Based on the results of the F test, the F count value was 14.405 which was greater than the F table of 3.285, with a significance of 0.000 which was smaller than the significance level of 0.05. This indicates that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted, which means that job satisfaction and work climate simultaneously have a significant effect on employee morale. From the results of the t test, it is known that the t count value for job satisfaction is 3.181, greater than the t table of 1.692, with a significance level of 0.003 <0.05, which indicates a significant effect on work morale. Meanwhile, the work climate variable also showed a significant influence, with a calculated t value of 4.363 > t table 1.692 and a significance level of 0.000. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.441 indicates that 44.1% of the variation in work morale can be explained by the job satisfaction and work climate variables. The remaining 55.9% is influenced by other factors outside this research model.

Judging from the results of the t test, it is very clear that the tcount of the morale variable is 3.181 greater than the Ftable of 1.692 with a possible t of 0.003 which means it is more significant by 0.05 on the morale variable. the variable of job satisfaction is seen from the variable of work enthusiasm. on the work climate variable, a tcount of 4.363 is greater than a ttable of 1.692 with a probability of sig 0.000 which is imperfect with the furthest level of importance reaching 0.05, so that the work climate variable is more or less visible than the work spirit variable. The Adjusted R Square value obtained means 0.441, this figure indicates that 44.1% of morale (reliable variable) can be explained by job satisfaction and work climate.

The objectives of this PKM activity are: 1) help empower groups of housewives who desire to become entrepreneurs; 2) help PKM partners in creating skills and comfort in community life through entrepreneurship; 3) improve thinking, reading and writing skills or other skills such as internet use. The targets of this program are: 1) the formation of a new business in the field of handicrafts from rope or thread curry (macrame); 2) availability of production support tools to produce creative macramé products; 3) there is an increase in knowledge and skills in producing various types of creative macarame products and are in demand by consumers. The outputs of this program are: Entrepreneurship Module, Basic Financial Accounting Module, and Use of Technology, Information and Communication Module. The implementation method is carried out to achieve the purpose of community service through PKM activities through discussion methods, technical guidance/training, workshops, and mentoring. Through PKM activities, empowering partner groups to become entrepreneurs is expected to help empower groups of housewives who are PKM partners so that they can improve the welfare of families and surrounding communities in a concrete manner .

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational communication climate on employee performance at the Karo Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) . This research used the methods of validity testing of research instruments, reliability testing of research instruments, classical assumption testing, descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and research hypothesis testing. Linear regression equation Y = 7, 429 + 7 74 X. The results of the t-test of Organizational Communication Climate (X) with the calculated t-value of the Organizational Climate variable is 1 8.378 and the t- table value is 1.70814 , so the calculated t-value > t -table (1 8.378 > 1.70814 ) and the sig value < 0.05 (0.000 <0.05) . The results of the R- square coefficient of determination are 932. This shows the understanding that the increase in the Performance of Karo Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Employees is influenced by 93.2% by the Organizational Communication Climate while the remaining 6.8% is influenced by other factors outside this study such as personal factors, situational factors, leadership style and compensation.

This study aims to analyse the needs and components of a robust maritime surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait, particularly in dealing with the impacts of extreme weather and climate change. Additionally, this research will explore the role of geospatial maritime intelligence in enhancing situational awareness and response to maritime incidents. The study findings indicate that a resilient surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait requires the integration of advanced sensor systems (including multi-spectral radar and meteorological/oceanographic sensors), redundant communication networks, and AI/ML-based intelligent data processing. The adaptive capabilities of the system, including the use of UAVs and USVs, are critical to maintaining operational effectiveness in adverse weather conditions. Additionally, international cooperation and a robust policy framework, encompassing climate change adaptation and ethical considerations, are fundamental to the successful implementation and sustainability of surveillance systems. The Malacca Strait case study highlights specific vulnerabilities and proposes concrete solutions, illustrating a shift from a reactive to a proactive paradigm in maritime security. Building a resilient surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait is a strategic imperative to safeguard global trade, regional stability, and environmental sustainability amid increasing climate uncertainty. Integrating cutting-edge technology with robust policies and international collaboration will ensure the safety and security of this vital waterway, making it a model for resilient maritime governance globally. A new aspect emphasised is the importance of adapting to climate change and the role of AI in predictive decision-making. This article presents a comprehensive and integrated approach to building a resilient maritime surveillance architecture, with a particular focus on the challenges of extreme weather in the Malacca Strait. Its originality lies in its emphasis on multi-sensor data fusion, the role of artificial intelligence in predictive analytics, and the integration of climate change adaptation into surveillance system design. Berdasarkan analisis data sekunder dari laporan internasional, jurnal ilmiah, dan dokumen kebijakan, ditemukan bahwa donor seperti Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) dan Green Climate Fund (GCF) telah berkontribusi signifikan melalui proyek energi terbarukan, transportasi ramah lingkungan, dan konektivitas digital. Namun, tantangan seperti kurangnya koordinasi, transparansi, dan partisipasi masyarakat masih menghambat efektivitas investasi donor. Artikel ini merekomendasikan kemitraan publik-swasta, adopsi teknologi, dan penguatan transparansi untuk mengoptimalkan dampak investasi donor terhadap SDG 9.
