backbiting), polarization, and discrimination. These challenges call for an ethical framework that is not merely technical in nature but is also firmly grounded in Islamic values. This study aims to reconstruct a Qur’an-based digital communication ethics framework through a thematic analysis of Qur’anic interpretation of QS. Al-Hujurat verses 11–13 and to examine its relevance to strengthening character education. This qualitative study employs a library research approach using thematic Qur’anic interpretation, content analysis, and contextual analysis of the Qur’an, classical and contemporary exegetical works, as well as scholarly literature on digital communication and character education. The findings reveal that QS. Al-Hujurat verses 11–13 embody eight ethical principles that can be reconstructed within the context of digital communication: Dignity Protection, Respectful Communication, No Negative Labeling, Critical Verification, Privacy Protection, Responsible Speech, Inclusive Interaction, and Digital Equality. These eight principles are synthesized into the Qur’anic Digital Communication Ethics Framework (QDCEF), which comprises three overarching dimensions: Dignity, Responsibility, and Inclusion. The framework is further mapped onto the character values of respect, empathy, civility, tolerance, critical thinking, objectivity, trustworthiness, responsibility, integrity, justice, and self-control. These findings affirm that QS. Al-Hujurat verses 11–13 are relevant not only as a source of moral and character education but also as a conceptual foundation for reconstructing a digital communication ethics framework that bridges Qur’anic values with the demands of character education in the digital era. The proposed QDCEF thus offers a value-based conceptual framework for fostering ethical, responsible, inclusive, and character-oriented digital communication.

This study aims to analyze the role of green accounting in fostering environmental awareness and supporting organizational sustainability at a specialized hospital (RSK X) in East Java, Indonesia. The study employed a qualitative approach within an interpretive paradigm using a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving informants engaged in environmental management and hospital operations. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing, and thematic analysis using NVivo 14 Pro. The findings indicate that green accounting practices at RSK X are reflected in medical and hazardous waste management, wastewater treatment plant operations, environmental monitoring, resource efficiency, environmental reporting, and environmental cost recording. These practices function not only as mechanisms for administrative compliance and cost control but also as instruments for fostering employees' environmental awareness through socialization, monitoring, habituation, and behavioral change. Green accounting implementation is supported by management commitment, government regulations, accreditation requirements, and organizational culture. However, constraints remain, particularly the absence of a dedicated green accounting report, limited integration of environmental information into the hospital information system, and varying employee understanding of green accounting. The study concludes that green accounting serves managerial and behavioral functions by improving environmental accountability, strengthening environmental awareness, and contributing to hospital sustainability.

A quantitative explanatory approach was employed using a census survey involving 149 operational employees at PT PLN (Persero) UPT Cikupa, Indonesia. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4. The findings reveal that Individualized Consideration has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior but does not have a significant direct effect on Work-Life Balance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior, in turn, has a positive and significant effect on Work-Life Balance and fully mediates the relationship between Individualized Consideration and Work-Life Balance. Meanwhile, Work Overload does not significantly moderate the relationship between Individualized Consideration and Work-Life Balance. These findings demonstrate that individualized leadership contributes to employees’ Work-Life Balance primarily through the development of Organizational Citizenship Behavior rather than through a direct mechanism, particularly in a high-demand operational environment. Practically, the study suggests that organizations should strengthen Organizational Citizenship Behavior by fostering collaboration, voluntary support, and constructive interpersonal behavior among employees, rather than relying solely on individualized leadership practices to improve Work-Life Balance.

academic English literacy among Indonesian undergraduates. Using a quantitative quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test control group, 60 students were divided into experimental and control groups. Instruments included comprehension tests, learner autonomy questionnaires, and rubric-based writing assessments. Results showed significant improvements in the experimental group. Academic text comprehension increased, particularly in vocabulary mastery (+12%), rhetorical structures (+15%), and recognition of formal registers (+10%). Copilot usage positively predicted learner autonomy, with gains in goal-setting (+14%), strategy selection (+11%), and self-evaluation (+13%). Writing performance also improved, especially in coherence (+13%), argumentation (+16%), and adherence to conventions (+12%). The findings confirm Copilot’s role as both corrective aid and developmental partner, fostering academic literacy and learner autonomy. Implications suggest integrating AI tools into EFL curricula to strengthen academic discourse and independent learning.

A quantitative explanatory approach was employed using survey data collected from employees involved in digital transformation initiatives. Data were gathered through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to assess the direct and indirect relationships among the proposed constructs. The findings indicate that digital leadership significantly enhances employee agility by fostering adaptability, continuous learning, and responsiveness to technological change. Employee agility was found to have a strong positive effect on sustainable performance, suggesting that agile employees contribute substantially to organizational resilience, innovation capability, and long-term effectiveness. Furthermore, employee agility partially mediates the relationship between digital leadership and sustainable performance, demonstrating that the influence of leadership on sustainability outcomes operates largely through workforce adaptability. These results highlight the critical role of human capital development in digital transformation and provide empirical evidence that sustainable organizational performance can be achieved when digital leadership is effectively translated into agile employee behavior. The study contributes to the growing literature on digital transformation and human resource management by offering an integrated framework that links leadership, employee capabilities, and sustainability-oriented organizational outcomes.

This study aims to explore the role of A'Bulo Sibatang local wisdom in fostering Digital Collaboration Behavior among civil servants in Jeneponto Regency. A qualitative case study approach was employed using in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis involving government officials, civil servants, cultural leaders, and academics selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the values of solidarity, mutual support, collective responsibility, and integrity embedded in A'Bulo Sibatang serve as important social capital that encourages knowledge sharing, interdepartmental coordination, and collaborative problem-solving in digital work environments. These cultural values strengthen trust and cooperation among civil servants and contribute to more effective digital governance practices. The study concludes that integrating local wisdom into organizational culture can support sustainable digital transformation and enhance collaborative performance within local government institutions.

In this study, Viewing Motivation is conceptualized as a higher-order construct comprising Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, Hedonic Motivation, Habit, Substitute Expectancy, and Aesthetic Motivation. Data were collected through an online survey involving 140 respondents in Makassar who actively consume short-form drama content. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings indicate that Viewing Motivation significantly influences both Flow Experience and Continuous Viewing Intention. Furthermore, Flow Experience significantly affects Continuous Viewing Intention and mediates the relationship between Viewing Motivation and Continuous Viewing Intention. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, this study analyzes secondary data 2024 LKPD, performance accountability reports, and related internal control evaluations. This is complemented by triangulated insights from interviews with key government personnel. The findings reveal that Salatiga City has embedded core governance principles-transparency, accountability, and participatory engagement-within its financial reporting processes. The city's internal control system has reached Maturity Level 3 (Defined), indicating that control mechanisms are well-documented, institutionalized, and consistently applied. The use of digital reporting tools and community-based oversight further supports a culture of openness and accountability. The case of Salatiga City provides actionable insights for other local governments seeking to enhance financial governance. These practices directly support Indonesia's commitment to SDG 16, by fostering public trust and institutional integrity. The results of the study show that MK Entrepreneurship makes a significant contribution (90%) in increasing self-efficacy and student courage in taking business risks. In the context of interest, as many as 83% of respondents stated that they were interested in building a digital-based business, especially through social commerce platforms and digital resellers. However, the main obstacles found are limited financial capital and the need for technical assistance related to advanced digital marketing. In conclusion, entrepreneurship education at STIMI YAPMI Makassar has succeeded in building a strong character foundation, but it is necessary to strengthen the business incubation aspect so that students' interests can be realized into sustainable business units.
