Analysis of The Effect International Prices, Exchange Rates, Non-Tarif Measures, and Import Volume On The Export Value Of Indonesian Cloves (Hs:0907) To India

Jonathan, Krisna Adi, Oktafia, Renny
Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of international prices, the rupiah–rupee exchange rate, non-tariff measures, and India’s import volume on the export value of Indonesian cloves to India. The research utilizes secondary… s secondary data for the period 2015–2024. The analytical method employed is the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model to examine both short-run and long-run relationships, complemented by stationarity tests, cointegration tests, ECM estimation, and diagnostic and stability tests. The results show that international prices have a positive and significant effect on Indonesia’s clove export value, consistent with export-supply theory which states that higher global prices increase export incentives. The rupiah–rupee exchange rate displays a positive but insignificant relationship, indicating that exchange rate volatility is not sufficiently strong to influence changes in export value. Non-tariff measures, including SPS and TBT standards, are found to have a significant effect, reflecting the role of regulations in increasing compliance costs while simultaneously enhancing Indian consumer confidence in the quality of Indonesian cloves. India’s import volume also has a significant influence, showing that India’s domestic demand remains a major driver of Indonesia’s export value during the study period. This study is expected to provide insights for policymakers and industry players in strengthening trade strategies, particularly in enhancing the competitiveness of Indonesian clove exports through quality improvements, exchange rate stability, and compliance with non-tariff standards.

Irwandi, Regina, Rahmizal, Maizul
Abstract: This study examines the factors that affect the exchange rate of the rupiah against the US dollar in Indonesia between 2013-2022. The observed factors include interest rates, inflation, and money supply. Annual data was… used from legitimate sources such as Bank Indonesia and the Central Bureau of Statistics. The results show that interest rates have a significant influence on the rupiah exchange rate, with an increase in interest rates causing a depreciation of the rupiah against the US dollar. Inflation has no significant effect on the exchange rate, although high inflation can affect purchasing power and confidence in the local currency. Money supply also has a significant effect, where an increase tends to cause rupiah depreciation. An increase in money supply causes inflation and decreases purchasing power, thus decreasing the exchange rate of the rupiah against the US dollar

These results are inconsistent with (H1) and (H2) which say the current ratio and debt to asset ratio partially have an influence on changes in earnings. It is also known that partially the return on assets has a significant effect on changes in earnings. These results are in accordance with (H3) which says return on assets has an influence on changes in earnings. From the results of this analysis it can also be seen that simultaneously the current ratio, debt to assets ratio, and return on assets do not have a significant effect on changes in earnings. This result is inconsistent with (H4) which states that the current ratio, debt to asset ratio, and return on assets simultaneously have an influence on changes in earnings.

The proposed hypothesis states that there is a positive relationship between self-management and work readiness. The study involved 120 fresh graduate participants. Research data were collected using the Work Readiness Scale (reliability coefficient = 0.883) and the Self-Management Scale (reliability coefficient = 0.900). Data analysis was conducted using the Product Moment correlation technique. The results show a correlation coefficient of r = 0.846 with p = 0.000 (p < 0.050), indicating a significant positive relationship between self-management and work readiness among fresh graduate undergraduate students.

LEGAL ANALYSIS OF THE LEGALITY OF MODIFYING AND RESELLING CREATIVE COMMONS-LICENSED DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Nurdiyansyah Sunandar, Firman, Herman Setiawan, Andri, Juaeni, Ahmad, Triestanto, Johannes
Abstract: The rapid proliferation of digital markets has intensified legal challenges surrounding the modification and resale of Creative Commons–licensed digital products in Indonesia. This study conducts a doctrinal analysis of… f the Indonesian Copyright ActLaw No. 28 of 2014) in light of comparative jurisprudence from Japan, Taiwan, and the United States, elucidating how civil-law and common-law systems treat CC licenses. It examines recurring issues ambiguities in “derivative works,” conflicts between non-commercial and commercial exploitation clauses, and failures to observe attribution requirements through practical case studies of software, e-books, music, and video tutorials. Drawing on Satjipto Rahardjo’s progressive legal theory, the research argues for a functional, transformative approach that aligns domestic copyright doctrine with globally harmonized open-licensing principles and substantive justice. The analysis reveals that, under Indonesian law, permissibility hinges on strict adherence to each license’s specific terms; however, current regulations lack clarity, generating legal uncertainty for both creators and users. To address these gaps, the study proposes interpretative guidelines and legislative reforms that (1) define “derivative works” in accord with CC International’s porting model, (2) reconcile non-commercial provisions with legitimate digital markets, and (3) institutionalize attribution standards. Such measures would safeguard creators’ moral and economic rights while fostering equitable digital access and innovation, thereby enhancing Indonesia’s knowledge economy.

THE URGENCY OF BELIEVING THE LAST VERSES OF SYAIKH NAJMUDDIN AL-KUBRA'S PERSPECTIVE (A STUDY OF THE INTERPRETATION OF TASAWUF AKHLAQI)

Rizal Ahmad Fauzi, Badrudin, Salim Rosyadi
Abstract: The eschatological phenomenon which states that life in the world will end when death comes, so that those who experience death will be delivered to the afterlife, this becomes a theological basis for Muslims to be implied… ed in their lives in the world, because the afterlife along with its fate or journey is a reflection of oneself in living life in the world. Examining the verses of the Qur'an that discuss the afterlife has relevance to the interpretation of Shaykh Najmuddin al-Kubra in the book of tafsīr at-ta'wīlāt an-najmiyyah which has a style of isyari or sufistic interpretation, so that understanding the verses about the afterlife becomes new knowledge that is applied and experienced using the heart. This research produces a discussion of the verses of the Qur'an that explain the afterlife, such as the explanation of the realm of barzakh (QSal-Mu'minun: 100), the Day of Judgment (QSibrahīm: 48), the realm of resurrection (QSar-Rūm: 56), Yaum al-Mīzān (QSal-A ʻraf : 8-9), Yaum al- Ḥisāb (QSal-Kahf: 49), Yaum at-Tagābun (QSat-Tagābun: 9), Yaum al-Aʻraf (QSal-Aʻraf: 46), hell (QSal-Baqarah: 24), and heaven (QSaz-Zumar: 73). Thus, this research concludes that the fate of a creature will be determined according to the good deeds carried during life in this world. If more good deeds are brought then the fate of life in the afterlife will be determined by Allah SWT, but conversely if there are more bad deeds brought then the fate of life in the afterlife will be a place cursed by Allah SWT.
