not been optimally implemented. This study implements the 128-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm combined with Huffman compression to protect the confidentiality and integrity of student grade files in Excel (.xlsx) format, and evaluates its effectiveness through functional, performance, and security testing. The system was developed as a Python desktop application with a CustomTkinter interface, in which the encryption process runs Huffman compression before AES-128, while integrity verification uses SHA-256 hashing. Testing was conducted on seven student grade files from MA Ma'ahid Kudus. The results show that all files were successfully encrypted and decrypted without failure or data alteration, with encryption times of 0.0142-0.0828 seconds and decryption times of 0.0046-0.1417 seconds. The SHA-256 hash values of the original and decrypted files were identical for all samples, yielding 100% recovery accuracy, while the file size increase from padding and header insertion ranged only from 1,092 to 1,101 bytes. The study concludes that the combination of AES-128 and Huffman compression is an effective and efficient solution for protecting student grade data in educational institutions.

Therefore, an analysis of the preparation of financial statements at CV Saudagar Jaya Sukses is needed. This analysis aims to assess the conformity of the prepared financial statements with the provisions of SAK ETAP. This study uses a descriptive research type with a qualitative approach. The results of the study indicate that the preparation of financial statements at CV. Saudagar Jaya Sukses is still not fully in accordance with the provisions contained in SAK ETAP, so various improvements are needed to improve the quality of the resulting financial statements.

Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method with the help of SmartPLS 3 software. The results show that E-Service Quality and Brand Image have a positive and significant effect on Impulsive Buying and Purchasing Decisions s. In addition, Impulsive Buying and Purchasing Decisions s have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. E-Service Quality and Brand Image also have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty through Impulsive Buying and Purchasing Decisions s. These findings confirm that improving digital service quality and a strong brand image strategically contribute to the formation of impulsive buying behavior and Purchasing Decisions s that ultimately drive Erigo customer loyalty on the e-commerce platform.

. Despite being guided by the same sharia principles and regulatory environment, JII70 companies still show variations in financial performance. Although previous research has examined the factors that affect financial performance, empirical evidence regarding the influence of efficiency, market ratios, liquidity, and leverage still shows inconsistent results, particularly in companies that comply with sharia principles. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of efficiency, market ratio, liquidity, and leverage on the financial performance of companies listed on JII70 by using Return on Assets (ROA) as a performance indicator. This study uses a quantitative approach by utilizing secondary data obtained from the annual reports of 57 non-financial companies during the period 2021–2025, resulting in 285 company-year observations. Panel data regression analysis was performed using the Fixed Effects model with Driscoll–Kraay error standard to overcome the problems of heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation. The results show that efficiency measured by Total Asset Turnover (TATO) and market ratio measured by Price-to-Book Value (PBV) have a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Meanwhile, liquidity measured by Current Ratio (CR) and leverage measured by Debt-to-Asset Ratio (DAR) have a positive but not statistically significant effect on financial performance. The findings of this study support the Signaling Theory by showing that efficiency and market ratio provide stronger signals regarding company quality and financial performance in the context of the Islamic capital market in Indonesia. These findings provide practical implications for managers in improving company performance as well as for investors in making more informed investment decisions

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable among Generation Z consumers of Kopi Kenangan in Makassar City. The focus of this research is to analyze how product quality can increase customer satisfaction and shape customer loyalty. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative explanatory design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 110 respondents who are Gen Z consumers of Kopi Kenangan in Makassar City. The data analysis technique used Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS version 4.0.9.9 to examine the relationships among variables. The results show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and acts as a mediating variable in the relationship between product quality and customer loyalty. bk. The research uses an explanatory quantitative approach using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. The research population amounted to 379 employees with a sample of 192 respondents selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire based on the Likert scale and analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study show that work skills, work discipline, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, reward schemes have been shown to be able to moderate the relationship between job skills, work discipline, and work motivation to employee performance significantly. These findings suggest that rewards not only serve as a form of organizational reward, but also as a work behavior reinforcer that is able to increase the effectiveness of individual contributions to performance achievement. This research provides theoretical implications in the development of the human resource management literature based on reinforcement theory and human capital theory, as well as practical implications for companies in designing a fair, transparent, and performance-based reward system to increase organizational productivity and effectiveness.

This community service activity was conducted in the form of material preparation for the Student Leadership Basic Training (LDKM) organized by the Student Association (HIMA) of Economic Education on August 9, 2026, at Villa Cantik, with the theme "The Urgency of Leadership." A total of 55 students participated as event participants. The material presented focuses on talent management within organizations, covering the identification of member potential, competency development strategies, and mapping the regeneration of management. The implementation methods include interactive lectures, group discussions, and organizational case studies. The results of the activity show an increase in participants' understanding of the concept of talent management, marked by high enthusiasm in discussions and the participants' ability to formulate strategies for managing members' potential in organizational case simulations. This activity made a tangible contribution to strengthening students' leadership capacities and opened up opportunities for sustainable collaboration between academics and student organizations within the Economics Education Study Program

fitness that plays an important role in supporting physical activity and cognitive function. The ability of attention and learning focus is an important aspect in the learning process because it affects the understanding of material and student learning outcomes. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The research sample consisted of 20 Physical Education Study Program students selected using a purposive sampling technique. Cardiorespiratory endurance was measured using the Multistage Fitness Test (MFT) to obtain an estimated VO₂max, while attention and learning focus were measured using a Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using the Pearson Product Moment correlation test. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between cardiorespiratory endurance and student attention and learning focus (r = 0.587; p < 0.05). These findings indicate that students with better levels of cardiorespiratory endurance tend to have higher levels of focus and attention during the learning process.

The research sample consisted of 100 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of consumers who have visited at least twice in the last six months. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS version 29 through validity tests, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that promotion had a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest with a t-value of 2.255 and a significance of 0.026. Service quality also had a positive and significant effect with a t-value of 3.021 and a significance of 0.003 and was the most dominant variable with a beta value of 0.348. Product innovation had a positive and significant effect with a t-value of 2.179 and a significance of 0.032. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly influence purchase intention with an F value of 34.165 and a significance level of <0.001. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.501 indicates that 50.1% of the variation in purchase intention can be explained by the research model.
