The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using instruments measuring oral and dental health maintenance and a doctor’s diagnosis to determine the presence of periodontitis. Analisis was conducted using the Fisher exact Test (p-value = 0,000). The results indicate a significant relationship between oral and dental health maintenance and the incidence of periodontitis in diabetes mellitus patients. Healthcare workers play a crucial role in educating on the importance of maintaining oral and dental health, including brushing teeth twice daily (morning after meals and before sleeping) and regularly visiting the dentist every six months.

This research is descriptive describing and analyzing collected data during the research with qualitative approach. The researcher made Mrs. Nurmalia Puspitarini as interviewee and main informant from BCA side; she is the Head of Service BCA Sumenep. The interviewee was chosen because she knows directly the strategy of employees quality development which is done by BCA. The result shows that the strategy of employees’ quality development of BCA Sumenep is done through training and education method. Training and education programs were done by on the job training, pre-service education and coaching, and also off the job training, regular training, e-learning, smartsolution reward program, video-based training, worklife balance, community of practice, and service dialogue. Coaching program, e-learning and regular training succeed to increase the employees’ quality and work rate. ng number of SKTM applications each year, which has not been matched by optimal service quality improvements. This study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation involving 11 informants consisting of village officials and community members. The results show that, in general, the SKTM service at Karang Indah Village Office is relatively effective, particularly in terms of procedures and costs, which are simple, transparent, and free of charge. The service completion time is also relatively fast, often completed within one working day. However, several challenges still affect service effectiveness, such as inconsistencies in procedural implementation, limited facilities and infrastructure, manual administrative systems, and insufficient public awareness regarding the requirements for obtaining SKTM. Additionally, coordination between neighborhood units (RT) and the village office remains suboptimal, potentially causing service delays. This study concludes that the effectiveness of SKTM service delivery in Karang Indah Village needs improvement through digital service innovation, capacity building for administrative staff, and strengthening supervision and public outreach.

The findings indicate that youth empowerment by Karang Taruna in Dewasari Village has been initiated but not yet optimal according to empowerment theory. Challenges identified include low youth interest in training, lack of awareness about the importance of organizations, and constraints in entrepreneurship and funding. Efforts to address these barriers involve more intensive approaches, enhanced socialization and networking, and knowledge enhancement through seminars, workshops, and training sessions. Additionally, providing financial support is crucial to enhance empowerment effectiveness. This study provides insights into real challenges faced in enhancing youth participation in community development. By implementing appropriate strategies, it is expected that youth empowerment through Karang Taruna will become more effective and significantly contribute to Dewasari village's progress.

Deaf children face significant challenges in verbal and social communication, requiring specialized teaching methods focusing on direct experiences, sign language, and intensive training such as “language immersion.” SLB Karya Murni implements contextual methods linking instructional materials to daily life, such as tactile exercises to enhance sensory perception and integrated speech training to strengthen vocal abilities. Additionally, conversation visualization programs are employed to help children understand and develop vocabulary. The study found that the learning process demands patience, creativity, and technological support to improve the cognitive and communication skills of deaf children. The school also emphasizes practical skill development through activities like woodworking and beauty salon workshops, preparing students for independent living. This research highlights the importance of inclusion-based character education, family involvement, and a supportive social environment, which are expected to enhance the active participation of deaf children in their communities. These findings are anticipated to serve as a reference for developing more effective and inclusive learning programs in other special education schools.

Teachers working in orphanages face dual roles as educators and caregivers, requiring psychological resilience to manage emotional pressures, limited resources, and the complexity of social relationships in the workplace. In this context, resilience becomes a key factor that enables teachers to adapt, overcome obstacles, and develop effective strategies to maintain both personal and professional stability. This study aims to describe teacher resilience at Muhammadiyah Orphanage Lamongan using a qualitative approach with a case study design. The research subjects consisted of two teachers, with data collected through in-depth interviews and participatory observation, supported by triangulated information from significant others. The findings indicate that both subjects experienced resilience dynamics due to dual roles and adaptation difficulties, particularly in time management and task distribution. Nevertheless, strategies such as effective time management, utilization of social support, and reflective ability in interpreting experiences proved to be essential factors in strengthening their resilience. The study concludes that teacher resilience in orphanages is an adaptive process shaped by the interaction of personal, social, and contextual factors. Therefore, institutional interventions in the form of self-management training and enhanced environmental support are necessary to ensure the sustainability of teachers’ roles in orphanages.

Since March 2022, the poverty rate in Indonesia has increased by 9.54%, and the government is trying to create many programs to eradicate it. This research answers the question: what is meant by poverty? What are the impacts of living in poverty? What is the solution to God’s protection in the post-pandemic extreme poverty phenomenon in Indonesia? The outcomes of using the literature investigate method are listed below: (1) Poverty as a disadvantage to citizens measured in terms of a certain standard of living, which refers to relative poverty designs that carry out similar analyzes in many poor countries. (2) The consequences of living in poverty are worsening health, declining health, and lack of security.
