tudy with an ethnographic approach to document the use of suluk and jawokan in various traditional ceremonies, rituals, as well as aspects of the social and spiritual life of the community. Data collection methods include direct observation, in-depth interviews, and searching related literature. The research results show that suluk and jawokan have an important role in traditional ceremonies, traditional medicine, and religious rituals, used for various purposes such as healing, protection, and communication with ancestral spirits.
Apart from that, suluk and jawokan reflect cultural values and local wisdom passed down from generation to generation. This research concludes that preserving suluk and jawokan as part of intangible cultural heritage is very important to maintain the identity and cultural sustainability of the people of Cirebon-Indramayu. The mysticism of suluk and jawokan is oral literature that developed among the people of Cirebon-Indramayu as a vehicle for expression in expressing ethics, aesthetics and transcendent values in deeper social and religious realms.
Based on the research results, the students' writing level is very enthusiastic, so that students are able to express ideas, thoughts, and messages in writing poetry or mantras. It turns out that based on the table, 70% of students like writing, 15% dislike it, and 15% are hesitant. Learning to write requires continuous practice. For this reason, teachers as facilitators and motivators for students, should offer strategies in the form of methods and media that are interesting for students. The strategies used by teachers determine the success of learning. To achieve writing skills, a lot of practice is needed. Appropriate and varied writing exercises will make it easier for students to learn the language and have a big influence on learning other subjects. Therefore, the role of teachers and their creativity in the learning process also determines the success of students in learning the language, especially writing lessons.

This activity is not only ceremonial, but also contains social, symbolic, and normative meanings that function as a mechanism for binding relationships between families. This study aims to analyze the meaning, function, and position of the mengumpar ruji activity in the Sipirok community's traditional marriage system. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive-analytical approach, through literature review and normative analysis of traditional practices. The results show that mengumpar ruji is a symbol of sincerity, responsibility, and social recognition from the man towards the woman and her family. This tradition also functions as an instrument of social legitimacy in Sipirok traditional marriage. Thus, mengumpar ruji has a strategic role in maintaining social harmony and the sustainability of customary law amidst the social changes of modern society.

The methods used include initial surveys, digitalization socialization, application usage training, hands-on assistance, and evaluation. The results show that MSME actors experienced improvements in transaction recording accuracy, inventory control, and accessibility of sales reports. The implementation of the Sales Master application positively impacts operational efficiency and supports the independence of local MSMEs.

service project aims to implement the normative role of family business ethics in integrating financial reporting at the Herly MSME Store in Ambon City. The method used was Participatory Action Research through interviews, group discussions, training, and mentoring. The activity focused on internalizing family business ethics values and implementing a simplified financial reporting system based on the Indonesian MSME Financial Accounting Standards (SAK). The results demonstrated increased understanding, skills, and changes in attitudes toward financial transparency and accountability. The integration of family business ethics has been shown to support more structured and sustainable financial reporting.

This community service program aimed to improve the financial literacy and financial management practices of the Sempol Ayam Micro and Small Enterprise through an educational and mentoring-based approach.
The program was implemented through counseling, training, and direct mentoring focusing on daily transaction recording, cash flow management, production cost calculation, and the preparation of simple profit and loss statements. The results indicate a significant improvement in the partner’s financial management practices, including more systematic bookkeeping, clearer separation of personal and business finances, more accurate cost calculations, and better monitoring of business performance.
Overall, the program contributed positively to enhancing financial control, financial stability, and business sustainability of the micro-enterprise. These findings demonstrate that simple and practical financial management assistance can effectively strengthen the capacity of Micro and Small Enterprises.

rch is directed at the identification of the educational, normative, symbolic, integrative, and communicative functions of oral traditions related to the life cycle of society, including birth, marriage, and death. This study uses a qualitative approach with ethnographic-descriptive design. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and documentation of traditional narratives submitted by two key informants, namely traditional speakers (manehelo) and local traditional leaders. Data analysis was carried out thematically to map the social function of traditional narratives in the context of people's social lives. The results of the study show that traditional narratives and traditional bini poetry play an important role as a medium for inheriting traditional values, collective memory, local cosmology, and inter-generational social ethics. This oral tradition functions as a means of informal education, a regulator of social norms, a symbol of representation of the Rote people's worldview, a strengthening of social cohesion, and a cultural communication medium that maintains the continuity of the socio-cultural identity of the local community. This research confirms that the oral tradition of bini is not just an aesthetic expression, but a living and adaptive socio-cultural system. These findings contribute to strengthening the study of oral literature and cultural anthropology, especially in the context of Indonesian archipelago communities.

planning is an important indicator of the success of MSME financial management, considering their limited resources and high levels of environmental uncertainty. This study adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 30 owners or managers of MSMEs for special Ambon souvenirs, which were selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that budget participation has a positive and significant effect on the accuracy of profit planning. These findings show that the higher the level of involvement of MSME actors in the budgeting process, the more accurate the profit planning will be. This research theoretically contributes to the development of managerial accounting in the context of MSMEs and provides practitioner implications for business practitioners and local governments in improving the quality of MSME financial management.

he Quality of Financial Statement Accountability (QFSA) at the Ambon City Cooperatives Office. QFSA is considered a crucial reflection of public entity responsibility, affected by the mechanism of fiscal authority allocation and the internal oversight system. This quantitative research employs a survey method, with the population being all staff involved in the financial cycle at the Ambon City Cooperatives Office (Head of Office, PPK, and PPTK). Given the limited number of relevant subjects, a Saturated Sampling (Census) technique was used. Primary data was collected via a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS software. Empirically, the results are expected to prove that (1) Budgetary Decentralization (including curtailment dynamics) has a significant influence on QFSA, and (2) The effectiveness of a robust ICS is positively and significantly correlated with QFSA. consumers in Tanimbar Islands Regency. Employing a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis through SmartPLS software, data were collected from 385 respondents selected via purposive sampling based on consumers who knew and had purchased Tanimbar woven products. The research tested direct relationships and moderating effects of premium price, education, and gender variables. Results revealed that environmental attitudes (β = 0.349; t = 5.306; p = 0.000) and green product attributes (β = 0.207; t = 3.014; p = 0.003) significantly and positively influence green purchase intention, with the model explaining 60.7% of the variance (R² = 0.607) and demonstrating strong predictive relevance (Q² = 0.539). However, the three moderating variables—premium price, education, and gender—did not significantly strengthen or weaken these relationships, indicating that environmental consciousness and product perception remain dominant factors regardless of demographic or economic considerations. These findings provide practical implications for traditional craft entrepreneurs in developing sustainability-based marketing strategies and empowering the local creative economy, while contributing to the sustainable development goals through cultural preservation and environmental conservation in Indonesia's eastern region.

, this challenge is often exacerbated by the limitations of conventional learning media and teaching methods, which tend to be monotonous. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of active learning model innovation as a strategic solution to increase elementary school students' learning motivation. The research method used is library research by analyzing literature from the last 10 years and integrating observational case studies from an elementary school in Nabire, Papua. The results show that the implementation of Game-Based Learning and Outdoor Collaborative Learning models can significantly reduce student boredom levels. The case in Papua shows that the use of local wisdom (ethno-pedagogy) as part of active learning increases student engagement by up to 50%. Analysis of literature data confirms that physical and emotional involvement in learning strengthens memory retention and intrinsic interest. The conclusion of this research affirms that teachers must transform from information providers to creative facilitators to create a dynamic classroom ecosystem. The proposed solutions include diversifying activity-based methods and adapting environment-based curricula to ensure the sustainability of children's learning motivation at the elementary education level.
