The experimental design that The design used in this study was a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 3x3 factorial pattern with 3 replications with total treatment combinations as many as 9 treatments. Treatment factor of Blotong dose with symbol B consisting of 3 level that is : (B1) 0.50 kg/plot (B2) 1.00 kg/plot (B3) 1.50 kg/plot. Factor POC Seprint concentration with the symbol S which consists of 3 levels, namely: (S1) 4 ml/1 L water (S2) 8 ml/1 L water and (S3) 12 ml/1 L water. Observation data was carried out analysis of variance with F test at 5% level, if the difference is significant then the test followed by Duncan's test at 5% level. 1). The effect of the Blotong dose has an effect very real on plant height, number of leaves, flag leaf length, leaf width flag, weight of cob, diameter of cob, length of cob, but it has an effect real on production per plot And amount line per cob, whereas had no significant effect on the stem diameter of sweet corn plants ( Zea Mays ). 2). Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that the treatment POC Seprint does not have a very significant impact on all parameters Which observed. Addition fertilizer Seprint with concentration 12 ml/1 L water show results Which best compared to treatment other. 3). Interaction between treatment influences Blotong and POC Seprint no real effect on all observation parameters observed on sweet corn plants ( Zea Mays ).

E actors include limited tax literacy, complexity in tax calculations, and insufficient understanding of recent regulatory changes. To address these issues, the government introduced the Average Effective Rate (TER) scheme as an administrative simplification for calculating Income Tax Article 21. Nevertheless, the implementation of this scheme has not been fully understood by MSMEs at the village level. This study aims to conduct socialization and training on Income Tax Article 21 based on the TER scheme for MSMEs in Watesprojo Village and to evaluate its effectiveness in improving tax understanding and technical capability. The research method involved initial observation, regulatory socialization, practical tax calculation training, and participant evaluation. The results indicate a noticeable improvement in MSME actors’ understanding of the legal basis of Income Tax Article 21, the changes in the calculation scheme, and the practical application of the TER mechanism without disrupting business activities. Overall, the socialization and training activities proved effective in enhancing tax literacy and supporting sustainable tax compliance among MSMEs.

The findings indicate that companies adopting sustainability practices show improvements in profitability, efficiency, customer loyalty, and employee satisfaction. For instance, companies in sectors such as energy and manufacturing experienced a notable increase in Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) after integrating sustainability efforts. Furthermore, the study highlights the significant role of external factors such as government policies and corporate culture in the success of sustainability initiatives. is study explores how village managers conduct managerial and marketing activities to attract tourists and promote local products. The research method involves a SWOT analysis to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the Marketing Mix’s 7P approach implemented by the village. The results of the study indicate that Bejijong Village has several significant advantages, including historical heritage such as Brahu Temple, Petilasan Siti Inggil, and Maha Vihara Majapahit, as well as local products such as smoked salted eggs, lemon juice, pukis lumer (melting) bertoping, tahu lontong (compress rice), and Cempaka batik handicrafts and wayang kulit. However, the challenges faced include less than optimal website management, lack of effective digital marketing strategies, and entrance fees that may be insufficient to support maintenance. This study introduces novelty in marketing strategy analysis by integrating the SWOT and Marketing Mix’s 7P approaches to provide in-depth insights into how management and marketing can be improved. These findings are expected to be a reference for other villages in designing more effective marketing strategies and suggesting improvement steps that can increase the attractiveness and sustainability of culture-based tourist destinations. The aim of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of preparing financial and tax reports in accounting services offices. This includes analysis of existing processes, use of technology in preparing reports, and understanding taxes. In this way, it is hoped that areas where improvements are needed to improve service quality and compliance with applicable regulations can be identified. This data was collected through literature reviews and interviews with accounting practitioners and analysis of related documents. Apart from that, direct observation of the report preparation process was also carried out to gain a more in-depth understanding. The research results show that although many accounting firms have implemented best practices in preparing financial and tax reports, there are still several areas where improvements can be made. This includes increased use of technology to increase efficiency and increased collaboration between accounting teams and clients to ensure better compliance. Employing a descriptive analytical approach, this research delves into the organizational structure, operational mechanisms, and strategies adopted by Primkoppol in executing its functions and objectives. Focusing on the evaluation of management practices, including resource management, profit allocation, and member development programs, this study seeks to identify the keys to success and the challenges faced by Primkoppol in its efforts to enhance member welfare. This analysis is supplemented with secondary data and direct survey results from members to capture their perceptions and experiences regarding the effectiveness of the services provided by Primkoppol. The findings indicate that Primkoppol has implemented various positive initiatives oriented towards improving member welfare, including innovations in financial services, enhancement of product and service quality, and member capacity development through education and training. However, there is also room for improvement, especially in terms of enhancing management transparency, operational efficiency, and adaptation to digital technology. This study concludes that to continue improving its members' welfare, Primkoppol needs to further optimize an adaptive and responsive management system to environmental changes and member needs. Recommendations include improvements in two-way communication between management and members, integration of information technology, and strengthening of institutional capacity.

To interpret the collected data, frequency and percentage, mean and standard deviation, Pearson-r correlation were used in quantitative data, and thematic analysis for the qualitative responses. The data gathered from the FM team supporting different clients and as senior leaders, signifies that there is no significant difference in operations and technology to support clients. However, minor improvements and recommendations by senior leaders can be considered and can contribute to effective and efficient operations.
