ital era. Some of the problems identified include low interest in reading, difficulty in simple arithmetic operations, and lack of clarity in the library. Therefore, students have developed several programs to improve digital literacy and numeracy in schools. Recommended programs such as reading fluency, coloring pages, math puzzles, bullying education, library organization, and literacy corners will help students improve their literacy and digital skills. Interactive and varied learning methods aim to increase student interest and participation in the learning process. Apart from that, the use of technology is also an important part of increasing digital literacy and numeracy. Through training, workshops, development of digital educational content, and integration of digital and computing skills into the curriculum, we aim to enable students to develop skills that meet the needs of our time. Through these programs, it is hoped that students will improve their literacy and numeracy skills, help them handle digital information better and prepare them to face the challenges of this digital era. We hope that the results of this Teaching Campus program can provide great benefits for education and the development of students' skills at school.

Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan dagang yang bergerak di sektor grosir yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2021. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Purposive Sampling. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini ialah perusahaan dagang sektor grosir yang memiliki kriteria tertentu dengan jumlah populasi yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 48 perusahaan dan 10 perusahaan sebagai sampel. Data penelitian diperoleh dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa semua hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima yakni (1) Net Profit Margin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. (2) Current Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. (3) Cash Turnover berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. (4) Dividend Payout Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba.

Setelah menggunakan teknik purposive sampling maka didapatkan sampel sebanyak 59 perusahaan tetapi terdapat 9 perusahaan yang tidak masuk dalam pengujian SPSS sehingga sampel penelitian ini menjadi 50 perusahaan dengan total pengamatan penelitian sebanyak 200. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder, dengan mengunakan teknik pengelolahan data mengunakan aplikasi program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Asset (DAR), dan Total Asset Turnover (TAT) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba, Return On Asset (ROA) secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba, dan hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Asset (DAR), Return On Assets (ROA), dan Total Asset Turnover (TAT) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba.

Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan yang dipublikasikan di BEI. Populasi penelitian meliputi perusahaan sub sektor transportasi yang ilisting di BEI selama tahun 2019-2020, dengan sample sebanyak 15 perusahaan yang diambil berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Adapun variabel penelitian yang digunakan adalah rasio keuangan yang diproksikan dengan current ratio (CR), return on assets (ROA), debt to iequity ratio (DER). Analisis data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan uji normalitas dan uji hipotesis paired sample t-test dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan uji hipotesis paired sample t-test, variabel rasio keuangan yang diproksikan dengan current ratio (CR), return on assets (ROA), dan debt to equity ratio(DER) menunjukan bahwa nilai sig >α atau lebih besar dari taraf sig 0,05 yang artinya tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada kinerja keuangan perusahaan sub sektor transportasi sebelum dan selama pandemi covid 19. The research problem is how teachers’ classroom management strategies are implemented and the extent of their effectiveness in supporting the learning process under conditions of limited time, interaction, and facilities. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of classroom management during PTMT using a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that classroom management is categorized as highly effective, with 85% of learning activities implemented as planned, 88% of teachers applying active learning strategies, and 90% of classroom arrangements complying with health protocols, resulting in a 40% reduction in classroom disturbances. Furthermore, 78% of students reported greater comfort in a conducive learning environment, while the utilization of sanitation facilities consistently reached 95%. Although 82% of teachers experienced an increased workload, learning stability was maintained through adaptive strategies and collaboration. The study concludes that the effectiveness of classroom management is determined by the integration of instructional planning, environmental management, and students’ psychosocial adaptation. The novelty of this study lies in the concept of crisis-based adaptive classroom management that simultaneously integrates pedagogical, health, and character-building dimensions, while emphasizing teachers’ dual roles as facilitators and risk managers in the PTMT context. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for developing classroom management practices in secondary schools during crisis and educational transition situations, as well as strengthening more responsive, flexible, and sustainable learning policies aimed at improving student learning outcomes in the current Indonesian educational context.

sistence of a textual-normative learning paradigm in Islamic-based teacher education institutions, which risks creating a dichotomy between the authority of sacred texts and the dynamics of contemporary issues. Specifically, this study analyzes the development of critical and reflective thinking competencies among students of the PGSD Program at the private higher education institution STKIP Al Islam Tunas Bangsa in interpreting and actualizing the messages of the Qur’an and Hadith in relation to contemporary social issues. The method employed is Classroom Action Research conducted in two cycles, each consisting of the stages of planning, implementation of contextual learning actions, participant observation, and critical reflection. Data were collected through structured observations of classroom discussion dynamics, in-depth analysis of students’ reflective journals, and evaluation of case analysis projects, which were subsequently processed using thematic analysis. The findings reveal a significant transformation in students’ patterns of religious understanding, shifting from a literal approach toward analytical-contextual competence, as evidenced by their ability to relate religious textual messages to current issues such as digital media ethics, social justice, and environmental sustainability. The implications of this study underscore the urgent need to internalize a contextual approach within the Islamic Religious Education curriculum in private higher education institutions in order to build religious literacy that is applicable and adaptive to the changing times.

This study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the important role of Information Technology education in improving the quality of education, as well as the challenges and opportunities faced in its implementation. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature study to gather and analyze various relevant sources related to this topic. The data obtained indicate that despite significant challenges, such as the lack of adequate infrastructure and the readiness of educators to use technology, the implementation of IT in education has a significant positive impact on the quality of learning. The implementation of IT opens up great opportunities, particularly in terms of learning accessibility, which can be accessed by anyone, anytime, and anywhere. Technology also provides flexibility in teaching methods, both online and offline, allowing students to learn according to their needs and abilities. On the other hand, the use of IT can enhance the quality of learning through various innovations such as e-learning, simulations, and interactive learning tools that support a deeper and more enjoyable understanding of the material. ernal motivation is self-awareness or Mindfulness. However, research on Mindfulness as a factor influencing learning motivation, particularly in Generation Z, is still quite limited. Therefore, this study aims to examine the role of Mindfulness in enhancing learning motivation in Generation Z. This research uses purposive sampling to select samples that meet the research criteria. The participants involved are Generation Z individuals aged between 12 and 27 years, residing in Banten, and currently enrolled as active students. To measure the level of learning motivation, the Academic Motivation Scale (AMS) is used, while the Five Facet Mindfulness Scale (FMMQ-10) is used to measure the level of Mindfulness. The results of the study show a significant positive relationship between Mindfulness and learning motivation, with a regression coefficient of 0.152. This means that the higher an individual's level of Mindfulness, the higher their learning motivation will be. These findings suggest that Mindfulness can play an important role in improving learning motivation, especially when applied alongside other supporting factors such as social support, emotional regulation, and a conducive learning environment. This study provides evidence that a Mindfulness-based approach has the potential to be applied in strategies to enhance learning motivation. Therefore, the development of programs integrating Mindfulness practices into students' daily lives, particularly among Generation Z, could be an effective step in improving the quality of their learning experience.

teracy among students, this research focused on evaluating the abilities of students at SMP Negeri 158 Jakarta, a school committed to the Adiwiyata program. The study employed a descriptive approach involving 62 eighth-grade students as research subjects. Data were collected through a series of interviews, questionnaires, and tests. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistical analysis methods, assessing scores for each environmental literacy indicator. The research findings indicated that the majority of students demonstrated a moderate level of environmental literacy in cognitive indicators, reaching 48%. Meanwhile, the affective indicators showed that the majority of students were in the high category, at 56%. For behavioral indicators, the majority of students were in the moderate category, reaching 76%. The school continues to strive to improve students' environmental literacy as part of efforts to cultivate behaviors that reflect care and awareness for the environment. These actions aim to shape students with a strong and sustainable environmental culture.

This study addresses the question of how the theological meaning and anthropological values of Natoni are understood and actualized within Christian communities, and to what extent this tradition contributes to the formation of faith identity and social cohesion. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, utilizing in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the practice and its meanings. The findings reveal that Natoni functions as a contextual medium of prayer, a means of internalizing faith teachings, a bond of communal solidarity, and a vehicle for transmitting values of respect, responsibility, and intergenerational togetherness. The tradition provides an integrative space between incarnational theology and local cultural realities, thereby enriching contextual expressions of Christian spirituality. The study concludes that the revitalization of Natoni requires synergy among the church, traditional leaders, families, and educational institutions to ensure its continued relevance and responsiveness to contemporary challenges. The novelty of this research lies in its simultaneous integration of theological and anthropological analyses of Natoni as a contextual praxis of faith rather than merely a cultural phenomenon, thus offering a conceptual contribution to the development of Indonesian contextual theology.
