Merr. extract with the addition of Local Microorganisms (MoL) Solanum lycopersicum (L.) and Saccharum officinarum Linn. has been proven to effectively improve the chemical properties and fertility of Organosol soil through its role in increasing microbial activity and accelerating the decomposition of organic matter. The methodology of this study involved observing land conditions by examining soil structure, texture, and pH in the research area. The results showed that the soil texture belongs to the sandy clay loam or clay loam class, with a soil pH of 3.72. Soil improvement was carried out by applying dolomite lime at 100 grams per planting hole, requiring a total of 66.7 kilograms. Goat manure was applied at 2 kilograms per planting hole, with a total requirement of 133.4 kilograms for 667 trees. This study aims to review the effectiveness of soursop (Annona muricata) leaf extract as a botanical pesticide against the gray caterpillar (Spodoptera litura) on mustard plants (Brassica juncea), using a literature review method. Data were collected through a systematic search of accredited national and international scientific journals, then analyzed descriptively and comparatively. The findings indicate that soursop leaves contain bioactive compounds such as acetogenins, flavonoids, and saponins, which act as stomach poisons, antifeedants, and repellents to S. litura. Several studies reported that extracts from Annona spp. leaves and seeds effectively inhibit larval growth, reduce feeding activity, damage digestive tissues, and lead to larval death. This effectiveness highlights the potential of soursop leaves as a safe and efficient candidate for botanical pesticide development. The study also identifies a research gap regarding field-scale testing on mustard plants, suggesting the need for further agronomic validation.

This study aims to determine the fat content of mangrove snails from two different locations, namely in the mangrove forest waters of Negeri Luhu and the mangrove forest waters of Waai Village. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with the object of research being the fat content of mangrove snails. This research was conducted at the Basic Chemistry Laboratory of Pattimura University, Ambon, which was carried out starting on October 14, 2020. Data collection was obtained from the results of the analysis of the fat content of mangrove snails using the soxhlet method. The results of the study showed that from six samples of mangrove snails obtained from two different locations, it was known that the mangrove snail samples in Negeri Luhu had a higher fat content with an average value of 4.5448% compared to the mangrove snail samples in Waai Village which had an average value of 3.3649 %.

The Asahan District Agriculture Office in identifying mangosteen diseases is still done manually because in the limited time mangosteen farmers cannot receive training from unscheduled farmer counseling. So to make it easier to understand in identifying diseases, researchers create an expert system that can build to identify diseases and pests in mangosteen in percentage probability, using a certainty factor algorithm for the application of an effective expert system in overcoming the problem. The accuracy in the calculation process of the certainty factor algorithm is influenced by the selection of the data for the existing symptoms.

Abstrak: Buah manggis merupakan buah tropis yang banyak dibudidayakan di Indonesia . pada umumnya diasahan banyak yang membudiadayakan buah manggis, namun petani masih mengalami kendala dalam menagani hama dan penyakit manggis, untuk mengatasi permasalahan permasalahan yang ada, penyuluhan pertanian membantu untuk melakukan pemahaman kepada petani agar dapat mengidentifikasi hama dan penyakit tersebut. Adapun Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Asahan dalam melakukan identifikasi penyakit manggis masih secara manual, karena dalam keterbatasan waktu petani manggis tidak dapat pelatihan dari penyuluhan petani yang tidak terjadwalkan. Maka untuk mempermudah dalam memahami dalam mengidentifikasi penyakit peneliti membuat sistem pakar yang dapat membangun untuk mengidentifikasi penyakit dan hama pada manggis dalam probabilitas persentasenya, menggunakan algoritma certainty factor untuk penerapan sistem pakar ekfektif dalam mengatasi permasalahannya. Keakuratan dalam proses perhitungan algoritma certainty factor yang dipengaruhi oleh pemilihan data gejala-gejala yang ada.

Abstrak:Cabai merupakan tanaman produksi yang banyak dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Untuk meningkatkan produksi tanaman cabai diperlukan perawatan yang baik. Produksi dari tanaman cabai akan menurun jika tidak diperhatikan jenis penyakit yang menyerang. Untuk mengetahui penyakit tanaman cabai para petani hanya melihat penyakitnya saja tanpa mengetahui terlebih dahulu gejala yang muncul sehingga akan mempengaruhi hasil produksi tanaman cabai. Sehingga diperlukan pakar yang mengerti mengenai gejala penyakit pada tanaman cabai. Keberadaan pakar bisa digantikan oleh sebuah sistem yang dirancang untuk mendeteksi gejala penyakit pada tanaman cabai. Sistem pakar yang akan dirancang berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode case base reasoning. Sistem pakar ini nantinya diharapkan membantu untuk peningkatan produktivitas tanaman cabai.

limited, particularly in optimizing the potential of local plants available around students. This community service activity aims to implement the ecoprint pounding technique with students at Alam Leuser Middle School. The approach used included counseling, simulation, training, and evaluation. The counseling provided basic knowledge of the ecoprint method. The results showed that participants successfully implemented the pounding technique using local leaves and plants. The resulting ecoprints have the potential to become superior products. Local plants that produce the sharpest patterns include Centrosema pubescens, Carica papaya leaves, Ricinus communis L., Cosmos sulphureus, and Pinus. However, further training and intensive mentoring are still needed to improve product quality. This activity is expected to increase students' creativity in using environmental resources as learning tools. This activity introduces simple and easily marketable creative economic ideas. In addition, this activity raises students' awareness of the use of natural materials in textile arts, thereby supporting environmental conservation.

Abstrak: Ecoprint merupakan teknik pewarnaan kain ramah lingkungan yang memanfaatkan pigmen alami dari tumbuhan. Namun, pemanfaatan teknik ini sebagai media pembelajaran berbasis lingkungan di sekolah masih terbatas, khususnya dalam mengoptimalkan potensi tumbuhan lokal yang tersedia di sekitar peserta didik. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan teknik menumbuk ecoprint dengan siswa di SMP Alam Leuser. Pendekatan yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan, simulasi, pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Penyuluhan memberikan pengetahuan dasar tentang metode ecoprint. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa peserta berhasil melakukan teknik menumbuk menggunakan daun dan tumbuhan lokal. Ecoprint yang dihasilkan berpotensi menjadi produk unggulan. Tumbuhan lokal yang menghasilkan pola paling tajam antara lain Centrosema pubescens, daun Carica papaya, Ricinus communis L, Cosmos sulphureus dan Pinus. Namun, pelatihan lebih lanjut dan pendampingan intensif masih diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kreativitas siswa dalam menggunakan sumber daya lingkungan sebagai alat pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini memperkenalkan ide-ide ekonomi kreatif yang sederhana dan mudah dipasarkan. Selain itu, kegiatan ini meningkatkan kesadaran siswa tentang penggunaan bahan alami dalam seni tekstil, sehingga mendukung konservasi lingkungan.

community to use goat dung as a planting medium in Grabagan village. Piles of goat droppings can cause air pollution which can disrupt residents' activities. One of solutions to reducing goat waste is to use it as a planting medium. The method used is the ABCD method (Asset Based Community Development). Community service activities were carried out in Grabagan village with participants from 30 PKK women and 20 students from UPT SDN I Grabagan. Training activities involve participants in direct practice in making planting media. Increased knowledge of participants regarding understanding planting media from goat manure, namely from the first meeting 60% to 90% at the second meeting. Monitoring carried out after the training activity revealed that 45% of the participants practiced the utilization and use of goat dung planting media in their homes. Apart from residents' homes, planting media is also used for the toga corner in the Grabaga village hall.

Abstrak: Limbah kotoran kambing memiliki banyak manfaat untuk tumbuhan. Warga Desa Grabagan banyak yang memiliki hewan ternak kambing sehingga kotoran kambing banyak ditemukan di pemukiman Desa Grabagan Tuban. Kotoran kambing yang menumpuk bisa menimbulkan polusi udara sehingga menganggu aktivitas warga. Salah satu solusi mengurangi limbah kotoran kambing dapat digunakan sebagai media tanam. Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan kotoran kambing sebagai media tanam di desa Grabagan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode ABCD (Asset Based Community Development). Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan di desa Grabagan dengan peserta dari 30 ibu-ibu PKK dan 20 siswa dari UPT SDN I Grabagan. Kegiatan pelatihan melibatkan peserta untuk praktik langsung untuk membuat media tanam. Peningkatan pengetahuan peserta tentang pemahaman media tanam dari kotoran kambing yaitu dari pertemuan pertama 60% menjadi 90% pada pertemuan kedua. Monitoring yang dilakukan setelah kegiatan pelatihan diketahui bahwa terdapat 45% dari peserta yang mempraktikkan dalam pemanfaatan dan penggunaan media tanam dari kotoran kambing di rumah mereka. Selain di rumah warga, media tanam juga dimanfaatkan untuk pojok toga yang ada di balai desa Grabagan.
