o its vulnerability to wave-induced beach damage. To simulate wave conditions, a wave generator was designed using a 12-volt DC motor integrated into an acrylic wave bath. This research analyses the effectiveness of three types of coastal safety structures: reflectors, sea walls and sloping sea walls. Laboratory experiments measured the wave overflow volume for each type of structure under controlled conditions. The results showed that reflector-type structures achieved the highest efficiency in mitigating wave overtopping, with an average minimum overtopping value of 0.006 m³/ms. The findings emphasise the importance of selecting and designing appropriate coastal protection measures to minimise coastal erosion, protect coastal infrastructure and reduce risks to surrounding settlements. This study contributes valuable insights into the role of engineered structures in enhancing coastal resilience, especially for areas vulnerable to high wave energy.

ducation systems at the elementary level, these limitations are often not addressed through pedagogical approaches that align with the neurocognitive needs of learners. The problem addressed in this study is the effectiveness of the multisensory learning approach in improving the reading skills of children with dyslexia in inclusive elementary education settings. This research was conducted through a systematic literature review using a descriptive qualitative approach, drawing upon scholarly sources published in nationally and internationally accredited journals over the past decade. Thematic analysis was employed to identify consistent empirical findings related to multisensory interventions. The results show that the multisensory approach (which simultaneously engages visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and tactile modalities) has been proven to enhance phonological decoding, word recognition accuracy, reading fluency, and learning affectivity in children with dyslexia. Its effectiveness is highly influenced by the duration and intensity of the intervention, educators' competence in designing multisensory activities, and the suitability of materials to individual sensory profiles. The conclusion of this review asserts that the multisensory approach is not merely a remedial strategy, but a neuroeducation-based pedagogical framework that is inclusive and transformative. The novelty of this research lies in its integrative emphasis on the multisensory approach and principles of educational neuropsychology as the foundation for developing learning models that are responsive to the needs of neurodivergent learners in the context of inclusive elementary education in Indonesia.

The mismatch between conventional teaching approaches and the distinctive needs of GTC in inclusive environments creates serious pedagogical challenges, notably the hindered realization of their full potential. This article aims to critically examine the effectiveness of differentiated instruction as an adaptive curriculum strategy in addressing the diverse needs of GTC within inclusive classrooms. Through a systematic literature review, the differentiation approach is analyzed within the framework of modifying content, process, and product of learning based on students' readiness, interests, and cognitive profiles. The findings indicate that the implementation of differentiation significantly enhances intrinsic motivation, active engagement, and academic achievement of GTC, while maintaining social cohesion in the classroom. Differentiated instruction also contributes to the creation of an inclusive, dynamic, and pedagogically equitable learning environment. The novelty of this study lies in the conceptual integration of differentiation principles with inclusive practices as a foundation for curriculum design that emphasizes individual excellence and appreciation of diversity. MPN 281 Jakarta. This research employs a quantitative descriptive approach to evaluate the effectiveness of P5 activities in improving the creativity of eighth-grade students. Data were collected through questionnaires completed by 70 students and interviews with 3 teachers, including the P5 coordinator. The research findings indicate that the effectiveness of P5 activities in enhancing student creativity reaches a very high category, with a percentage of 92%. Student creativity experiences a significant improvement, particularly in generating new ideas, viewing problems from various perspectives, seeking alternative solutions, and daring to undertake challenging tasks. However, there is still room for improvement, especially in aspects of creativity related to unconventional thinking to express oneself. Teachers and the P5 coordinator play crucial roles in designing and implementing P5 activities to create an environment conducive to student creativity growth. In conclusion, P5 activities are effective in enhancing the creativity of eighth-grade students at SMPN 281 Jakarta, yet continuous improvement is needed to achieve maximum creative potential.

Although physical attendance is maintained, the apparent spiritual absence, reflected in passive behavior or the departure of congregants during crucial liturgical moments, reveals a management failure to holistically integrate liturgical, theological, and pastoral aspects. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through participatory observation and in-depth interviews to examine the role of management in designing, implementing, and evaluating worship services that facilitate meaningful spiritual engagement. The analysis confirms that weak liturgical formation, the absence of a structured participatory evaluation system, and a less dialogical pastoral approach are dominant factors contributing to low congregation participation. Worship management that is purely administrative and procedural without reinforcement of the spiritual dimension contributes to a less transformative worship atmosphere. This study recommends reforming worship management through strengthening liturgical education, innovating more participatory and contextual forms of worship, and establishing worship evaluation teams involving leadership and congregants collaboratively and sustainably. The novelty of this research lies in emphasizing worship management not merely as a technical-administrative process but as a means of dynamically and contextually shaping the congregation’s spirituality, thereby providing a conceptual contribution to developing an adaptive and transformative worship management model within the modern church environment.

f cooperative performance heavily depends on effective financial management, particularly in maximizing the utilization of cash, receivables, and assets to enhance profitability. This study aims to examine the influence of cash turnover, receivables turnover, and total asset turnover on the profitability of cooperatives, as measured by Return on Assets (ROA) as a financial performance indicator. The research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis, based on secondary data from cooperative financial statements covering the period from 2019 to 2024. The analysis results show that both simultaneously and partially, the three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on profitability. Cash turnover and total asset turnover are the primary determinants in improving ROA, reflecting the importance of efficiency in managing liquidity and productive assets. Meanwhile, although receivables turnover is also significant, it requires strict supervision in the implementation of credit policies to avoid an increase in non-performing receivables. These findings contribute empirical evidence to the literature on cooperative financial management and offer practical implications for cooperative managers in designing financial resource management strategies aimed at improving performance and business sustainability. Therefore, optimizing the management of cash, receivables, and assets should be a strategic priority within cooperative financial systems to withstand increasingly complex and competitive economic dynamics.

The success of HoK is not solely determined by the quality of its game mechanics but also by its ability to deliver an immersive user experience and implement adaptive Content Marketing strategies. This study aims to empirically examine the influence of Game User Experience (GUX) and Content Marketing on Player Loyalty, with Satisfaction serving as a mediating variable. Employing a quantitative approach through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), data were collected from active HoK players using a validated survey instrument. The results of the analysis indicate that both GUX and Content Marketing have a significant positive effect on Satisfaction, which, in turn, mediates their influence on Loyalty. The proposed mediation model successfully illustrates the affective role of Satisfaction as a key determinant in the formation of player Loyalty in digital contexts. These findings not only reinforce theoretical foundations in the domain of experience-based marketing but also offer practical insights for game developers and marketers in designing sustainable retention strategies through the optimization of gameplay experience and value-driven content delivery.
