through advertising or social media. The problem being faced by Karya Utama Vocational School teachers is the lack of knowledge in designing products. At present teachers design their products which are still very simple and unattractive, resulting in a lack of consumer interest in buying these products, the result is that sales are decreasing and profits are getting smaller. To increase the attractiveness and popularity of the products being marketed, it is necessary to use a design application such as Canva, which allows for the easy creation of promotional materials such as posters, flyers and social media posts. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and understanding to Karya Utama Vocational School Teachers regarding the role of the Canva application in an effort to increase product sales by designing posters in the form of animated videos to promote their independent businesses through social media. The stages of this community service activity are starting with lectures and discussions and then practicing product design with the Canva application. The results of the activities using this application, it is hoped that the use of information technology can increase profits and expand market share in promoting independent teacher products through social media.

Permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi oleh Guru-guru SMK Karya Utama yaitu kurangnya pengetahun dalam mendesain produk. Saat ini guru-guru mendesain produknya masih sangat sederhana sekali dan kurang menarik, sehingga mengakibatkan kurangya ketertarikan konsumen dalam membeli produk tersebut, akibatnya adalah penjualan semakin menurun dan keuntungan semakin sedikit. Untuk meningkatkan daya tarik dan popularitas produk yang dipasarkan, diperlukan penggunaan aplikasi desain seperti Canva, yang memungkinkan pembuatan materi promosi seperti poster, pamflet, dan postingan media sosial dengan mudah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada Guru-Guru SMK Karya Utama mengenai peran aplikasi canva dalam upaya meningkatkan penjualan produk dengan cara mendesain poster dalam bentuk video animasi untuk mempromosikan usaha mandiri mereka melalui media sosial. Tahapan kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu dimulai dari ceramah serta diskusi dan selanjutnya dilakuakn praktek desain produk denan aplikasi canva. Hasil dari kegiatan penggunaan aplikasi ini, diharapkan dengan adanya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dapat meningkatkan keuntungan dan memperluas pangsa pasar dalam mempromosikan produk usaha mandiri guru-guru melalui media sosial.

The process of cultivating character must be adapted to the stages of student development and the times, so that integrating it into interactive teaching materials will be preferred by students, students can more easily understand the material and have skills that are balanced between science and technology and IMTAQ. To realize this, teachers are required to be able to integrate it into PBM such as teaching materials. However, the facts on the ground show that teachers in partner schools do not really understand the context of character building and apply it to teaching materials. The purpose of this activity is to increase teacher knowledge and skills in designing and integrating character education in digital teaching materials. This service activity is carried out through lecture methods, outreach, training, and discussions involving approximately 17 elementary school teachers. The results of the activity show that in general the teacher already knows the concept of character education, examples of assistive applications in making teaching materials and teachers have been able to design and integrate character education into teaching materials in accordance with the subjects being taught which are then ready to be made into digital teaching materials

Abstrak: Pendidikan karakter merupakan salah satu upaya revolusi mental yang dilakukan untuk menanamkan karakter pada siswa. Guru memegang peranan penting dalam menghasilkan generasi yang berkarakter dan berakhlak mulia, tidak terkecuali guru SD. Penanaman karakter sejak usia dini diharapkan mampu memperkuat pondasi dalam membangun bangsa. Proses penanaman karakter harus disesuaikan dengan tahap perkembangan siswa dan perkembangan zaman, sehingga mengintegrasikannya ke dalam bahan ajar interaktif akan lebih disukai siswa, siswa lebih mudah memahami materi dan memiliki keterampilan yang seimbang antara IPTEK dan IMTAQ. Untuk mewujudkan hal ini guru dituntut mampu mengintergasikannya ke dalam PBM seperti bahan ajar. Namun, fakta dilapangan menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru di sekolah mitra belum terlalu memahami konteks pendidikan karakter serta menerapkannya ke dalam bahan ajar. Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam mendesain serta mengintegrasikan pendidikan karakter dalam bahan ajar digital. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan melalui metode ceramah, sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan diskusi dengan melibatkan lebih kurang 17 orang guru SD. Adapun hasil kegiatan menunjukkan secara garis besar guru sudah mengetahui konsep pendidikan karakter, contoh aplikasi bantu dalam membuat bahan ajar dan guru telah mampu mendesain serta mengintegrasikan pendidikan karakter ke dalam bahan ajar sesuai dengan mata pelajaran yang diampu yang kemudian siap untuk dibuat ke dalam bahan ajar digital.

In this dedication, we propose the use of mi-croservice architecture in e-learning platforms to optimize scalability and maintain platform viability. We design and implement a microservice-based e-learning platform consisting of independent microservices, such as user management, course management, content management, and grading systems. We implement standardized API mechanisms for interactions between these microservices. We also vertically increase CPU capacity on each microservice instance to address increased workloads. We also observed that the use of microservices architecture makes it easy to maintain, develop, and integrate new features into the platform. In this overall dedication, we show that the implementation of microservices on e-learning platforms is able to provide optimal scalability and maintain the continuity of the platform in the face of increasing user needs

Abstract: Peningkatan penggunaan teknologi dalam pendidikan telah mendorong perkembangan platform e-learning yang dapat memberikan pengalaman pembelajaran yang efektif dan terjangkau. Namun, skalabilitas dan kelangsungan platform e-learning sering menjadi tantangan dalam menghadapi peningkatan jumlah pengguna dan beban kerja. SMK Swasta As-Syifa Kisaran menggunakan platform E-learning berbasis monolitik yang menyebabkan semakin banyak aktivitas platform digunakan semakin berat. Beberapa tahapan dilakukan dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah, perencanaan dan desain program, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan analisis, serta penyusunan dan publikasi laporan. Arsitektur monolitik sebelumnya yang diterapkan perlu diperbaharui dengan arsitektur microservice bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan skalabilitas dan menjaga kelangsungan platform E-Learning. Permasalahan pada penggunaan traffic yang tinggi dan berfokus pada satu server semakin lama semakin membebani server. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut maka layanan dipecah menjadi beberapa layanan webservice menggunakan arsitektur microservice yang terdiri dari layanan-microservice independen, seperti manajemen pengguna, kursus, konten, dan sistem penilaian. Peningkatan kapasitas CPU secara vertikal diperlukan sehingga microservice dapat mengatasi peningkatan beban kerja server. In this context, the education system in vocational schools should explore the potential resources or potential available around the school environment, which are relevant to the demands of the world of work. In an effort to prepare student graduates who are superior and ready to work and are able to compete in the job market, there needs to be preparation in improving the hard skills and soft skills of mature students. This service activity aims to provide assistance and training to Karya Utama Vocational School students through the use of Multimedia Technology as additional skills. The method in this activity applies training and observation to students. As a result of this activity, 85% of students were able to create simple animations using Macromedia Flash software.

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) is an activity that intends to deliver knowledge training on Google Drive cloud storage technology as an alternative to the online storage medium. Tanjung Balai 4 SMKN was involved as a PkM partner in the activity, which focused on introducing and training in using Google Drive. Among the tactics employed is teaching instructors about the characteristics and benefits of Google Drive as an online storage medium. Tanjung Balai SMKN4 instructors in the 20-teacher group improved their understanding of Google Drive features and functionalities, as well as their capacity to handle files efficiently, after attending the session. Because cooperation partners and instructors at SMKN 4 Tanjung Balai may utilize the information learned to maximize the usage of Google Drive in school activities, using Google Drive has a beneficial influence on PkM activities.

Abstrak: Sistem penyimpanan data tidak hanya bertujuan agar tersimpan secara rapi dan aman namun dapat juga diakses dengan mudah saat data dibutuhkan. Sebelumnya para guru belum terbiasa menggunakan google drive dan lebih sering menyimpan data dismartphone sehingga membebani penyimpanan serta kesulitan dalam menemukan file saat akan digunakan dan data yang sering tertinggal karena disimpan dimedia flashdisk atau dilaptop yg berbeda. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan kepada guru-guru tentang pengetahuan teknologi cloud storage google drive sebagai alternatif media penyimpanan online. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan melibatkan SMKN4 Tanjung Balai sebagai mitra dalam PkM yang fokus pada pengenalan dan pelatihan penggunaan google drive. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan kepada guru-guru mengenai fitur dan manfaat google drive sebagai media penyimpanan online. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan, guru SMKN4 Tanjung Balai yang mengikuti 20 guru mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan tentang fitur dan fungsi google drive, serta kemampuan mereka dalam mengelola file secara efektif. Pemanfaatan google drive juga memberikan dampak positif dalam kegiatan PkM sebagai kolaborasi mitra dan guru SMKN 4 Tanjung Balai dapat menerapkan pengetahuan yang diperoleh untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan google drive dalam kegiatan sekolah.

The community service team offers solutions by providing training related to interactive learning media and the utilization of technology using the wordwall application. The wordwall application can attract the enthusiasm of teachers and students in the learning process by utilizing various features. This training was attended by 8 participants located at UHW Perbanas on June 24, 2022. The methods used were discussion, independent practice, and evaluation obtained from filling out the pre-test and post-test. The results of the training and mentoring show that 100% of the training participants are able to use wordwalls. The learning media using this wordwall had a significant effect and this was shown by the practical results of each participant who successfully completed the tasks given by the community service team which is 8 participants successfully made a quiz using the wordwall application.

As is the case with students at SMA Letjen Haryono MT while studying at school. However, the use of Office has not been maximized by them. They were only introduced to Microsoft Office applications but did not understand how to use them. Therefore, students need to be equipped with additional learning that focuses on using Microsoft Office as a medium to assist student learning and also prepares students to take advantage of this application in the future. The features available in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power Point are also less known by students. Departing from this, it is necessary to equip students with learning about Microsoft Office applications. Learning activities provide a range of 77% through questionnaires filled out by students which means that the training provided provides good knowledge benefits to the 28 students who take part in the training. The target planned by the implementation team was achieved where students were assisted in understanding and learning to use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point applications.

Aplikasi ini membantu berbagai pihak dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran di sekolah serta dimanfaatkan berbagai pihak untuk kebutuhan pekerjaan kantoran dalam pengolahan kata, angka serta presentasi. Pemahaman dan penguasaan aplikasi ini merupakan kemampuan dasar yang wajib dimiliki oleh tiap individu di masa sekarang. Seperti halnya dengan murid-murid di SMA Letjen Haryono MT selama belajar di sekolah. Tetapi, penggunaan Office belum dimaksimalkan oleh mereka. Mereka hanya diperkenalkan aplikasi Microsoft Office tetapi kurang memahami cara penggunaannya. Oleh karena itu, maka murid perlu dibekali dengan pembelajaran tambahan yang berfokus pada penggunaan Microsoft Office sebagai media untuk membantu pembelajaran murid dan juga mempersiapkan murid manfaatkan aplikasi ini di masa mendatang. Fitur-fitur yang tersedia di Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, dan Microsoft Power Point juga kurang diketahui oleh murid-murid. Berangkat dari hal tersebut, maka perlu melengkapi murid dengan pembelajaran akan aplikasi Microsoft Office. Kegiatan pembelajaran memberikan nilai range 77% lewat kuesioner yang diisi murid yang berarti pelatihan yang diberikan memberikan manfaat pengetahuan yang baik kepada 28 murid yang mengikuti pelatihan. Abstrak: Dengan hadirnya Revolusi Industri 4.0, teknologi digital dan internet menjadi tulang punggung teknologi, salah satunya media sosial. Berbagai jenis media sosial populer, seperti Twitter, Facebook, dan instagram, memiliki fungsi dan tujuan yang berbeda. Marketplace adalah platform media sosial yang memiliki banyak keuntungan jika digunakan dengan benar. Pedagang dapat menjual barangnya secara online di marketplace dengan memberikan foto dan deskripsi yang jelas. Selain itu metode pembayaran yang dilakukan di marketplace rata-rata setelah barang sampai mereka membayar atau banyak yang menyebutnya COD (cash on delivery). Namun, semuanya berubah akibat pandemi Covid-19. Pembatasan protokol kesehatan yang dilakukan pemerintah berdampak pada penurunan pendapatan. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pembinaan pada Sekolah Hang Nadim Batam. Metode yang dilakukan dengan melakukan survey selanjutnya pelatihan dan terakhir evaluasi. Hasil dari pengbadian ini didapat bahwa siswa-siswa 80% bisa mengerti dengan teknologi digital marketing.

rove the quality of education for the better. The problems found with partners are focused on the lack of adaptation of technology in management and the learning process in the classroom. The stages/methods of carrying out activities include starting with pre-assignment, assignment to post-assignment. Based on the results of the implementation of activities aimed at increasing students' literacy and numeracy that have been carried out for approximately 5 months, this third campus teaching program received a positive response from the principal, school committee, teacher council, students and guardians of SD Negeri 016406 Gonting Malaha. This is evidenced from the initial acceptance of the campus teaching team which was greeted with pleasure by school stakeholders and the enthusiasm of students in participating in each lesson. Class teachers are also greatly helped by having campus students teach in managing classes and assisting in the use of learning technology. Not only in the learning sector, schools are also greatly helped by the existence of campus students teaching in organizing and managing school administration in the form of reactivating previously abandoned school libraries, compiling correspondence archives and implementing routine gymnastics programs every morning which has not been done before. The results obtained in the technology adaptation of the students also introduced teachers and students directly to the use of information technology and learning resources that are useful in the development and improvement of student literacy and numeracy, for example the use of YouTube and other learning resources.

Abstrak: Kegiatan kampus mengajar salah satunya adalah untuk menyiapkan kompetensi mahasiswa indonesia menghadapi perubahan sosial, budaya, dunia kerja dan kemajuan teknologi / zaman yang pesat, serta guna untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan menjadi lebih baik (Khotimah et al., 2021). Permasalahan yang ditemukan pada mitra dititikberatkan pada kurangnya adaptasi teknologi dalam manajemen maupun proses pembelajaran di kelas. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi siswa yang telah dilakukan selama kurang lebih 5 bulan, program kampus mengajar angkatan 3 ini mendapatkan respon positif baik dari kepala sekolah, komite sekolah, dewan guru, siswa serta wali murid SD Negeri 016406 Gonting Malaha. Hal ini dibuktikan dari awal penerimaan tim kampus mengajar yang disambut dengan rasa senang oleh stakeholder sekolah dan antusiasme siswa dalam mengikuti setiap pembelajaran. Tahapan/metode pelaksanaan kegiatan diantaranya diawali dengan pra-penugasan, penugasan sampai dengan pasca penugasan. Guru kelas juga sangat terbantu dengan adanya mahasiswa kampus mengajar dalam mengelola kelas dan membantu pendampingan dalam penggunaan teknologi pembelajaran. Tidak hanya pada sektor pembelajaran, sekolah juga sangat terbantu dengan adanya mahasiswa kampus mengajar dalam menata dan mengelola administrasi sekolah berupa pengaktifan kembali perpustakaan sekolah yang terbengkalai sebelumnya, penyusunan arsip surat menyurat dan program pelaksanaan senam rutin setiap pagi yang belum ada dilakukan sebelumnya. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam adaptasi teknologi para mahasiswa juga memperkenalkan kepada guru maupun siswa secara langsung mengenai pemanfaatan teknologi informasi maupun sumber-sumber pembelajaran yang berguna dalam pengembangan dan peningkatan literasi serta numerasi siswa misalnya penggunaan youtube maupun sumber belajar lainnya.

The method used is the application of appropriate technology (PTTG) in which the procedures are carried out through direct practice. Regarding this method, several steps are taken, namely carrying out initial observations at the location, then carrying out the preparation of activity plans, outreach and implementation of activities, and evaluation during the activity. Abstrak: Permasalahan yang terjadinya pada produsen beras adalah rendahnya pengetahuan mengenai pentingnya branding, dan sistem penjualan yang masih konvensial. Tujuan kegiatan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui penerapam teknologi tepat guna (PTTG) ini ialah untuk membantu produsen beras dalam hal pengembangan usahanya agar lebih berkembang dan adanya peningkatan pendapatan. Langkah efektif yang sudah dijalankan oleh tim pengabdian ialah diawali dengan menganalisis situasi dilapangan secara langsung kemudian hasilnya dijadikan sebagai acuan pengabdian. Metode yang digunakan ialah penerapan teknologi tepat guna (PTTG) yang tata caranya dilakukan melalui praktik secara langsung. Terkait metode ini maka beberapa langkah yang dilakukan ialah melakukan obervasi awal ke lokasi, kemudian melakukan penyusunan rencana kegiatan, sosialisasi dan pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan evaluasi selama kegiatan berlangsung . Hasil yang diperoleh dari adanya pengabdian ini ialah 1) Adanya peningkatan pengetahuan terkait tata cara desain kemasan produk beras tjiawi ramos 2) Adanya peningkatan terkait atribut produk yang sudah dibuat 3) Adanya peningkatan pengetahuan terkait tatacara branding yang baik bagi usaha beras serta ramos.
