an educational approach that integrates EQ and SQ can help students develop relevant skills amidst rapid technological developments and social change. The research method used was qualitative with a literature study approach. The data obtained was analyzed thematically to identify patterns and impacts of the application of EQ and SQ in the context of digital education. The research results show that EQ and SQ-based education plays an important role in forming strong and adaptive student characters in the digital era. The integration of EQ helps students manage emotions, increase empathy, and build positive social relationships, while SQ strengthens spiritual values that encourage the formation of responsible and ethical attitudes. This combination not only helps students deal with digital distractions, but also improves collaboration and creativity skills. Thus, EQ and SQ-based education is considered an effective solution for creating a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent, but also has the emotional and spiritual maturity needed to compete in the digital era.

challenges upon the implementation. This study aims at investigating the benefits and challenges of the practice in ELT context. Through content analysis qualitative study, the study attains the targeted exploration. 5 experienced English teachers are selected to conduct semi-structured interviews. The data were analyzed and reviewed by the researchers and experts for affording the valid results. The results provide valuable insights towards the issues that are raised. This study sheds a light on the essence of digital environment in ELT which assists the feasible various sources of learning to be attained. Findings revealed that Connectivism can definitely foster learners’ language skills, such as speaking, listening, and pronunciation through the various digital platforms that are provided. Interestingly, connectivism is advantageous for strengthening learners' 21st century skills, namely critical thinking, collaboration, communication skills, and creativity in learning English. On the other hand, the challenges encountered by teachers in integrating connectivism are 1) inadequate facilities and infrastructure, 2) lack of training and development in educator resources, and 3) low internet network access or the bandwidth.

The results showed that transformational leadership plays a central role in shaping a positive and inclusive organizational culture, focusing on empowerment, shared vision, and open communication. The dimension of individual empowerment through responsibility and autonomy creates a work climate that supports creativity and growth. A shared vision clearly articulated by the transformational leader provides strong direction for team members, creates meaning in every action, and increases employee engagement. Open communication maintained by transformational leaders provides space for ideas and opinions to flourish, creating a collaborative work environment. The importance of applying transformational leadership in the context of educational organizations is also recognized in the implications of this research. Contributions to the understanding of transformational leadership can help educational leaders develop more contextualized and relevant leadership strategies. The practical implications of this research include the development of leadership training and development programs as well as the formulation of educational policies that support organizational growth and educational quality improvement. To explore this phenomenon, the study applies a qualitative descriptive approach, focusing on naturally occurring conversations among students in various campus settings. Data were collected through careful observation and documentation of students’ spoken interactions, allowing for an in-depth understanding of how meaning is constructed in real-life situations. The results indicate that students actively employ both denotative and connotative meanings in their speech. However, connotative meanings appear more dominant, particularly in informal contexts such as casual conversations with peers. This tendency highlights the role of language as a flexible and dynamic tool for expression. Furthermore, the frequent use of connotative language demonstrates students’ creativity in conveying ideas, emotions, and attitudes. It also reflects how language functions as a marker of social identity, helping students build relationships and express group belonging within the academic community.
