ange of shipping services is much wider, starting from big cities to small villages, now they are starting to become targets in the business process of freight forwarding services. There are also various kinds of goods that can be sent, ranging from small items, large items such as vehicles, or items that are private in nature such as documents. It is also undeniable that currently goods delivery services have become a mainstay of the community since the pandemic hit. However, in a number of cases with the onset of COVID-19 this can reduce income in goods delivery services due to the emergence of lock down policies in various regions according to the risk map zone for the spread of COVID-19 so that public transportation restrictions must be carried out, therefore it is necessary to carry out and also transformation in technology. One of the companies in the delivery service sector, namely a logistics company, must create a management strategy so that it can survive under the effects of the post-pandemic digital transformation in the logistics sector. In this study, the authors will discuss the business strategies carried out by logistics companies in dealing with the post-COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstrak: Saat ini di Indonesia jasa pengiriman barang atau ekspedisi semakin marak digunakan dalam proses bisnis. Perusahaan penyedia jasa layanan pengiriman barang pun semakin banyak bermunculan, selain itu jangkauan pengiriman barang pun jauh lebih luas mulai dari kota-kota besar sampai ke desa-desa kecil sekarang sudah mulai menjadi target dalam proses bisnis jasa layanan pengiriman barang. Barang yang dapat dikirim pun ada berbagai macam mulai dari barang yang kecil, barang yang besar seperti kendaraan, ataupun barang yang bersifat privasi seperti dokumen. Tidak dapat dipungkiri juga bahwa saat ini jasa pengiriman barang menjadi andalan masyarakat semenjak melandanya pandemi. Namun, pada beberapa kasus dengan melandanya COVID-19 ini bisa menurunkan penghasilan pada jasa layanan pengiriman barang dikarenakan munculnya kebijakan lock down di berbagai daerah sesuai dengan zona peta resiko penyebaran COVID-19 sehingga harus dilakukan pembatasan transportasi umum. Perusahaan di bidang jasa pengiriman yaitu perusahaan logistik harus membuat manajemen strategi yang lebih baik agar mampu bertahan di bawah pengaruh pandemic terhadap perusahaan logistic dalam teknologi informasi dalam transformasi digital ERP logistik. Pada penelitian ini penulis akan membahas mengenai strategi-strategi yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan logistic untuk menangani masalah tersebut.

This study aims to cut the manual business process by using a website-based performance monitoring and measurement system so that it is hoped that the performance monitoring process can be carried out optimally in real time and easily. The results of this research are in the form of a website-based performance monitoring and measurement system that has been tested for system functionalities and system interfaces by obtaining results according to each functional system and system interface available and testing for users at the Directorate General of State Assets West Kalimantan Regional Office obtaining a percentage of 88.55 % .

Sometimes the results of these decisions are too rigid. The method used to solve this problem is the RAD method and each stage is adjusted accordingly based on the Tsukamoto fuzzy algorithm. From this study, an application of decision support systems was obtained that could support decision making to increase incentives that were more appropriate in human consideration.

Abstrak: PT Pinus Merah Abadi merupakan salah satu perusahaan distributor di Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang penjualan makanan ringan seperti snack dan wafer dengan merk nabati. Setiap bulan perusahaan menawarkan insentif yang meningkat bagi karyawannya dengan kondisi atau target yang telah ditentukan. Namun dalam prosesnya, perhitungan insentif dikelola secara manual menggunakan kriteria oleh personil urusan umum yang kemudian data hasil perhitungan manual dikirim ke kantor pusat untuk mendapatkan pencairan dana. Terkadang hasil dari keputusan ini terlalu kaku. Metode yang digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah ini adalah metode RAD dan dalam setiap tahap disesuaikan sesuai berdasarkan algoritma fuzzy Tsukamoto. Dari studi ini, sebuah aplikasi dari sistem pendukung keputusan diperoleh yang dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan untuk meningkatkan insentif yang lebih tepat dalam pertimbangan manusia.

However, the Internal Stakeholder Satisfaction Index for assurance services in the Construction, Generation, and New Renewable Energy Audit Division (AKP) fell short of its targets in 2023 and 2024. This study aims to analyze the impact of audit service quality—comprising tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy—on auditee satisfaction. Using a quantitative approach with PLS-SEM and Importance–Performance Map Analysis (IPMA), data were collected from AKP Division auditees in 2024. The results show that all dimensions of audit service quality positively and significantly influence satisfaction, with responsiveness and empathy being the most dominant factors. The findings offer practical insights for SPI PLN in prioritizing service improvements based on user perceptions and provide theoretical support for the SERVQUAL model as a key psychological mechanism in fostering satisfaction within trust-based professional services

The purpose of descriptive research is to describe and analyze research data related to phenomena, social activities, and human attitudes in various situations. At the Hilimegai Sub-district Office of South Nias Regency, the implementation of work discipline is quite good because most employees arrive on time although a small number are sometimes late due to long distances from home, but this is not used as an excuse and they still obey the rules. Employees there also always take care of office equipment as a form of discipline. They also show high responsibility by diligently completing work and are willing to work overtime to achieve work targets. However, adherence to the rules still needs to be improved because some employees often neglect their duties. Employees at the Hilimegai Subdistrict Office of South Nias Regency work for 8 hours a day, from 8 am to 4 pm, and always follow the rules that apply in their office.

. Each cycle consists of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this research are third-semester students totaling 32 individuals. Data were collected through observation and tests using observation sheets and test instruments. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the study indicate: 1) There is a significant improvement in students' academic performance from the pre-cycle to cycle 2, indicating that the learning model used is effective in enhancing students' understanding and achievement. 2) Changes in teaching strategies successfully increased the average scores and classical mastery percentages, confirming that adjustments in teaching methods have a positive impact on students' learning outcomes. 3) The number of students who have not reached the learning targets decreased from cycle 1 to cycle 2, indicating an improvement in the quality of learning and the success of additional efforts in addressing learning challenges.

The research uses a qualitative case study approach, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that PKH implementation generally runs according to schedule and targets the right beneficiaries, despite some technical difficulties and challenges in data updating and public understanding. Coordination among stakeholders, continuous socialization, and optimal assistance are key factors for the program’s success. Moreover, PKH has significantly improved the welfare of poor families, especially in education and health sectors. However, improvements in monitoring and evaluation mechanisms and program flexibility are needed to better respond to social changes. This study recommends enhancing administrative systems and increasing the capacity of facilitators to ensure that PKH can be more effective and sustainable.

onomical. Since the amount of electricity consumed by users cannot be precisely predicted, balancing generation with consumption necessitates accurate electrical load forecasting. This study focuses on load forecasting using the Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) method. The forecast developed targets daily peak loads, which fall under short-term load forecasting. The data used for this forecasting consists of historical daily peak loads from January 1, 2017, to June 9, 2022. The forecasting process involves parameters such as radius, squash factor, accept ratio, reject ratio, and epoch. The forecast accuracy is evaluated using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) metric. The results are then compared with PLN’s load forecasting, which employs the load coefficient method. The ANFIS-based forecasting achieved a MAPE of 1.879%, using networks Jaringan_24 and Jaringan_25. This MAPE value is slightly lower than PLN’s load forecasting MAPE of 1.917%, indicating better accuracy by the ANFIS method.
