n. This article aims to conceptually examine holistic marketing as a governance-based strategy for enhancing the competitiveness of Islamic educational institutions. This study employs a qualitative approach using library research by critically reviewing scholarly books and journal articles related to holistic marketing, educational service marketing, and Islamic education management. The findings indicate that holistic marketing encompassing internal marketing, external marketing, relationship marketing, and performance marketing can foster sustainable competitive advantage for Islamic educational institutions. This approach ensures consistency between Islamic values, educational service quality, and public trust. Therefore, holistic marketing can be positioned as a strategic governance framework for Islamic schools and madrasahs in strengthening value-based competitiveness.

Selain itu, peralatan penunjang pelayanan darat pesawat udara (GSE) yang digunakan harus memenuhi standar keselamatan yang telah ditetapkan. Penggunaan GSE yang tidak sesuai standar akan mempengaruhi keselamatan dan keamanan daerah di sisi udara. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja yang dilakukan Unit Apron Movement Control dalam pengawasan kelayakan Ground Support Equipment (GSE) di Bandar Udara Internasional Yogyakarta. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Unit AMC menemukan beberapa pelanggaran disiplin yang dilakukan oleh petugas GSE, seperti kendaraan yang tidak layak beroperasi serta pengemudi kendaraan yang tidak membawa pas bandara. Selain itu ditemukan juga beberapa kendaraan yang terparkir tidak pada tempatnya, seperti di No Parking Area (NPA) dan di bawah fixbridge. Untuk itu, dilakukan evaluasi kinerja unit AMC dalam melakukan pengawasan kelayakan GSE di area apron, yaitu dengan menggunakan metode MBO (Management by Objectives) berdasarkan planning, monitoring, dan reviewing.

The results show the importance of English language instruction in schools and the widespread use of the Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) approach because of its efficiency in the teaching and learning process. The CLT method helps students improve their communication abilities by inspiring them to see English as a useful instrument for efficient conversation. The communicative approach, or communative language teaching (CLT), involves teaching language through communication. This type of language instruction positions communication as both a purpose and a means of learning English. The improvement of students' communication and interpersonal skills is a priority in communicative language instruction. Through contact between students and between students and teachers, it is made sure that students are capable of speaking clearly and confidently in real-life circumstances. CLT fundamentally seeks to have pupils learn a new language by having them to interact with others in that language.

The absence of a common view on the problem of schistosomiasis has resulted in an asynchronous implementation of programs and activities related to the alleviation of schistosomiasis. This primary data collection technique also uses secondary data that comes from the Poso health office, the Bada schistosomiasis laboratory and the implementation of triangulation of actors, methods and data through focus group discussions which are expected to be able to map out the issues of involvement and the similarity of viewing problems in the management of schistosomiasis control in the context of the study This takes the area of Bada which is relatively successful although not yet complete. However, in practice there are many problems faced by companies when applying the WFH method, one of which is the lack of increasing employee motivation at work and even decreasing motivation as happened at PT Gemilang Rizky Medika. This study uses a qualitative approach. The data was obtained by interviewing the owner of the company. The results of this study state that the causes of employees of PT Gemilang Rizky Medika losing work motivation when organizational culture changes occur, among others, being unfamiliar with the work system at home, lack of work facilities at home and lack of coordination between teams. The forms of motivation given by the leadership of PT Gemilang Rizky Medika to employees during WFH include: 1) communication between leaders and subordinates must run well; 2) awarding employees; 3) work flexibility that is not too tight and 4) providing supervision and punishment to employees.
