalah pengembangan Progressive Web Apps (PWA) yang terintegrasi dengan ASR dari aplikasi app.lumi.education, didukung oleh pelabelan manual untuk validasi pengucapan. Penelitian dilakukan di LKP Vijaya Learning Centre, Kota Tanjungbalai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media berbasis ASR secara signifikan meningkatkan akurasi pengucapan dan kepercayaan diri siswa. Dengan demikian, integrasi teknologi ASR dalam PWA terbukti mendukung pembelajaran pengucapan secara inovatif dan efisien.

utrition Status Survey (SSGI), there are 4 nutritional problems for children in Indonesia, namely stunting, wasting, underweight and everweight. In this research, how to predict signs of symptoms of a decline in a child's nutritional status using a machine learning algorithm, a prediction model was designed using logistic regression in Python IDE to predict whether a child is indicated by a decline in nutrition or not. Dataset from Bengkayang Community Health Center data consisting of 657 pediatric patient data. The dataset is divided into 7 features (independent variables) and 1 predictor (dependent variable). Test results show perfect performance with precision, recall, F1-score, accuracy values of 100%. Then the visualization results on the ROC (Receiver Operating Characteristic) curve to depict the TP (True Positive) value on the Y axis against the FP (false Positive) value on the become overfit. It is recommended that in preparing the training dataset, measure the training data and reduce the features, after carrying out feature selection to increase the accuracy of the model.

Abstract: Masalah Gizi anak menjadi perhatian penting bagi orangtua untuk memperhatikan tumbuh kembang, terutama kesehatan dan kejahteraan. Menurut hasil survei status Gizi Indonesia (SSGI) Kemenkes memperlihatkan 4 permasalahan gizi anak di Indonesia yaitu stunting, wasting, underweight, dan everweight. Dalam penelitian ini, bagaimana memprediksi tanda gejala penurunan status gizi anak menggunakan algoritma machine learning dirancang model prediksi menggunakan logistic regression pada Python IDE dengan memprediksi anak terindikasi penurunan gizi atau tidak. Dataset dari data Puskesmas Bengkayang yang terdiri 657 data pasien anak. Dataset dibagi menjadi 7 feature (variabel independen) dan 1 predictor (variabel dependen). Hasil Pengujian memperlihatkan kinerja yang sempurna dengan nilai presisi, recall, F1-score, akurasi, sebesar 100%. Kemudian hasil Visualisasi pada kurva ROC (Receiver Operating Characteristic) untuk menggambarkan nilai TP (True Positif) di sumbu Y terhadap nilai FP (false Positif) di sumbu X juga menunjukkan nilai yang sangat tinggi dan sudah mendekati angka 1 ini pertanda bahwa model ini menjadi overfit. Sebaiknya dalam persiapan training dataset diukur dengan data training dan mengurangi feature, setelah melakukan feature Selection untuk meningkatkan akurasi model.

To find out whether the child is having problems or not, the educator needs to understand and assess the child's development in all aspects. Decision support system is a system that can be used as a tool to determine the level of intelligence of children by providing an assessment of the child. The method used by the author is the method of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) or better known as the weighted sum. Output in this method is the values that can provide benefits for researchers in knowing the child's intelligence to be held special coaching for children who have problems in its development. Quick and precise decisions become an important issue in a study. Data analysis is done by comparing between children. The result of SAW method analysis is a conclusion that helps teachers / educators to know the intelligence of their students.

Abstrak: Taman kanak-kanak merupakan jenjang pendidikan anak usia dini yang memiliki peran penting dalam mengembangkan kepribadian anak serta mempersiapkan mereka untuk memasuki jenjang pendidikan selanjutnya. TK adalah jenjang pendidikan formal pertama yang memasuki anak usia 4-6 tahun, sampai memasuki pendidikan dasar. Anak pada usia 4-6 tahun biasanya memiliki masalah pada prilaku non normatif, prilaku dapat dilihat dari tingkat perkembangannya atau mengalami kesulitan dalam menyesuaikan diri baik pada waktu belajar (konsentrasi) maupun dalam aktivitas bermain disekolah atau dirumah. Untuk mengetahui apakah anak bermasalah atau tidak, pendidik perlu memahami dan memberikan penilaian terhadap perkembangan anak dalam segala aspek. Sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan sistem yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu untuk mengetahui tingkat kecerdasan anak dengan memberikan penilaian terhadap anak tersebut. Metode yang digunakan penulis adalah metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) atau yang lebih dikenal dengan penjumlahan berbobot. Output dalam metode ini merupakan nilai-nilai yang dapat memberikan keuntungan bagi peneliti dalam mengetahui kecerdasan anak guna diadakan pembinaan khusus untuk anak-anak tk yang memiliki masalah dalam perkembangannya. Keputusan yang cepat dan tepat menjadi persoalan penting dalam sebuah penelitian. Analisa data dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan antara anak. The analysis was conducted by exploring various concepts regarding the types of treasurers, their duties and authorities, and the challenges faced in the process of preparing regional financial accountability reports. The results of the study indicate that there are three types of regional government treasurers, namely expenditure treasurers, revenue treasurers, and goods treasurers, each of which has its own duties and roles in managing regional finances. The treasurer's duties include recording, reporting, and accountability for budget use, with great authority in managing regional funds. However, significant challenges are faced in the administration process , such as the complexity of the accounting system and limited competent human resources. In conclusion, to improve the quality of regional financial reports, improvements are needed in the financial information system, increased treasurer competence, and better coordination between treasurers and related agencies. through the analysis of relevant literature on reproductive health education and pregnant women's knowledge of normal labor. The results of the analysis showed that the reproductive health education intervention significantly improved pregnant women's understanding of the labor process, including knowledge of the stages of labor, signs of labor, pain management, and postpartum care. Comparisons between the control and experimental groups also confirmed that the reproductive health education program was effective in improving the overall knowledge of pregnant women. These findings suggest that reproductive health education is an important strategy for optimally preparing pregnant women for childbirth. The implications of this study are the need for more structured and focused integration of reproductive health education in prenatal care, as well as the need for further research to understand the factors that influence the implementation and outcomes of reproductive health education programs.

City Drinking Water BLUD, one of the things that is of concern is that there are differences in data between the Revenue Treasurer and the Accounting Department. While the accounting department is duty to provide financial statement data to DPKP Cimahi City which will then be consolidated to BPKAD Cimahi City. When the accounting department reconciles data with BPKAD, there is different income data between BAPPENDA and BPKAD. This happened because there was no data reconciliation first between the revenue treasurer and the Accounting Section of the Cimahi City Drinking Water BLUD before the data was provided to interested parties. So far, BLUD Drinking Water uses SOPs that have not been updated. The problem occurred because the Cash Receipt SOP had not been updated and had not complied with the SOP preparation standards set by the local government. Needed to create a new Cash Receipt SOP so that the data provided by the Revenue Treasurer or Accounting Section becomes one vote. The methods used in preparing SOP are interviews, observations, and literature studies. The result of the community service carried out is that there is an excel format of the latest Cash Receipt SOP even though it has not been ratified because it is still waiting for the completion of SOP in other divisions.

ery important for SMEs, because they serve as a transparent communication tool between management and stakeholders, as well as a basis for making informed decisions. SMEs have a significant contribution to the Indonesian economy, contributing around 60% of gross domestic product (GDP) and absorbing more than 97% of the workforce. However, many SMEs still face challenges in preparing financial statements in accordance with accounting standards. This study uses a systematic literature review method to collect and analyze various relevant studies on the application of SAK and its impact on the quality of financial statements. The results showed that the application of SAK significantly improved the transparency, relevance, and reliability of SMEs' financial statements. In addition, the study also identified various factors that influence the adoption of SAK, such as the education level of business owners, access to accounting training, and support from the government. The conclusion of this study confirms the importance of good accounting standards implementation to improve the quality of SMEs' financial statements, which in turn can improve the competitiveness and performance of businesses in the market. Recommendations are given to improve the understanding and application of SAK among SMEs in Indonesia.

is study aims to describe the role of the Teaching Assistance program in improving the teaching competence of students of the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD). The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the Teaching Assistance program significantly supported the improvement of four dimensions of student teaching competence, namely pedagogical, professional, personality, and social competence. Students gain direct experience in the world of education, practice teaching skills, prepare learning tools, and build positive communication and interaction with school residents. In addition, students also develop character and personality as prospective professional educators. Thus, the Teaching Assistance program has proven to be an effective strategy in preparing competent PGSD graduates who are ready to face the real world of education work.

The target of this activity was the staff of the Pharmacy Installation at RSUD Latemmamala, who experienced a decline in overall trust due to leadership perceived as lacking firmness in directing the team. The methods employed included direct observation through workplace interactions, interviews with the head and staff of the Pharmacy Installation, and direct observation of real working conditions within the hospital environment. The proposed activities consisted of obtaining permission to conduct the program, organizing workshops or socialization sessions on the application of visionary leadership to support improvements in pharmaceutical service quality, documenting all stages of the activity, and preparing a comprehensive report containing observations, analysis, constraints, and recommendations for future activities. Overall, the results indicate that visionary leadership is highly effective in a dynamic work environment such as the Pharmacy Installation of RSUD Soppeng. The findings reveal a strong relationship between the implementation of visionary leadership and improvements in staff discipline, responsibility, and professionalism. Thus, the leader’s ability to clearly communicate a shared vision and inspire subordinates is a key factor in building a solid pharmacy team that is adaptive to change and oriented toward improving the quality of patient services at RSUD Soppeng.
