of android which is only enabled to share information or as a communication tool, the service team creates training or workshops which later aims to develop students' interest in reviewing or developing technology in the field of android or in the controller field. In order for the training not to start from the ground up, the training participants were taken from the main works of private vocational schools, majoring in computers, class XI of the Department of Software Engineering (RPL), with a total number of participants of 53 people. The implementation of a two-day workshop found results, on the first day with the theme of training on IOT-based automatic switch hardware design, it was found that 46 students managed to assemble automatic hardware switches, and 7 students failed to assemble the hardware automatically perfectly. On the second day, 53 students succeeded in making an automatic software switch on Android, and during the trial, all students also managed to do it. From the two days of the workshop activities, and seen from the students' activeness and curiosity about the development of Android and the controller, many students still want to know, other developments from Android besides being used as automatic switches are based on IoT. Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi saat ini sudah tidak asing dikalangan pelajar, hampir semua pelajar kini memiliki android yang difungsikan untuk berbagi informasi serta difungsikan untuk membantu kegiatan sehari hari. Berdasarkan kegunaan android yang hanya difungsikan untuk berbagi informasi atau sebagai alat komunikasi, maka tim pengabdian membuat pelatihan atau workshop yang nantinya bertujuan untuk menumbuh kembangkan minat siswa siswi dalam mengulas atau mengembangkan teknologi dibidang android dibidang controller. Agar pelatihan tidak dimulai dari dasar, maka peserta pelatihan diambil dari SMK Swasta karya utama, jurusan komputer, kelas XI Jurusan Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak (RPL), dengan total peserta 53 orang. Terselenggaranya workshop selama dua hari,mendapati hasil, pada hari pertama dengan tema pelatihan perancangan hardware switch otomatis berbasis iot, didapati 46 siswa berhasil merangkai hardwarei switch otomatis, dan 7 siswa tidak berhasil merangkai hardware otomatis secara sempurna. Dihari kedua, 53 siswa berhasil membuat software switch otomatis di android, dan pada saat uji coba, seluruh siswa juga berhasil melakukannya. Dari dua hari kegiatan workshop yang dilakukan,dan dilihat dari keaktifan dan rasa ingin tahu siswa tentang pengembangan dari android dan controller, banyak siswa yang masih ingin tahu, pengembangan lain dari android selain digunakan sebagai switch otomatis berbasis iot.

k-Centered System Design (TCSD) method in designing the Muara Enim Regency Demographic Data Information System. The TCSD method was chosen to ensure that the prototype design process was systematic and focused on user needs and tasks. The research stages included identification, user-centered needs analysis, scenario-based design, and walkthrough evaluation. The designed prototype supports several main tasks, including viewing demographic statistics, searching for specific data, submitting data download requests, and contacting the admin. The evaluation was conducted through online usability testing using the Maze platform with the System Usability Scale (SUS) instrument involving 13 respondents. The evaluation results showed an average SUS score of 78.5, which falls into the “good” category. This confirms that the interface design has met usability standards, is user-friendly, and is capable of supporting user needs in accessing and managing demographic data. Thus, the application of the TCSD method has proven to be effective in producing an interface design that is focused on user tasks and can be the basis for further system development.

udy is to increase user capacity in viewing content specifically in the field of women's empowerment. By using content-based filtering techniques, the system will analyze user preferences and interests through recommendations for women's empowerment content. The data source is via the YouTube API and is analyzed using PHP programming content-based filtering techniques. The system's recommendations provide a list of women's empowerment content with a user request display. The results of the research evaluation obtained a precision value of 62%, meaning that the recommendations match the topic being searched for, namely women's empowerment. The recall value of 84% indicates that the system has succeeded in finding relations from the database. The f1-score value of 72% indicates that there is a balance between precision and recall, meaning that a system is needed that is not only accurate but also complete. While the cosine value shows a score of 0.7071 approaching the maximum value (1.0). The recommendation of the content-based filtering method produces quite effective women's empowerment content.

e fastest growing online travel agencies in Indonesia, demonstrates success by understanding the value of technology and maintaining strong partnerships. Users of this platform often provide reviews, viewing user reviews can be done manually but this will have a less effective impact, so it needs to be done automatically with sentiment analysis. This research the Naïve Bayes method in sentiment analysis of PegiPegi.com reviews, with a focus on understanding customer satisfaction and service improvement. By combining these approaches, this research contributes to a deeper understanding of user responses to OTA services and presents the evaluation results of the Multinomial Naive Bayes classification model with an accuracy rate of 89.5%. The high precision in the Negative class demonstrates the model's ability to identify negative reviews. However, there are challenges in classifying the Neutral class, indicating the potential for further improvement. Nevertheless, the F1 score of 0.522 reflects a good balance between overall precision, recall so it can be concluded the naïve bayes algorithm is successful for performing sentiment analysis.

Abstract: Saat ini banyak pengguna platform online dibandingkan offline untuk pemesanan tiket, yang melibatkan berbagai layanan seperti penerbangan, hotel, kereta api, bus, dan hiburan. PegiPegi.com, sebagai salah satu agen perjalanan online yang berkembang pesat di Indonesia, menunjukkan keberhasilan dengan memahami nilai teknologi dan mempertahankan kemitraan yang kuat. Pengguna platform ini sering memberikan ulasan, melihat ulasan pengguna bisa saja dilakukan secara manual tetapi hal ini akan memberikan dampak yang kurang efektif, sehingga perlu dilakukan secara otomatis dengan analisis sentiment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode klasifikasi Naïve Bayes dalam analisis sentimen ulasan PegiPegi.com, dengan fokus pada pemahaman kepuasan pelanggan dan peningkatan layanan. Dengan menggabungkan pendekatan ini, penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang tanggapan pengguna terhadap layanan OTA dan menyajikan hasil evaluasi model klasifikasi Multinomial Naive Bayes dengan tingkat akurasi 89,5%. Presisi tinggi di kelas Negatif menunjukkan kemampuan model untuk mengidentifikasi ulasan negatif. Namun, ada tantangan dalam mengklasifikasikan kelas Netral, menunjukkan potensi untuk perbaikan lebih lanjut. Namun demikian, skor F1 0,522 mencerminkan keseimbangan yang baik antara presisi keseluruhan dan daya ingat sehingga dapat disimpulkan algoritma naïve bayes berhasil untuk melakukan analisis sentimen.

ectiveness of character education in the two education systems. The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through reviewing curriculum documents, education policies, and scientific articles related to character education in Indonesia and Finland. The research results show that Finland integrates character education holistically in all aspects of learning, while Indonesia still tends to separate character education as a separate subject. Apart from that, Finland emphasizes the formation of values of independence, responsibility and collaboration through a student-centered approach, while Indonesia places more emphasis on religious values and nationalism. The implication of this research is the need to reorient the character education curriculum in Indonesia to better integrate character values in the entire learning process, as well as adopting best practices from Finland which have been proven effective in shaping students' character.

E-government as a digital transformation in the government sector aims to improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability in the management of public administration. However, its success is highly dependent on individual behavior, including acceptance and adaptation to technology. E-budgeting, as one form of e-government implementation, is designed to increase transparency by providing easy and real-time access to the public regarding information on the use of the APBD. This study uses a literature study approach by reviewing various scientific articles and related documents from 2020 to 2024. The results of the study show that individual behavior, such as digital literacy and attitudes towards technology, play an important role in determining the success of e-government and e-budgeting. Although e-budgeting is able to increase transparency, challenges such as resistance to change, limited infrastructure, and low public trust in the government remain significant obstacles. Therefore, strategic steps such as community empowerment through digital literacy, increasing human resource capacity, and more effective communication between the government and the community are needed to ensure the success of this system. This research is expected to be a theoretical basis in developing a more effective e-government and e-budgeting implementation strategy in the future.
