Three levels namely: D1 = 0 g / plot (0 kg / ha), D2 = 40 g / plot (270 kg / ha), D3 = 60 g / plot (400 kg / ha), the three of them became the first factor of dolomite (D) dosage which was grouped into three levels. In addition, N1 = 30 g / plot (200 kg / ha), N2 = 45 g / plot (300 kg / ha), N3 = 60 g / plot (400 kg / ha), the three of them became the second factor of NPK Mutiara fertilizer dosage which was divided into three levels. Dolomite application, 60 g/plot produces optimal yield and growth of peanut plants, namely the weight of 100 dry seeds, plant height, pod weight per plot, flowering age, pod weight per plant, number of branches, number of filled pods per plant, number of gynophores per plant, number of empty pods per plant, and total number of pods per plant are significantly affected by dolomite application. Meanwhile, application of NPK Mutiara fertilizer with a dose of 60 g/plot shows the same thing. The combination of dolomite and NPK Mutiara fertilizer only has a significant effect on the number of gynophores per plant.

E actors include limited tax literacy, complexity in tax calculations, and insufficient understanding of recent regulatory changes. To address these issues, the government introduced the Average Effective Rate (TER) scheme as an administrative simplification for calculating Income Tax Article 21. Nevertheless, the implementation of this scheme has not been fully understood by MSMEs at the village level. This study aims to conduct socialization and training on Income Tax Article 21 based on the TER scheme for MSMEs in Watesprojo Village and to evaluate its effectiveness in improving tax understanding and technical capability. The research method involved initial observation, regulatory socialization, practical tax calculation training, and participant evaluation. The results indicate a noticeable improvement in MSME actors’ understanding of the legal basis of Income Tax Article 21, the changes in the calculation scheme, and the practical application of the TER mechanism without disrupting business activities. Overall, the socialization and training activities proved effective in enhancing tax literacy and supporting sustainable tax compliance among MSMEs.

Salah satu langkah untuk menilai tingkat keamanan dilakukan dengan menerapkan kerangka kerja COBIT 2019, yang mencakup beberapa domain utama, yaitu Menetapkan dan Memastikan Manajemen Risiko atau EDM03, Mengelola Risiko atau APO12, Mengelola Keamanan atau APO13, Mengelola Data atau APO14, dan Mengelola Keamanan Layanan atau DSS05. Proses audit ini mencakup identifikasi potensi ancaman terhadap keamanan informasi, penilaian risiko, serta evaluasi efektivitas kontrol yang telah diterapkan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan tingkatan kematangan keamanan SIMRS di RS XYZ berada di level 3 (Defined), yang berarti sistem telah memiliki prosedur keamanan yang terdokumentasi, tetapi implementasinya masih perlu diperkuat untuk mencapai tingkat yang lebih optimal. Berdasarkan gap analysis, terdapat selisih satu tingkat dari target yang diharapkan, sehingga perbaikan perlu dilakukan guna meningkatkan ketahanan sistem terhadap ancaman siber. Beberapa langkah strategis yang direkomendasikan meliputi penerapan teknik keamanan lanjutan, seperti vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, Web Application Firewall (WAF), serta sistem deteksi dan pencegahan intrusi (IDS/IPS). Selain itu, peningkatan keamanan fisik dengan pemasangan CCTV, pembatasan akses menggunakan kartu akses atau sidik jari, serta penerapan enkripsi data menjadi aspek penting dalam melindungi informasi pasien. Sertifikasi keamanan, seperti ISO 27001, juga dapat dipertimbangkan untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar global. Selain itu, peningkatan kompetensi SDM melalui pelatihan berkala terkait keamanan siber dan peningkatan koordinasi internal akan berkontribusi signifikan dalam memperkuat ketahanan sistem informasi di RS XYZ.

Data were collected through participatory observation, interviews with trainees and instructors, and analysis of training-related documents. The results of this study are expected to provide insight into the effectiveness and benefits of implementing the Hutagogy system in the context of basic proficient course training. A significant 75% strongly agree with the use of diverse media in learning, indicating an understanding of the value of multimedia technologies. Furthermore, 50% strongly agree that students actively participate in course assessments, demonstrating a willingness to evaluate and improve the learning process. Finally, an overwhelming 81.3% support a thorough approach to assessment that includes pre-tests, post-tests, reviews, feedback, and reflections, demonstrating commitment to a holistic evaluation process. And all of the finding explained that hutagogy was applied at Pusdiklatcab Jombang , East Java.
