esearch explains the community service program, especially for partners at Yohanes Gabriel Catholic Elementary School located in Sidodadi, Garum District, Blitar Regency. Our service is by creating an application that contains sketches of the faces of Indonesian Heroes and their struggles both before and after independence, wrapped in short videos. The method used is face-to-face where we provide guidance to teachers in using the application we created and provide outreach to elementary school students regarding the application created. With this application which utilizes the latest technology, it has had a positive impact, especially for our partners at Yohanes Gabriel Catholic Elementary School, where the elementary school teachers can use the application we created in their teaching and learning activities..

ntrolling the temperature of the cage as well as monitoring the ammonia gas produced by chicken droppings. Temperature and ammonia gas levels have a major impact on chicken growth and health. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to implement Internet of Things (IoT) technology integrated with Android applications. This technology allows automatic and periodic monitoring of cage temperature and ammonia gas levels. Farmers can access information via the Android app and take necessary action if significant changes occur. This community service aims to build tools and systems for automatic temperature control and IoT-based ammonia levels integrated with Android, as well as introducing technology and providing training and assistance to the Unggas Jaya farmer group regarding IoT technology in chicken coop management. With the existence of IoT technology, it is hoped that the behavior patterns of farmers will change to become more modern and efficient. This technology can help improve poultry farming performance, reduce risks, and provide convenience in cage management so that it will bring positive changes to the productivity and welfare of farmers.

The challenges faced include: 1) the drying method for shrimp paste is conducted by sun-drying, which means that during the rainy season, the drying process for shrimp paste takes a long time and hampers the production process; and 2) sales of processed shrimp paste products are currently limited to the local community. To address these issues related to the extended drying process and to expand marketing efforts, this PkM initiative developed a shrimp paste drying tool tailored to the needs of the PKK KB Khinasih women. Additionally, outreach activities were conducted to educate them about design and packaging strategies that could be beneficial for hosting product exhibitions. The dryer has been handed over to the PKK women for suitability testing with regard to its function, quality, and capacity. KB Khinasih has also adopted label and sticker designs for packaging processed rebon shrimp paste products.

In this way, it is hoped that MSMEs can increase its competitiveness and market share for processed seafood products, as well as support the Batam City government program in developing the MSMEs sector. Through this service, it is hoped that marine processed MSMEs in the Riau Islands can optimize their business potential by utilizing AI technology and visual communication in marketing. This activity will provide knowledge about the quality of promotional messages and attractive visual product presentations, so that MSMEs can produce marketing content that is effective in attracting attention and influencing the target audience. By increasing knowledge and skills in digital marketing, it is hoped that MSMEs can compete globally in developing the MSMEs sector and increasing exports of processed seafood products in the Riau Islands region, especially in Batam City.

Abstrak: Penerapan teknologi AI yang berkembang saat ini sangat membantu dalam mendukung kemajuan UMKM diberbagai bidang. Dengan memanfaatkan Teknologi AI dapat membantu UMKM yang terkendala dengan desain produk dan pemasaran secara online. PkM ini bertujuan untuk mendukung pengembangan UMKM olahan laut di Kepulauan. Dalam Pkm yang diselenggarakan akan memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada anggota UMKM dalam menghasilkan konten visual yang menarik dan efektif serta memanfaatkan teknologi AI dalam strategi pemasaran. Dalam Pengabdian masyarakat ini metode yang digunakan yaitu sosialisasi dengan penyampaian materi, praktek menggunakan teknologi AI dan diskusi. Dengan demikian, diharapkan UMKM dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan pangsa pasar produk olahan laut, serta mendukung program pemerintah Kota Batam dalam mengembangkan sektor UMKM. Melalui pengabdian ini, diharapkan UMKM olahan laut di Kepulauan Riau dapat mengoptimalkan potensi bisnis mereka dengan memanfaatkan teknologi AI dan komunikasi visual dalam pemasaran. Kegiatan ini akan memberikan pembekalan pengetahuan tentang kualitas pesan promosi dan penyajian produk visual yang menarik, sehingga UMKM dapat menghasilkan konten pemasaran yang efektif dalam menarik perhatian dan mempengaruhi target audiens. The partner's problem is that the partner's knowledge is low in processing organic waste; poultry feed and fertilizers commonly used by partners are very expensive. The method used in overcoming the problem is socialization with lectures and discussions to increase understanding of the role of maggot in reducing household organic waste, can be used as animal feed and kasgot as a planting medium and organic fertilizer; as well as direct practice of maggot cultivation and making organic fertilizer with kasgot raw materials. The conclusion from the results of these activities is that the PKM activity partner participants have seen an increase in partner understanding of the role of maggot in reducing household organic waste and other benefits it produces after socialization (with lectures and question and answer discussions) and partners understand how to cultivate maggot and make organic fertilizer with kasgot raw materials.

Abstrak: Tujuan dari kegiatan kegiatan Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini yaitu untuk menambah pengetahuan mitra dalam mengurangi sampah organik rumah tangga dengan budidaya maggot sebagai pakan alternatif serta aplikasi kasgot yang dapat dijadikan media tanam dan pupuk organik. Permasalahan mitra adalah pengetahuan mitra rendah dalam pengolahan sampah organik; pakan ternak unggas dan pupuk yang biasa digunakan mitra harganya sangat mahal. Metode yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi masalah yaitu dengan sosialisasi dengan ceramah dan diskusi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang peran maggot dalam mengurangi sampah organik rumah tangga, dapat dijadikan pakan ternak serta kasgot sebagai media tanam dan pupuk organik; serta praktek langsung budidaya maggot dan pembuatan pupuk organik dengan bahan baku kasgot. Kesimpulan dari hasil kegiatan tersebut bahwa peserta mitra kegiatan PKM terlihat adanya peningkatan pemahaman mitra tentang peran maggot dalam mengurangi sampah organik rumah tangga serta manfaat lain yang dihasilkannya setelah dilakukan sosialisasi (dengan ceramah dan diskusi tanya jawab) dan mitra memahami cara budidaya maggot serta pembuatan pupuk organik dengan bahan baku kasgot.

Abstrak: SMK PPM Shadr El-Islam berada di Danau Sijabut Kec. Air Batu Kab. Asahan Provinsi Sumatera Utara dalam melakukan evaluasi kinerja guru pada supervisi pembelajaran belum memiliki sistem terkomputerisasi. Hal tersebut masih dilakukan secara manual dengan mengisi berkas instrument. Sehingga hasil penilaian terkesan lebih subjektif. Maka Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan panduan tentang penggunaan dan eksploitasi fitur-fitur dari aplikasi evaluasi kinerja guru atas peringkat kinerja guru pada supervisi pembelajaran. Hal ini bertujuan agar kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa di SMK PPM Shadr El-Islam dapat memahami sistem peringkat guru yang objektif, yang pada gilirannya akan memudahkan pengambilan keputusan yang efektif. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah deskripsi dan praktik. Pemateri akan memberikan penjelasan tentang fitur-fitur Aplikasi Evaluasi Kinerja Guru dalam Supervisi Pembelajaran, dan selanjutnya melibatkan peserta dalam praktik langsung. Dengan cara ini, para guru dan siswa dapat lebih paham menggunakan aplikasi evaluasi kinerja guru, paham atas materi dan konsep yang disampaikan, sehingga tujuan pelatihan dapat tercapai dengan lebih baik.

The implementation of the community partnership program is carried out using training methods to increase partners' knowledge and mentoring methods to improve skills in inorganic waste segregation. The result of implementing the Community Partnership Program is community knowledge and understanding of the importance of waste segregation. Another result is the increase in partners' skills in sorting inorganic waste so that it has economic value which in the end is able to provide additional family income and PKK cash sourced from selling the results of inorganic waste sorting.

Abstrak: Sampah plastik dapat menimbulkan polusi. Polusi plastik dapat mencemari tanah, saluran air dan lautan. Kondisi ini juga menjadi permasalahan di salah satu kampung Pulosari yang terletak di wilayah Surabaya Selatan. Kurangnya pengetahuan dan kesadaran untuk melakukan pemilahan sampah, membuat kampung tersebut merupakan permasalahan yang akan diselesaikan dalam Program Kemitraan Masyarakat yang dilakukan di kampung ini. Pelaksanaan program kemitraan masyarakat dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mitra dan metode pendampingan untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan dalam pemilahan sampah anorganik. Hasil dari pelaksanaan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat adalah pengetahuan dan pemahaman ma-syarakat akan pentingnya pemilahan sampah. It is imperative to find a solution to incentivise the community to care for the embung. Our service offers a range of ecotourism programmes for the purpose of promoting the development of tourist areas, with the aim of driving the local economy. Within our ecotourism programme, we offer rides such as bumper boats and floating cafes. Our main material of choice for ecotourism is PVC due to its affordable price and simple manufacturing process. In this service, we provide training and assistance to the community to enable them to manage their affairs independently in the future.

Abstrak: Kelurahan Gunung Sekar memiliki 3 embung yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal oleh masyarakat,dengan ukuran yang terbesar di Jl. Aji Gunung dengan luas kurang lebih 900 m2 dengan kedalaman 0,5 – 1 m. Tidak adanya pemanfaatan dan pengelolaan mengakibatkan embung terkesan kumuh. Ditambah dengan tumbuhan air,ilalang serta lumpur yang semakin membuat kondisi embung memprihatinkan. Dari kondisi tersebut perlu adanya solusi untuk merangsang masyarakat agar peduli terhadap embung. Pada pengadian ini kami memberikan solusi untuk pengembangan daerah wisata,berupa program ekowisata. Kami berharap program ini mampu sebagai penggerak perekonomian masyarakat. Pada program ekowisata terdapat bumper boat dan kafe apung sebagai wahana wisatanya. Bahan utama yang digunakan untuk ekowisata adalah PVC,karena harga lebih murah serta proses pembuatan lebih mudah. Pada pengabdian ini kami juga melatih dan mendampingi masyarakat agar mampu mandiri dalam manajemen pengelolaan nantinya.
