nguage teaching in Indonesia and to understand how these approaches shape teaching methods and strategies applied in language classrooms. In this study, the author conducted a comprehensive literature review of relevant literature, including textbooks, research journals, articles, and education policies related to English language teaching in Indonesia. The data collected were analyzed qualitatively to identify curriculum approaches commonly used in the context of English language teaching in Indonesia. The results of this study show that some curriculum approaches commonly used in English teaching in Indonesia include content-based approaches, communicative approaches, task-based approaches, and grammar-based approaches. The selection of this curriculum approach is based on the goals and objectives of the program, as well as the needs and interests of learners. In conclusion, in Indonesia, English teaching is influenced by various curriculum approaches, which shape the methods and strategies applied in language classes. The choice of curriculum approach in English language teaching depends on the goals and objectives of the program, as well as the needs and interests of learners. Different approaches can be used in combination to create a comprehensive and effective language learning experience so that language learners can easily master the language in a formal setting.

Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai pembinaan iman anak dalam keluarga dan gereja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi yang terbuka, rutin, dan berkesinambungan antara orang tua dan guru Sekolah Minggu mampu menciptakan kerja sama yang harmonis dalam pembinaan iman anak. Selain itu, keterlibatan orang tua melalui pendampingan rohani, pengulangan pengajaran firman Tuhan di rumah, dan pemberian teladan hidup Kristen memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan iman anak. Sinergitas antara keluarga dan gereja membantu anak memperoleh pembinaan iman yang lebih konsisten, terpadu, dan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Kristiani berdasarkan prinsip Ulangan 6:6-7.
This study aims to understand the synergy between parents and Sunday School teachers in children’s faith development based on Deuteronomy 6:6–7. The focus of the study is directed toward the communication patterns between parents and Sunday School teachers, as well as parental involvement in supporting children’s spiritual growth. This study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation to obtain an in-depth understanding of children’s faith development within the family and church contexts. The results of the study indicate that open, regular, and continuous communication between parents and Sunday School teachers is able to create harmonious cooperation in children’s faith development. In addition, parental involvement through spiritual guidance, reinforcement of God’s Word at home, and the provision of Christian role models has a positive influence on children’s spiritual growth. The synergy between family and church helps children receive faith development that is more consistent, integrated, and aligned with Christian values based on the principles of Deuteronomy 6:6–7.

acher performance management that has not been running optimally, especially in MAN 2 Majalengka and MAS Daarul Uluum PUI Majalengka. The sample in this study was the staff management of the schools, especially the principal, and teacher or educator staff in both schools studied, and the students, both at MAN 2 Majalengka and MAS Daarul Uluum PUI Majalengka. Then, the research method used in this study was descriptive-holistic aiming at finding out descriptive and holistic explanations as well as examining the assumptions used in more depth based on the findings and interpretations of the data in the research field. The data were collected through documentation techniques, interviews, and direct observation by the researcher. The results showed that the management of teacher performance improvement was able to make teachers professional, when the management of improving teacher performance was carried out based on the principles of scientific management and adjusted to the needs and characteristics of the school. Both schools (Madrasah) have been quite successful in implementing teacher performance management optimally. It could be seen in the efforts of both schools in several aspects examined. The planning aspects of both schools (Madrasah) involved a contextual analysis of all school resources and the school’s goals. The implementation of the aspects, in both schools (Madrasah), involved various performance indicators such as; (1) providing the guidance and distributing teacher self-evaluation tools; (2) carrying out academic supervision; (3) studying and concluding the results of academic supervision; (4) communicating the results of academic supervision to the teachers individually; (5) discussed the follow-up including; (a) conducting a non-formal program covering of handling cases that were individual and casuistic in nature (curative); (b) conducting a formal program, namely handling cases that were general in nature, and carried out by all teachers through training in the form of developing and deepening performance points such as composing a lesson plan. Both schools (Madrasah) showed their uniqueness, especially in the indicators of problem solving and following up. The evaluation aspects of both schools (Madrasah) were quite good at measuring existing education services, as well as measuring the extent to which the school elements have achieved predetermined qualifications. In general, this study concluded that both schools (Madrasah) were quite optimal in implementing teacher performance management by referring to the functional aspects of management; planning, implementation, and evaluation.
