Data sources from several journal reference sources that are relevant to the topic of analysis. The focus of this analysis is community empowerment in Central Lombok district to reduce poverty. The results of the analysis show various methods and ways to achieve social prosperity, however, the implementation of empowerment must also pay attention to the geographical location of the community to provide a significant impact, such as empowerment in the tourism sector, arts and crafts sector or empowerment in other forms that provide benefits to the community. specially in the Central Lombok district, the empowerment that is often carried out is in the tourism sector for tourist villages and the use of social culture and local wisdom to help the community to attract tourists to visit and gain economic benefits.

Consequently, it is imperative for tourism managers to prioritize the safety of visitors arising from the activities involved. This involves the implementation of robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), effective mitigation procedures, optimal functioning of infrastructure, provision of adequate safety equipment, and continuous enhancement of staff competencies. Owners of tourist attractions bear the responsibility of ensuring both the safety and legal protection of visitors, acknowledging the mutual benefits derived from the presence of tourists. Thus, a comprehensive and proactive approach to safety measures is essential in fostering a secure and enjoyable environment for all visitors.

y. Through the establishment of these objectives, it is hoped to provide more specific guidance in achieving progress in the sustainable tourism sector. The development of the tourism sector is the main focus in supporting economic growth and community welfare. To ensure effective management, the Government has enacted Law Number 10 of 2009 concerning Tourism. This law is designed to provide the necessary limitations and guidance to advance the tourism sector. One of the main goals of this law is to create a clear framework and provide necessary guidance to achieve sustainable development in the tourism sector. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, and the conclusion of this study indicates that the CMC Tiga Warna Area has successfully integrated tourism activities with nature conservation and engaged the local community through the non-governmental organization Bhakti Alam Sendang Biru. With an emphasis on conservation and sustainable development aspects, CMC Tiga Warna proves itself as a successful example of the implementation of the Tourism Law, which aims to achieve economic growth, nature preservation, and community welfare.

Among the 570 unique authors, 87 were sole authors, while 99 documents were single-authored, and the average co-authorship was 2.47. Notably, there was no international co-authorship in the dataset. Document types encompassed articles, books, book chapters, conference papers, and more, with peak scientific production observed in 2020. Advances in digital technology have increased the distribution of information related to work and creativity so that the risk of work theft and copyright infringement is very vulnerable to occurring and this can be detrimental to creative industry players. This research uses qualitative methods with a literature approach in the form of laws, government regulations, articles and books that are relevant to the research topic. This research aims to provide an understanding of the importance of registering Intellectual Property Rights for creative industry to ensure the law protection of the intellectual property that has been created. The research results show that every creative industry player needs to register copyrighted works with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property. Apart from that, synergy is needed between the Government and the public in increasing awareness of creators or creative industry players to register copyrighted works as Intellectual Property Rights through regulations and facilities provided by the authorized government institution, namely the Directorate General of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Law and Rights. Uma Lengge is a traditional house of the Bima people which has existed for a long time and must be maintained in its existence and beauty so that it remains intact and its beauty can be enjoyed for the future. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. A descriptive approach is an approach that aims to systematically describe the facts and characteristics of a particular population or in a particular field factually and carefully. Data collection methods were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method is carried out in the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that legal action is taken against criminal liability for tourists who damage the cultural heritage at Uma Lengge Maria. Uma Lengge in the Maria Village Tourist Area, there are 13 uma lengge and 103 jompa. The existence of uma lengge must be maintained so that its existence remains well into the future. there are sanctions and criminal liability for tourists who damage the Uma Lengge Maria cultural heritage in Wawo District, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara.

hese relics is still scattered and difficult to access in an integrated manner. This study aims to design and implement an Android-based Geographic Information System (GIS) that presents an interactive map containing the locations, descriptions, and photos of the heritage sites, along with a regional filter feature to facilitate navigation. The development process began with data collection from the Tourism Office and field observations, followed by map processing in ArcMap, publication to ArcGIS Online, and the creation of an Android application using ArcGIS Maps SDK and Jetpack Compose. Integration with a MySQL database allows the automatic display of location points on the map. The implementation results show that the application can display 33 heritage site points in three districts of Padang City, complete with descriptions, photos, district filters, and Web Map integration. Testing demonstrated that the application runs smoothly, is informative and interactive, and can support cultural preservation efforts while encouraging interest in historical tourism in Padang City.

Abstrak: Kota Padang menyimpan berbagai peninggalan bersejarah dari masa kolonial Belanda yang memiliki nilai sejarah dan potensi wisata tinggi. Namun, informasi mengenai lokasi dan deskripsi peninggalan tersebut masih tersebar dan sulit diakses secara terpadu. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) berbasis Android yang menyajikan peta interaktif berisi lokasi, deskripsi, foto peninggalan, serta dilengkapi fitur filter wilayah untuk memudahkan penelusuran. Proses pengembangan diawali dengan pengumpulan data dari Dinas Pariwisata dan observasi lapangan, dilanjutkan dengan pengolahan peta di ArcMap, publikasi ke ArcGIS Online, serta pembuatan aplikasi Android menggunakan ArcGIS Maps SDK dan Jetpack Compose. Integrasi dengan basis data MySQL memungkinkan penampilan titik lokasi secara otomatis pada peta. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan aplikasi mampu menampilkan 33 titik peninggalan di tiga kecamatan di Kota Padang, lengkap dengan deskripsi, foto, filter kecamatan, dan integrasi Web Map. Hasil pengujian membuktikan aplikasi berjalan lancar, informatif, dan interaktif sehingga dapat mendukung upaya pelestarian budaya, dan mendorong peningkatan minat wisata sejarah di Kota Padang.

This research also includes user needs analysis and system testing with the black box method to ensure all functions work properly. The results showed that this application can work well according to user needs. This application makes it easier to access information, send reports online, and monitor reports directly. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat dan mengembangkan aplikasi web sebagai tempat informasi dan pengaduan bagi pengunjung wisata Kampung Eropa Harau, yang berada di Lembah Harau, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota, Sumatera Barat. Aplikasi ini dibuat untuk membuat wisatawan merasa aman dan nyaman. Fitur utamanya termasuk pelaporan masalah dan peta interaktif yang terhubung dengan Google Maps. Ini membantu pengguna mencari layanan terdekat dan menavigasi dengan mudah. Sistem dibuat menggunakan metode Agile yang meliputi tahap perencanaan, desain, pengujian, dan pelaksanaan. Penelitian ini juga termasuk analisis kebutuhan pengguna dan pengujian sistem dengan metode black box untuk memastikan semua fungsi bekerja dengan baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini bisa bekerja dengan baik sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini mempermudah akses informasi, pengiriman laporan secara online, dan pemantauan laporan secara langsung. Aplikasi ini membantu meningkatkan layanan digital di tempat wisata dan membuat pengalaman wisatawan lebih aman dan efisien.

for its rich natural beauty. However, this potential has not been fully utilized by the village government due to the absence of digital media for promoting local tourism. To address this challenge, an empowerment program was carried out through digitalization initiatives, including socialization on the use of the village website, website management training, and the handover of the newly developed Tanjung Baru Ranau Village website. The website was designed to support administrative services, publish village information, and promote tourism potential. The implementation method consisted of initial observations to identify village needs and potentials, followed by program socialization, technical training on website operation, and ongoing assistance in implementing technological innovations. The results of the training show that the Tanjung Baru Ranau Village website was successfully developed and that village officials gained the necessary skills to manage it effectively. This improvement supports the realization of transparent and accountable governance and enables the optimal development of village potentials. Overall, the empowerment program successfully increased village officials’ understanding of the importance of digitalization in governance systems by 48%.

Abstrak: Pemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan kunci dalam mendorong kemandirian dan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik di tingkat desa. Desa Tanjung Baru Ranau merupakan salah satu desa yang termasuk dalam Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan yang dikenal dengan potensi alamnya yang indah. Keindahan alam tersebut belum dapat dimanfaatkan dengan maksimal oleh pemerintah desa karena belum menggunakan media digital untuk mempromosikan wisata lokal yang ada di Desa tanjung Baru Ranau. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan program pemberdayaan melalui sosialisasi digitalisasi melalui website desa dan pelatihan pengelolaan website seta penyerahan website Desa Tanjung Baru Ranau. Website ini dirancang untuk mencakup layanan administrasi, publikasi informasi desa, serta promosi potensi wisata. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi tahap observasi awal guna mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan potensi desa, dilanjutkan dengan sosialisasi progra, pelatihan teknis pengelolaan website serta pendampingan implementasi inovasi teknologi. Hasil dari pelatihan pembuatan dan pengoperasian Website Desa Tanjung Ranau adalah terciptanya website desa dan keterampilan perangkat desa dalam mengelola website desa dengan baik dan benar agar dapat menyelenggarakan pemerintahan yang transparan, akuntabel dan mampu mengembangkan potensi desa secara optimal. Secara keseluruhan pemberdayaan yang dilakukan berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman aparat desa sebesar 48% dalam memahami pentingnya digitalisasi dalam sistem pemerintahan.
