utomotive, Offices, and others. The existence of this Geographic Information System makes it easy for users to find Vocational High School routes. Vocational High Schools are schools that make students or prospective students even more skilled. In making this Geographic Information System requires Systems Development Life Cycle to analyze gradually, and Webgis to display maps as well as GPS to ascertain the location of the earth's surface and use UML design such as activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and usecase. There is also a waterfall method in making this Geographic Information System such as its analysis, implementation, design, maintenance and also the testing phase. The Testing Phase uses the BlackBox to test the system whether it is running well or not and is suitable for use by users.

Karena setiap SMK memiliki kejuruan masing-masing dalam bidangnya misalkan Kesehatan, Otomotif, Perkantoran, dan lain-lain. Adanya Sistem Informasi Geografi ini memudahkan para pengguna untuk mencari rute Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan adalah sekolah yang menjadikan para siswa atau calon siswa lebih trampil lagi. Dalam pembuatan Sistem Informasi Geografi ini memerlukan Systems Development Life Cycle menganalisis secara bertahap, dan Webgis untuk menampilkan peta juga GPS untuk memastikan letak permukaan bumi dan menggunakan Perancangan UML seperti activity diagram, sequence diagram, dan usecase. Terdapat juga Metode waterfall dalam membuat Sistem Informasi Geografi ini seperti analisanya, implementasi, desain, pemeliharaan dan juga tahap pengujian. Tahap Pengujian menggunakan BlackBox untuk menguji Sistem apakah berjalan baik atau tidak dan sudah layak digunakan bagi pengguna.

s made the need for chili higher in Indonesia while chili is used in various fields such as medicine, cooking spices, and the food industry. Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in July the first 2019, retail red chili prices are set at Rp 62,099 per kilogram. This price increased by 21.76 percent when compared to the average price of chili in June 2019. In recent months the price of chili has increased very high, this is due to the reduced yields of chili farmers. Increasing the supply of chili is reduced and can not meet market needs. To control the soaring chili prices, the government is making important imports from India. The problem experienced by local farmers is the selection of superior chili seeds. The process of selecting chili seeds carried out so far by farmers is still by manual and traditional methods. Because this adds to the knowledge that is qualified to choose superior chili seeds based on certain criteria and which choices of chili seeds are suitable for cultivation. The process of cultivating chili seeds becomes more complete with maximum results. The technology used is using the Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making Method in determining superior chili seeds. From this method, it is expected to provide a solution to the chili farmers about the alternative selection of superior chili seeds.

Abstrak: cabai merupakan tanaman yang banyak kita jumpai di Indonesia, biasanya digunakan sebagai bumbu masakan dan penguat rasa pada makanan. Cabai termasuk anggota genus Capsium. Banyaknya peminat cabai membuat kebutuhan akan cabai semakin tinggi di Indonesia cabai digunakan dalam berbagai bidang seperti obat-obatan, bumbu masakan dan industri makanan. Berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) pada bulan juli pecan pertama 2019, harga cabai merah eceran tercatat Rp 62.099 per kilogram. Harga tersebut mengalami kenaikan sebesar 21,76 persen jika dibandingkan rata-rata harga cabai pada juni 2019. Beberapa bulan terakhir ini harga cabai mengalami lonjakan yang sangat tinggi hal tersebut karena berkurangnya hasil panen para petani cabai. Sehingga pasokan cabai berkurang dan tidak bisa memenuhi kebutuhan pasar. Dalam rangka mengendalikan harga cabai yang melonjak tinggi pemerintah melakukan impor cabai dari India. Masalah yang dialami oleh para petani lokal yaitu pemilihan bibit cabai unggul. Proses pemilihan bibit cabai yang dilakukan selama ini oleh petani masih dengan cara manual dan tradisional. Hal tersebut mereka lakukan Karena kurangnya pengetahuan yang mumpuni untuk memilih bibit cabai unggul berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria tertentu dan beberapa pilihan alternatif bibit cabai mana yang cocok untuk dibudidayakan. Sehingga dengan demikian proses pembudidayaan bibit cabai menjadi lebih singkat waktunya dengan hasil yang maksimal. Teknologi yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode Fuzzy Multi Criteria Decision Making dalam menetukan bibit cabai unggul. Dari metode tersebut diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi kepada para petani cabai mengenai alternatif pemilihan bibit cabai unggul.

iate to improve the efficiency of forecasting to be carried out, this is supported by the development of increasingly mobile technology, where digital marketing marketing research institutions estimate that in 2018 the number of active smartphone users in Indonesia is more than 100 million people. This fantastic amount can be utilized by the development of mobile-based information systems for forecasting. Predictions of a forecast can be realized by using several methods. The Weighted Moving Average method is one of them. This method provides predictions for the future by utilizing previous data and giving different weights for each data used. The level of confidence in forecasting can be determined by measuring the error percentage of the forecasting obtained. The higher the error rate can be interpreted that the forecasting results obtained are increasingly unreliable or inaccurate, and vice versa. This forecasting technique can be applied in various fields of work, including in forecasting rubber production. By obtaining forecasting data on rubber production in the future, of course, it can provide an overview of future work steps, so that it can increase the company's work productivity. Based on this, the researchers intend to build a mobile-based forecasting application system, so that it can be installed in a mobile device later, especially mobile technology with the Android operating system.

Abstrak: M-Forecasting atau Mobile Forecasting dapat diartikan sebagai peramalan berbasis mobile. Peramalan disini berarti memprediksi suatu keadaan dimasa mendatang. Penggunaan teknologi mobile dalam peramalan dianggap tepat untuk meningkatkan efisiensi peramalan yang akan dilakukan, hal ini didukung dengan perkembangan teknologi mobile yang kian pesat, dimana lembaga riset digital marketing emarketer memperkirakan pada 2018 jumlah pengguna aktif smartphone di Indonesia lebih dari 100 juta orang. Jumlah yang fantastis ini dapat dimanfaatkan dengan pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis mobile untuk peramalan. Prediksi dari sebuah peramalan dapat terwujud dengan penggunaan beberapa metode. Metode Weighted Moving Average adalah salah satunya. Metode ini memberikan prediksi masa depan dengan memanfaatkan data-data terdahulu dan memberikan bobot yang berbeda-beda untuk setiap data yang digunakan. Tingkat kepercayaan peramalan dapat diketahui dengan mengukur persentase eror dari peramalan yang diperoleh. Semakin tinggi tingkat eror dapat diartikan bahwa hasil peramalan yang diperoleh semakin tidak dapat dipercaya atau tidak akurat, begitu juga sebaliknya. Teknik peramalan ini dapat diterapkan diberbagai bidang pekerjaan, termasuk dalam peramalan produksi karet. Dengan memperoleh data peramalan produksi karet dimasa mendatang tentunya dapat memberikan gambaran untuk langkah-langkah kerja kedepannya, sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja perusahaan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti bermaksud membangun sebuah sistem aplikasi peramalan berbasis mobile, sehingga dapat dipasang diperangkat mobile nantinya, khususnya teknologi mobile dengan sistem operasi android.

Pada implementasinya Push Notification dapat dimanfaatkan dalam berbagai keperluan sehari-hari misalnya untuk monitoring absensi, update berita terbaru, dan sebagainya. Aplikasi yang akan dirancang adalah sebuah aplikasi yang dapat mengirim Push Notification yang nantinya akan dapat dikembangkang di berbagai bidang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Kurangnya pengetahuan dalam memberikan informasi secara real time, berakibat informasi yang tersampaikan tidak up-to-date, sehingga dalam berbagai situasi dan kondisi informasi yang diberikan telah usang. Push Notification salah satu layanan yang dapat menjawab masalah tersebut sehingga tidak ada lagi informasi yang terbaru tidak tersampaikan, dengan penggunaan layanan ini setiap terjadi update informasi maka akan langsung terkirim sebagai pesan notification, sehingga informasi yang terbaru tidak akan terlewatkan. Layanan Push Notification umumnya banyak diterapkan pada aplikasi mobile seperti Android dan IOS. Untuk penggunaan Sistem Operasi mobile terbesar berdasarkan statcounter untuk tahun 2012 sampai 2016 di Indonesia dikuasi oleh Sistem Operasi Android. o improve productivity, which remains fluctuating due to suboptimal cultivation practices. The research was conducted from February to March 2026 at the experimental field of the Pusat Riset Bisnis Kopbun Suka Tani Sejahtera, Kota Juang District, Bireuen Regency, using a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) of 4 × 3 with three replications. The first factor was the dosage of manure (control, 1 kg/plant, 1.5 kg/plant, and 2 kg/plant), while the second factor was the type of natural PGR (onion extract, rice water, and coconut water). Data were collected through direct observations on several parameters, including number of fruits, fruit weight, fresh biomass weight, root fresh weight, and root length, and were then analyzed to determine the effects of treatments and their interactions.
The results showed that certain doses of manure had a significant effect on increasing yield and root growth, while natural PGRs were able to enhance flowering, reduce flower drop, and accelerate fruit formation. The interaction between both treatments indicated that the optimal combination produced higher results compared to single treatments. The novelty of this study lies in the use of a combination of manure and natural PGRs based on local materials as a strategy to improve the generative phase. The implications of this research are expected to serve as a scientific reference for the development of sustainable cultivation techniques, as well as learning material and further research in the fields of agronomy and horticulture.
