The results of this research are: 1) Improving the Village Community Economy Based on Home Industries in Sukasari Village, Cidolog District, Ciamis Regency is not yet optimal, 2) Obstacles that occur are inequality in internet access, lack of business partners who are able to finance capital, unpreparedness for product digitalization business and the lack of literacy in using online media as promotional and sales literacy. 3) The efforts made are that the Village Government has attempted to facilitate training for home industry business actors in Sukasari Village so that they are able to digitize business products such as using online promotional media, improving packaging design, and marketing online via digital platforms for free.

This research aims to analyze the upstream-to-downstream agribusiness system of the Goatday farm, analyze the strategies that Goatday has implemented, and analyze the strategies that Goatday can implement in the future. The data sources in this research were obtained from key informants and follow-up informants. The key informant in this research is Mr. Muhammad Farid Akrom the owner of the Goatday farm, while further informants are Mr. Ahmad Fauzi and Mr. Hendri the person in charge of the Goatday farm, and Mr. Hermawan the partner of the Goatday breeder. The analysis used is descriptive analysis, Business Model Canvas (BMC), and SWOT analysis. The result of this research was that Goatday has implemented an agribusiness system on its farms that is integrated. Goatday has also implemented partnerships and has a well-systemized farm. Based on the SWOT analysis, the strategy that Goatday can implement in the future is to create an education-based farm and provide more training to staff and partners regarding efficient maintenance management.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi efektivitas seminar bertema "Memimpin dengan Seimbang: Strategi Efektif di Tengah Work-Family Conflict" dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan manajemen konflik peran ganda pada perempuan pekerja. Peserta seminar ini melibatkan 19 kepala cabang mikro dan UKM PT Esta Dana Ventura di Sulawesi Selatan. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup wawancara dengan pihak Human Capital Business Partner dan observasi langsung terhadap aktivitas kepala cabang di PT Esta Dana Ventura. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran pre-test dan post-test menggunakan Google Form. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta setelah mengikuti seminar (Z = -3,738, p < 0,05). Dengan demikian, seminar ini terbukti sebagai intervensi edukatif yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan perempuan dalam menghadapi Work-Family Conflict.

udy focuses on the application of the Lean Software Development method to design an E-SCM system in the Banana Chips industry, which faces challenges in managing inventory and production processes. The main problems faced include the inability to manage raw material inventory and non-computerized records, resulting in inefficient use of time and costs. By applying Lean principles, such as eliminating unnecessary features, fast delivery, and team collaboration, the E-SCM Website is designed to be responsive to market needs and easy to understand by users. Before the E-SCM system is applied by users, developers test the system by measuring how well the system is understood by users. Before being implemented, the system was tested using the Usability Scale System (SUS) and prototype testing. The results of the questionnaire filled out by 5 respondents showed an average SUS score of 78, which was categorized as "Acceptable" and "Good".

Abstrak: Dalam era bisnis yang semakin kompetitif, teknologi informasi menjadi kunci dalam pengelolaan data dan informasi. E-SCM muncul sebagai solusi strategis untuk mengintegrasikan mitra kerja dan mengelola stok barang secara efisien. Penelitian ini fokus pada penerapan metode Lean Software Development untuk merancang sistem E-SCM di industri Banana Chips, yang menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan persediaan dan proses produksi. Masalah utama yang dihadapi mencakup ketidakmampuan dalam mengatur persediaan bahan baku dan pencatatan yang belum terkomputerisasi, mengakibatkan inefisiensi penggunaan waktu dan biaya. Dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip Lean, seperti menghilangkan fitur-fitur yang tidak perlu, pengiriman cepat, dan kolaborasi tim, Website E-SCM dirancang agar responsif terhadap kebutuhan pasar dan mudah dipahami oleh pengguna. Sebelum sistem E-SCM diaplikasikan oleh pengguna, pengembang melakukan pengujian terhadap sistem tersebut dengan mengukur seberapa baik sistem dimengeri oleh pengguna. Sebelum diterapkan, sistem diuji menggunakan Sistem Usability Scale (SUS) dan pengujian prototype. Hasil dari kuesioner yang diisi oleh 5 responden menunjukkan skor rata-rata SUS sebesar 78, yang dikategorikan sebagai “Acceptable” dan “Good”.

Abstrak: Susenas merupakan salah satu sumber data sosial ekonomi rumah tangga yang penting diindonesia. Dalam proses pengumpulan data survei PMTB yang dilakukan oleh petugas mitra masih menerapkan sistem manual yang mana petugas mitra datang ke perusahaan/usaha membawah formulir pengisian data pendapatan dan pengeluaran perusahaan, dan selanjutnya mitra kembali menulis ke buku besar untuk dapat di analisa oleh petugas Neraca, penulis bermaksud membuat suatu sistem berbasis web yang dipandang dapat memberikan solusi yang efektif serta dapat dijadikan sebagai alat pendataan PMTB dengan menggunakan metode penelitian wawancara dan observasi langsung ke kantor BPS Kota Medan.

Abstrak: Program pengadian kepada masyarakat (PKM) yang diselenggarakan di Perumahan Taman Sari Hijau berdasarkan pada kebutuhan dan peningkatan kemauan belajar dan juga minat dalam meningkatkan kemampuan Bahasa Inggris di lingkungan tersebut. Terdapat 30 anak-anak pada jenjang Sekolah Dasar yang menjadi peserta kegiatan ini. Berdasarkan hasil obeservasi awal ditemukan bahwa masih kurangnya akses terhadap konten pembelajaran berbahasa Inggris dan juga masih kurangnya minat anak-anak untuk belajar Bahasa Inggris. Dalam pelaksanaannya, kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan dengan mempelajari permasalahan mitra dan kemudian memperkenalkan dan mengimplemnetasikan pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris dengan metode yang lebih efektif. Metode yang digunakan adalah Total Physical Response (TPR) yang diterapkan melalui tahapan kegiatan yang terstruktur, dimulai dari pengenalan kosakata sederhana, demonstrasi gerakan oleh pengajar, hingga praktik langsung oleh siswa melalui permainan edukatif (games). Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak memang membutuhkan pendekatan yang lebih “menyenangkan” dari pada penghafalan kosakata yang baku, sehingga mereka dapat menggunakan kosakata yang telah mereka pelajari dengan lebih percaya diri.

aysia it was found that more than 30% of stu-dents still consider bullying to be a normal social dynamic. This service aims to raise awareness of the dangers of bullying, equip school residents with social-emotional skills, and create a safe and inclusive school environment. The method used in the PkM-International Partnership uses a holistic approach that combines anti-bullying education and psychosocial reinforcement for four days for 219 students. The implementation strategy includes interactive workshops, case discussions, role-play simulations, and educational poster creation. The results of the service showed a significant increase in participants' understanding with an increase in the average score from 2.99 to 3.74 (25.10%). The real impact of this activity is the strengthening of anti-bullying literacy and the formation of a more responsive internal school mechanism to build a school cul-ture that is free of violence and compassion.

Abstrak: Perundungan di sekolah menengah Malaysia merupakan isu serius dengan prevalensi kasus yang terus meningkat dan berdampak buruk pada kesehatan mental remaja. Di SAM Tengku Ampuan Jemaah Selangor, Malaysia ditemukan bahwa lebih dari 30% siswa masih menganggap perundungan sebagai dinamika sosial yang wajar. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran akan bahaya perundungan, membekali warga sekolah dengan keterampilan sosial-emosional, serta menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman dan inklusif. Metode yang digunakan dalam PkM-Kemitraan Internasional ini menggunakan pendekatan holistik yang memadukan edukasi anti-bullying dan penguatan psikososial selama empat hari terhadap 219 peserta didik. Strategi pelaksanaan mencakup workshop interaktif, diskusi kasus, simulasi role-play, dan pembuatan poster edukasi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pemahaman peserta dengan kenaikan skor rata-rata dari 2,99 menjadi 3,74 (25,10%). Dampak nyata dari kegiatan ini adalah penguatan literasi anti-bullying serta terbentuknya mekanisme internal sekolah yang lebih responsif guna membangun budaya sekolah yang bebas kekerasan dan penuh kasih sayang.

literacy stands at 49.68%, while specific understanding of taxation among young people is reported to be lower than that of the productive-age population. In addition, tax return compliance among individuals under 25 years old remains limited, reflecting weak early tax awareness and tax morale. In Magelang, high school students as future taxpayers generally lack access to contextual and practice-oriented tax education. This community engagement program aims to enhance tax literacy, awareness, and basic understanding of taxation among senior and vocational high school students through a structured and participatory educational approach. The methods included interactive lectures, contextual discussions, daily tax case studies, and simple tax calculation simulations, supported by pre- and post-tests to measure learning outcomes. The results demonstrate a significant improvement in students’ tax literacy scores and attitudes toward future compliance. The program also produced a tax literacy module and initiated student tax awareness groups in partner schools. Early tax education is therefore effective in strengthening youth tax morale and supporting sustainable national development.

Abstrak: Literasi pajak di kalangan generasi muda Indonesia masih tergolong rendah dan belum menjadi bagian utama dalam pembelajaran formal di tingkat SMA/SMK. Data nasional menunjukkan tingkat literasi keuangan sebesar 49,68%, sementara pemahaman spesifik mengenai perpajakan pada kelompok usia muda lebih rendah dibandingkan kelompok usia produktif. Selain itu, tingkat kepatuhan pelaporan SPT pada wajib pajak berusia di bawah 25 tahun masih terbatas, yang mencerminkan lemahnya kesadaran dan moral pajak sejak dini. Di wilayah Magelang, siswa SMA/SMK sebagai calon wajib pajak masa depan umumnya belum memperoleh edukasi pajak yang kontekstual dan berbasis praktik. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi, kesadaran, dan pemahaman dasar perpajakan melalui pendekatan edukasi yang terstruktur dan partisipatif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah interaktif, diskusi kontekstual, studi kasus perpajakan sehari-hari, serta simulasi perhitungan pajak sederhana yang didukung pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan skor literasi pajak dan sikap kepatuhan siswa. Program ini juga menghasilkan modul literasi pajak dan pembentukan kelompok siswa sadar pajak di sekolah mitra. Edukasi pajak sejak dini terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat moral pajak generasi muda dan mendukung pembangunan nasional berkelanjutan.

The implementation method included an initial survey to map needs, preparation of training materials, digital literacy socialization, creation of social media accounts, and assistance in producing promotional content. The results showed that the partners began to understand the role of social media and e-commerce, established official promotional accounts, and were able to independently produce simple content. The conclusion of this program is that the improved digital capacity of KWT Gemilang II provides a foundation for more sustainable online-based marketing management while supporting local economic development through alternative food products.

Abstrak: Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan bersama Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Gemilang II dengan tujuan meningkatkan kapasitas digital dalam memasarkan produk tepung Mocaf. Permasalahan utama mitra adalah rendahnya literasi digital, ketiadaan strategi pemasaran yang sistematis, dan keterbatasan dalam produksi konten promosi. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui survei awal untuk pemetaan kebutuhan, penyusunan materi, sosialisasi literasi digital, pembuatan akun media sosial, serta pendampingan pembuatan konten promosi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa mitra mulai memahami fungsi media sosial dan e-commerce, memiliki akun resmi untuk promosi, serta mampu menghasilkan konten sederhana secara mandiri. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan kapasitas digital KWT Gemilang II menjadi fondasi dalam pengelolaan pemasaran berbasis online yang lebih berkelanjutan, sekaligus mendukung pengembangan ekonomi lokal berbasis pangan alternatif..
