s and opportunities, and formulate appropriate development strategies to create a greener campus. The research methods used include surveys, in-depth interviews, secondary data analysis, and field observations to gain a comprehensive understanding of the current situation. The findings of the study indicate that UMB faces several challenges, including the limited green open space, which only covers 15% of the total campus area, suboptimal waste management, and the low awareness of the academic community regarding environmental sustainability issues. However, there are several opportunities that can be leveraged, such as the utilization of renewable energy technologies, government policies that increasingly support environmentally friendly initiatives, and the potential for collaboration with external partners from both the private sector and government institutions. The proposed development strategy focuses on five main aspects. First, increasing the campus’s green open space to 30% of the total campus area. Second, the implementation of renewable energy, such as the installation of solar panels, to reduce dependence on fossil fuels. Third, waste management based on technology to effectively recycle waste. Fourth, the application of digital-based environmental education to raise awareness among the academic community. Fifth, maximizing student participation in sustainability activities. This strategy aims to reduce carbon footprints, improve resource efficiency, and create a campus ecosystem that supports the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Farmers' skills and knowledge are still low and there are no alternative aquaculture techniques that can help farmers run their operations effectively. Corporate value is often gauged by the stock price in the capital market, making it crucial for companies to plan sound financial strategies. This research focuses on the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2021 to 2023, evaluating the influence of investment policy, dividend policy, and profitability on corporate value. The study employs a descriptive quantitative method using secondary data from the companies’ financial reports. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to assess the relationships between these variables. The results indicate that investment policy and profitability have a positive but not significant effect on corporate value, while dividend policy has a significant positive impact. Corporate value is also affected by stock price fluctuations, which are often inconsistent. These findings affirm that dividend policy is a crucial factor in enhancing corporate value, while investment policy and profitability, although important, do not have a significant impact within the study period. Overall, these independent variables collectively have a significant influence on corporate value in the banking sector on the IDX. This research provides insights for company management in formulating effective strategies to increase corporate value.

The ADDIE paradigm is employed in the research and development process. This learning media is developed through a sequential process consisting of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The participants in this study were eighth-grade students from Singkawang 4 State Middle School. The product feasibility testing step was conducted by a pair of media specialists and one material specialist. The research findings indicated that the feasibility evaluation conducted by media specialists obtained a score of 155 out of a total possible score of 168, placing it in the “very feasible” category. The examination conducted by material experts achieved a score of 71 out of a possible 80, placing it in the “very feasible” category. The mean score attained from the extensive evaluation of 33 eighth-grade students at Singkawang State Middle School 4 was 2550 out of a possible maximum score of 3036. The assessment categorized the score as “highly appropriate” for utilization as a learning tool.

This method helps understand the relevance of new research and its relationship with previous research, identifying all previous scientific literature, including books, journal articles and theses, relating to the potential of the hotel business as a Staycation trend. This research aims to determine the potential of the hotel business as a Staycation trend. The research results show that 4-star and 3-star hotels differ in their understanding and application of the terms Daycation and Staycation, which mean a holiday of one day or a maximum of eight hours, however two out of five hotels still use the term Staycation even though the holiday is less than eight hours. During the pandemic, the term Staycation is also used. The findings indicate that it is important to maintain or improve hotel products and the use of digital marketing, especially social media, and continue to innovate to maintain a good image which relate to the prospects of the hotel business as a holiday style.

This type of research is qualitative research. The method used by researchers in this research is the descriptive method. The data collection technique uses 3 techniques, namely (1) observation, (2) interviews, and (3) presentation of documentation. The research results show that the position of the Govermental as a regional apparatus as its main task is basically aimed at assisting regional heads in enforcing regional regulations. Efforts to deal with perpetrators of prostitution and immoral acts in Sukoharjo Regency include judicial and non-judicial actions as well as closing localization places or places where the perpetrators follow up on every complaint that comes in which is reported by the public with early detection or searching for information related to prostitution and immoral acts. The obstacles faced by the Govermental in dealing with prostitution and immoral acts include the number of personnel capacity, perpetrators browsing through online media such as dating applications, limited quality of investigators and lack of facilities and infrastructure, low public awareness in enforcing order and peace and the lack of maximum technical regulations governing the problems faced.

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of the marketing mix on consumer satisfaction at Astapada Indah III Jombang housing. This type of research uses quantitative research with a cross-sectional study approach. The population of all residents of the Astapada Indah III housing complex was 68 and the sample was 58 people using incidental sampling technique. The independent variables are product, price, promotion, place and the dependent variable is consumer satisfaction. The research instruments used questionnaires, data processing using multiple linear regression tests. The results of the research showed that product and location had a significant effect on housing consumer satisfaction, while price and promotion had no effect on consumer satisfaction. However, simultaneously product, price, promotion and location all influence consumer behavior simultaneously by 79.4%.

An organization's attempt to minimize risk and maximize sales is known as inventory control. The challenge facing the Rini Bakery is figuring out how much raw material stock needs to be produced in the upcoming month to keep up with customer demand, avoid buildup over an extended period of time, and preserve raw material stock stability. Because an accumulation of stock may cause the product to expire before it is given to buyers. Customer demand is the reason for this, as it varies each month based on prevailing patterns. Toko Roti Rini Cake Cookies di Kecamatan Pulo Bandring memproses transaksi penjualan dalam jumlah besar setiap harinya sehingga berdampak pada persediaan bahan baku pada toko roti tersebut. Mempertahankan tingkat stok bahan mentah mengharuskan Anda menyimpan persediaan yang cukup untuk penjualan sekaligus mengurangi biaya dan tenaga kerja. Upaya organisasi untuk meminimalkan risiko dan memaksimalkan penjualan dikenal sebagai pengendalian inventaris. Permasalahan yang dihadapi Toko Roti Rini adalah bagaimana mengetahui berapa banyak stok bahan baku yang harus diproduksi pada bulan mendatang untuk memenuhi permintaan pelanggan, menghindari penumpukan seiring berjalannya waktu, dan menjaga stabilitas stok bahan baku. Karena penumpukan stok bisa menyebabkan produk kadaluwarsa sebelum diberikan kepada pembeli. Permintaan pelanggan menjadi alasannya, karena bervariasi setiap bulannya berdasarkan pola yang berlaku. Budi Bookstore faces various challenges in promoting products, manual data management, and a lack of interactive platforms for customers. Therefore, this research aims to implement a web-based CRM strategy at Budi Bookstore. The method used in this research is the CRM method, which is a method for increasing customer loyalty towards company products by using integrated software applications based on e-commerce business strategies. This research is also supported by qualitative methods which aim to provide a broad and in-depth understanding of a problem that is being or will be studied. The research results show that the implementation of web-based CRM at Budi Bookstore has succeeded in making it easier to access product information, designing an online sales system, and improving relationships with customers. Thus, this project has the potential to increase sales, attract customers, and provide customer satisfaction.

Abstrak: Teknologi informasi memiliki dampak signifikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, termasuk dalam dunia bisnis. Penggunaan internet dan teknologi informasi mendukung konsep Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dalam memaksimalkan pelayanan pelanggan melalui situs web. Kepuasan pelanggan menjadi faktor penting dalam mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan, dan strategi CRM merupakan pendekatan yang efektif untuk mencapai tujuan ini. Toko Buku Budi menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam mempromosikan produk, pengelolaan data manual, dan kurangnya wadah interaktif untuk pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan strategi CRM berbasis web di Toko Buku Budi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah metode CRM yang merupakan metode untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan terhadap produk perusahaan dengan menggunakan aplikasi perangkat lunak terintegrasi berdasarkan strategi bisnis e-commerce. Penelitian ini juga didukung dengan metode kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman secara luas dan mendalam terhadap suatu permasalahan yang sedang atau yang akan dikaji. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi CRM berbasis web di Toko Buku Budi berhasil mempermudah akses informasi produk, merancang sistem penjualan online, dan meningkatkan hubungan dengan pelanggan. Dengan demikian, proyek ini berpotensi meningkatkan penjualan, menarik pelanggan, dan memberikan kepuasan kepada pelanggan.
