Dunia Anak di Era Digital dan Tantangan Pembelajaran Visual di Sekolah Dasar

Abstract: The development of digital technology has transformed how elementary school children interact with information through the dominance of images, videos, and interactive media, while instructional practices remain largely… text-based and verbal. The mismatch between children’s neurocognitive characteristics and text-based instructional design creates a pedagogical gap that may hinder memory retention, attention, and learning motivation. This study aims to analyze the urgency of visual-based learning and the impact of textual design incompatibility on student learning outcomes in the digital era. The study employs a systematic literature review approach by synthesizing findings from neuroscience, cognitive psychology, and multimedia learning theory relevant to elementary education. The results indicate that the visual system has a strong neurobiological foundation, supports faster information processing, enhances long-term retention, and strengthens the formation of conceptual mental models when integrated with verbal narration. The findings also reveal that digitalization without instructional design grounded in cognitive principles risks generating excessive cognitive load and the screen inferiority effect. The study concludes that adaptive visual integration based on multimedia principles and cognitive load management constitutes a fundamental strategy for improving the quality of elementary education. The novelty of this research lies in its integrative neuro-pedagogical approach, which systematically connects neuroscience findings, learning theories, and instructional design practices to reconstruct the paradigm of twenty-first-century learning.

Abstract: This study aims to compare the effectiveness of a curriculum based on John Dewey's philosophical values with a traditional curriculum in improving student learning outcomes in higher education. Traditional curricula often… n focus on a hierarchy of subjects and rote learning, which tend to neglect concrete experiences, social relevance, and interdisciplinary connections. In contrast, Dewey's educational philosophy emphasizes a student-centered approach, democracy in education, authentic learning experiences, and multidisciplinary problem-solving. Dewey criticized the rigidity of traditional curricula for being inflexible and unresponsive to individual needs. As an alternative, he proposed a dynamic education approach oriented toward real-life experiences, aiming to prepare students for democratic life through the development of critical thinking and social skills. Further research is needed to evaluate the effectiveness of this approach in enhancing learning outcomes and fostering personal development in students. However, implementing approaches based on Dewey's philosophical values, such as Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and Student-Centered Learning (SCL), faces significant challenges. Barriers such as content-based curricula, unsupportive teaching policies, insufficient infrastructure, limited facilities, and high faculty workloads remain major obstacles, as found in the context of education in Afghanistan. This highlights the need for educational reform that focuses not only on curriculum development but also on strengthening infrastructure, policies, and operational support.

Abstract: The management of volleyball training sessions among collegiate athletes faces complex challenges due to the lack of integrated scientific approaches, which may reduce training effectiveness and increase the risk of fatigue… gue and injury. This study addresses the suboptimal implementation of periodization-based microcycle planning, training load monitoring, and recovery strategies within a unified system. The objective of this research is to examine the effectiveness of an integrated training management model in improving athletes’ performance and physiological condition. A quasi-experimental method with a pretest–posttest control group design was employed, involving 40 collegiate athletes over an eight-week period. The results indicate that the experimental group showed significant improvements in countermovement jump by 12.2% and spike reach by 3.1%, accompanied by a reduction in sRPE by 11.5% and an increase in recovery scores by 22.5%, while the control group demonstrated no meaningful changes. These findings suggest that the integration of microcycle planning, internal and external load monitoring, and structured recovery strategies enhances physiological efficiency, neuromuscular adaptation, and the sustainability of athletic performance. The study concludes that the integrated training management model is more effective than conventional approaches as it enables objective and systematic control of training intensity. The novelty of this research lies in the development of an integrated training session management model that combines three key components in an applicable, practical, and context-appropriate manner for collegiate athletes, thereby bridging the gap between sport science theory and coaching practice.

Hubungan antara Tingkat Stres dengan Siklus Menstruasi pada Wanita Usia Produktif yang Bekerja di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bondowoso Tahun 2025

Abstract: Menstruation is a physiological process experienced by women; however, disturbances in the menstrual cycle may increase the risk of reduced fertility among women of reproductive age. The prevalence of menstrual cycle disorders,&#8230; orders, which reaches approximately 45%, indicates a reproductive health issue that requires attention, particularly in relation to psychological factors such as stress. This study aims to analyze the relationship between stress levels and menstrual cycle regularity among reproductive-age women working at the Bondowoso District Health Office. A quantitative design with a correlational approach and cross-sectional method was employed, involving a population of 112 individuals and a sample of 53 respondents selected through random sampling. Data were collected using a standardized questionnaire and analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The results showed that the majority of respondents had normal stress levels, accounting for 25 individuals (47.2%), and normal menstrual cycles, accounting for 31 individuals (58.5%). Statistical analysis revealed a significant relationship between stress levels and menstrual cycle regularity with a p-value < 0.05, indicating that the research hypothesis was accepted. The findings confirm that stress levels are significantly associated with menstrual cycle regularity among working women. The novelty of this study lies in its specific focus on female workers in a regional health institution with distinct workload characteristics, providing empirical contributions to the development of stress management interventions aimed at maintaining women’s reproductive health.

Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik, Kompensasi, Beban Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention Gen Z

Abstract: The participation of Generation Z in the contemporary labor market serves as a key catalyst in driving technological adoption, organizational innovation, and changes in work culture. However, the high turnover intention&#8230; among this generation indicates instability in employee retention, which can impact operational efficiency and continuity, particularly in the service sector. This study aims to empirically examine the influence of Non-Physical Work Environment, Compensation, and Workload on Turnover Intention among Generation Z workers in the Coffee Shop industry in Pontianak City, with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was employed in this study, with data collected through an online questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale. A total of 200 respondents aged 18–27 years were selected using purposive sampling based on relevant criteria. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach via the SmartPLS 4 software. The analysis results show that the Non-Physical Work Environment has a significant negative effect on Turnover Intention, while Compensation has a negative but not significant effect. Workload has a significant positive effect on Turnover Intention. Furthermore, the Non-Physical Work Environment and Compensation have significant positive effects on Job Satisfaction, while the effect of Workload is not significant. Job Satisfaction is proven to act as a significant mediator in the relationship between the Non-Physical Work Environment and Compensation on Turnover Intention, but it does not mediate the relationship between Workload and Turnover Intention. These findings emphasize the urgency of formulating managerial strategies focused on improving the quality of the work environment and implementing adaptive compensation policies, in order to sustainably reduce turnover rates among Generation Z workers.

Periode Pelatihan Fisik untuk Atlet Elit: Konsep Saat Ini dan Arah Masa Depan

Abstract: Physical training periodization is a scientific approach aimed at systematically regulating training load, volume, and intensity to achieve peak performance in elite athletes while minimizing the risk of injury. This study&#8230; dy reviews 45 scientific articles published within the last ten years, covering periodization models, physiological responses to training, and the integration of technology in athlete development processes. The findings indicate that block periodization and non-linear periodization are the two most effective approaches, shown to enhance aerobic capacity by up to 10% and muscle strength by approximately 8% in high-level athletes. Additionally, the use of monitoring technologies such as Heart Rate Variability (HRV) and Global Positioning System (GPS) contributes significantly to real-time adjustments in training programs, enabling coaches to respond more accurately to athletes’ physiological conditions and prevent overtraining. However, challenges remain in implementing these technologies in sports with limited resources and due to a lack of long-term studies on the effectiveness of technology-based periodization. These findings emphasize the importance of individualized, data-driven approaches in designing training programs that not only improve performance but also sustain athletes’ careers. By integrating classical periodization principles with modern technology, training programs can be developed to be more adaptive, precise, and contextually tailored to individual needs. In conclusion, modern, responsive periodization supported by advanced technology is a crucial element in creating elite athlete development systems that are not only globally competitive but also focused on long-term health and performance.

Analisis Pemakaian Daya Listrik Genset Berbasis Ekonomi Teknik PT. Teladan Kutai Timur

Abstract: Electricity has become an essential need in daily life and is a primary resource that supports various economic activities. Along with the growth of the population, technological advancements, and increased investments,&#8230; the demand for electricity supply is projected to continue rising. In Indonesia, PLN (Perusahaan Listrik Negara) is the main electricity provider, but it often faces challenges in meeting this demand, especially with frequent power outages that disrupt industrial and societal activities. To address this issue, many companies have turned to using generator sets (gensets) as an alternative solution to ensure a stable energy supply. Although the use of gensets provides energy independence, it requires a significant investment. Therefore, an in-depth analysis of the efficiency and economic feasibility of using gensets is necessary. This study aims to analyze the use of gensets at PT. Teladan Prima Agro Bukit Permata Mill, located in Kaubun, East Kutai, focusing on technical-economic aspects such as Present Value (PV), Future Value (FV), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Break Even Point (BEP). Data collected directly from the field includes genset specifications, electricity load, energy consumption, fuel usage, and genset operations. The analysis results indicate that the 455 KVA genset is capable of meeting the factory's electricity needs with an initial cost of IDR 649,649,996. The NPV calculation shows a value of IDR 880,380,813, with an IRR of 6.63%. The BEP is achieved in the 12th month with a profit of IDR 109,645,114. Based on these results, the operation of the genset at PT. Teladan Prima Agro Bukit Permata Mill is considered feasible and profitable in the long term.

Pengaruh Budaya Organisasional dan Beban Kerja dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Variabel Mediasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) Fungsional

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to investigate how organizational culture and workload affect the performance of functional Civil Servants (PNS) at the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) Secretariat of the Special&#8230; ial Region of Yogyakarta (DIY), with job satisfaction acting as a mediator between the two. This research uses a quantitative approach through a survey, where data is collected by distributing questionnaires to functional PNS at the DPRD Secretariat of DIY. The results of this study show that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance, with a ß value of 0.229 and a P-value of 0.004. In contrast, workload has a negative impact on employee performance, with a ß value of -0.252 and a P-value of 0.001. Job satisfaction is proven to play a mediating role in the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance, with a ß value of 0.268 and a P-value of 0.000. Additionally, job satisfaction also mediates the negative relationship between workload and employee performance, with a ß value of -0.186 and a P-value of 0.001. These findings indicate that a supportive organizational culture and effective workload management can encourage improved employee performance, while job satisfaction strengthens the positive impact of both factors. This study emphasizes the importance of creating a supportive work culture, efficient workload management, and efforts to enhance job satisfaction in order to achieve optimal employee performance.

Abstract: The shipping activity seeks to combine various perspectives such as quality, quantity, welfare satisfaction and safety and security prerequisites related to transportation through the port to the waters.  However, when sailing,&#8230; sailing, the KM. Dharma Rucitra VII ran aground, causing the heavy steering leaf to be moved and resulting in overload, so the ability of the Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) is needed as an electric motor safety from overload. This study aims to analyze the performance of the Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) as a safety for the electric motor driving the rudder leaf from overload due to the ship running aground. The research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation and then analyzed through three stages, namely reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The result of the research shows that: 1) The rudder leaf is stuck on the seabed because the ship ran aground, causing the Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) on the rudder panel to work; and 2) Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) on the rudder panel when the ship ran aground works in the current range of 7.5A to 10A.

Analisis Kelalaian dalam Berdinas Jaga di Kapal MV. Andhika Kanishka pada Pelabuhan Muara Pantai saat Bongkar Muat

Abstract: Negligence during duty on board has a significant negative impact on loading and unloading activities. Problems in loading and unloading activities often arise due to both internal and external factors such as human error,&#8230; r, equipment issues, and natural conditions. This study aims to investigate negligence during duty on the MV. Andhika Kanishka ship at Muara Pantai Port, focusing on the factors, consequences, and strategies for addressing it. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach, involving direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentary analysis, and data was triangulated for analysis. The subjects for interviews included the ship's captain and crew. The research results indicate that: 1) Factors contributing to negligence are carelessness and psychological factors; 2) Consequences include errors during loading, difficulty in closing hatches and hatch covers, and cross-deck becoming dirty; and 3) Strategies for addressing negligence during duty involve maintaining communication, shifting cargo, and cleaning the ship's deck.
