of fingers as a tool for visualizing arithmetic operations. The research involved students as test subjects who were assessed through an evaluation questionnaire on various aspects of the characteristics of independent learning. The results of the analysis show that the Fingermathic method can increase students' learning initiative and self-confidence, although more attention is still needed on the aspects of setting targets, overcoming difficulties, and evaluating learning outcomes. The conclusions of this research provide a basis for further development in designing learning strategies that support the formation of students' independent learning character at the elementary school level.

Our service is by creating an application that contains sketches of the faces of Indonesian Heroes and their struggles both before and after independence, wrapped in short videos. The method used is face-to-face where we provide guidance to teachers in using the application we created and provide outreach to elementary school students regarding the application created. It is hoped that through the rehabilitation services at the Nyaman Jiwo Rehab, the patient will be able to be independent "Migunani Tumraping Liyan" meaning that it is useful for others. The purpose of the Integrated Community Service (PPMT) is to increase the knowledge of nursing home nurses so that they can be used as a provision in encouraging the realization of one of the missions of the Nya-man Jiwo Rehabilitation Institution, which is to provide physical, psychosocial, spiritual therapy and skills/productive economic efforts. This service method uses 4 stages, namely preparation, socialization, training and also assistance in the application of MPKP, assistance in patient independence activities, and also assistance in morning exercise activities. This activity received a good response from the owner of the orphanage and also the nurses. Participants were very enthusiastic about the activities given to them.

Abstrak: Berdasarkan survei pendahuluan dengan pemilik panti, di dapatkan bahwa Panti Rehabilitasi Nyaman Jiwo ini memiliki sejumlah 35 pasien yang dirawat, 6 perawat yang setiap harinya merawat pasien-pasien dengan gangguan jiwa. Pemilik Panti mengemukakan bahwa, yayasan sudah memiliki rencana konsep pengembangan vokasional terapi ketrampilan meliputi pembuatan lahan pertanian (sayur mayor, polo wijo), peternakan (sapi, kambing, bebek), ketrampilan menjahit dan tata boga/memasak. Diharapkan melalui layanan rehabilitasi di Yayasan Panti Rehabilitasi Nyaman Jiwo, pasien mampu mandiri “Migunani Tumraping Liyan “artinya bermanfaat bagi yang lain. Tujuan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat Terpadu (PPMT) adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan perawat Panti sehingga bisa digunakan sebagai bekal dalam mendorong terwujudnya salah satu misi Panti Rehabilitasi Nyaman Jiwo yaitu memberikan terapi fisik, psikososial, spiritual dan ketrampilan/ usaha ekonomi produktif. Metode pengabdian ini menggunakan 4 tahapan yaitu persiapan, sosialisasi, pelatihan dan juga pendampingan dalam penerapan MPKP, pendampingan dalam kegiatan kemandirian pasien, dan juga pendampingan dalam kegiatan senam pagi. Kegiatan ini mendapatkan sambutan yang baik dari pemilik panti dan juga perawat yang ada. Peserta sangat antusias dengan kegiatan yang diberikan kepada mereka.

In general, coffee farmers will routinely maintain post-harvest coffee gardens, namely by trimming coffee leaves. The coffee leaf waste resulting from pruning will only be piled up and left on the plantation. Therefore, this training can be an innovation that can increase the knowledge, skills and independence of community members in entrepreneurship. Abstrak: Sejauh ini komoditas kopi masih dikenal sebagai bahan utama dalam pembuatan minuman yaitu kopi. Selain biji kopi masyarakat di Desa Cugung Lalang masih banyak yang belum tahu mengenai informasi bahwa limbah kopipun dapat dimanfaatkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Beberapa contoh pemanfaatan limbah kopi yaitu dapat digunakan sebagai pupuk kompos, selain itu daun kopi dapat dibuat jenis makanan yaitu keripik daun kopi. Pada umumnya para petani kopi akan rutin melakukan perawatan kebun pascapanen kopi yaitu dengan melakukan pemangkasan daun kopi. Limbah daun kopi hasil dari pemangkasan ini hanya akan ditumpuk dan dibiarkan di perkebunan. Oleh karena itu, adanya pelatihan ini dapat menjadi suatu inovasi yang dapat meningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan kemandirian warga masyarakat dalam berwirausaha. Hal ini tentunya akan mendukung terbukanya peluang untuk meningkatkan taraf perekonomian masyarakat. Adapun metode yang digunakan yaitu melalui kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan. Hasil dari pelatihan menunjukan bahwa masyarakat mampu membuat olahan keripik daun kopi. Perlunya pelatihan lanjutan mengenai bagiamana pengemasan olahan keripik daun kopi, sehingga siap untuk dipasarkan.

The method used is a qualitative method in the form of the results of interviews with data from participants in the last three years of the Pakskibra selection. Abstrak: Seleksi paskibra merupakan agenda tahunan yang diadakan oleh sekolah, dispora kabupaten, dispora provinsi, dan kemenpora untuk memilih siswa-siswi terbaik yang akan bertugas sebagai pengibar bendera pada upacara peringatan kemerdekaan dan hari-hari besar lainnya. Peserta paskibra perlu diseleksi agar terpilih siswa-siswi yang handal, tangguh dan menarik sehingga pengiabaran bendera dapat dilaksanakan dengan khidmad dan baik. Sekolah ini adalah salah satu sekolah menengah atas yang menjadi favorit para lulusan SMP. Oleh karena itu sekolah ini mempunyai siswa yang sangat banyak. Dengan banyaknya siswa yang masuk, maka peminat ekskul paskibra juga memiliki peminat yang banyak, selain itu di sekolah ini paskibra merupakan ekskul favorit dan cukup bergengsi di kalangan siswa. Seleksi paskibra yang berjalan selama ini sudah dilakukan dengan baik, akan tetapi keputusan yang diambil terkadang tidak sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan. Oleh karena itu perlu dibuatkan sebuah sistem yang akan menjadi acuan untuk pengambilan keputusan yang objektif. Sistem pengambilan keputusan akan dibuat menggunakan data mining algoritma C4.5. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat sebuah sistem yang memudahkan panitia penyeleksi untuk memilih anggota paskibra yang layak. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif berupa hasil wawancara data peserta seleksi pakskibra tiga tahun terakhir. Hasilnya berupa tiga kriteria utama dan lima aturan sistem seleksi.

However, in providing micro business credit, certain conditions or criteria are required so that the DISKOPDAGIN can determine whether the customer receiving the micro business loan is eligible to receive credit or not. The problem that is often faced by the Department of Industry and Trade at this time is the difficulty in making decisions to determine recipients of micro business loans. The purpose of this research is to facilitate the Department of Industry and Trade in selecting micro business credit customers. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in this study aims to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives to be used based on specified criteria. The results of this study are micro business credit decision support systems, where the application of this system shows that the results of the ranking process with the SAW method are the same if calculated manually. The calculation uses 7 criteria where the highest alternative is the Asmah alternative (A7) with a preference value of 1.

Abstrak: Dalam membangun kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat, tiap tahunnya DISKOPDAGIN mengadakan kredit usaha mikro yang bersumber dari dana Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Kabupaten Asahan yang bertujuan untuk membantu penguatan modal kepada pelaku usaha mikro. Namun dalam memberikan kredit usaha mikro juga mempunyai syarat-syarat atau kriteria tertentu agar pihak DISKOPDAGIN dapat menentukan apakah nasabah penerima kredit usaha mikro tersebut layak menerima kredit atau tidak. Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi oleh pihak DISPERINDAG saat ini ialah kesulitan dalam mengambil keputusan untuk menentukan penerima kredit usaha mikro. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memudahkan pihak DISPERINDAG dalam menyeleksi nasabah kredit usaha mikro. Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyeleksi alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif yang akan digunakan berdasarkan kriteri yang ditentukan. Hasil penelitian ini sistem pendukung keputusan kredit usaha mikro, dimana penerapan sistem ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil dari proses perangkingan dengan metode SAW sama jika dihitung secara manual. Perhitungan menggunakan 7 kriteria dimana alternatif yang tertinggi adalah alternatif Asmah (A7) dengan nilai preferensi 1.

ceptual findings published between 2017 and 2026 concerning the determinants, measurement, and consequences of regional financial independence, particularly the role of local own-source revenue (PAD), intergovernmental transfers, and capital expenditure. Using a systematic search of Scopus, Google Scholar, and Garuda databases, 30 relevant articles were screened, selected, and analyzed following defined inclusion and exclusion criteria. The review finds that fiscal decentralization consistently strengthens local revenue mobilization and administrative accountability when accompanied by adequate institutional capacity, transparent governance, and effective management of natural and economic resources. However, the effectiveness of decentralization varies considerably across regions due to disparities in economic potential, human resources, and political commitment. The synthesis further shows that financial independence positively affects the quality of public services and regional economic growth, although the relationship is moderated by expenditure efficiency and governance quality. The novelty of this review lies in its integrative framework linking revenue-side determinants, expenditure behavior, and governance mechanisms within a single analytical narrative, an integration rarely addressed jointly in prior single-country studies. The findings offer practical implications for policymakers designing fiscal transfer formulas and for future researchers seeking to test moderating variables such as digitalization and institutional quality in the fiscal decentralization–financial independence nexus.

ectiveness of character education in the two education systems. The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through reviewing curriculum documents, education policies, and scientific articles related to character education in Indonesia and Finland. The research results show that Finland integrates character education holistically in all aspects of learning, while Indonesia still tends to separate character education as a separate subject. Apart from that, Finland emphasizes the formation of values of independence, responsibility and collaboration through a student-centered approach, while Indonesia places more emphasis on religious values and nationalism. The implication of this research is the need to reorient the character education curriculum in Indonesia to better integrate character values in the entire learning process, as well as adopting best practices from Finland which have been proven effective in shaping students' character.

fiscal decentralization in promoting regional financial autonomy in Indonesia. The analysis compares the effectiveness of fiscal decentralization policies in fostering financial independence across various regions in the country. Fiscal decentralization has demonstrated positive impacts by granting regions greater freedom to determine development priorities and explore funding sources. Regions with strong economic potential and natural resources can increase their locally generated revenue (Pendapatan Asli Daerah or PAD) to support development. However, this policy also creates disparities among regions, where wealthier regions manage their finances independently while poorer regions remain reliant on central government transfers. Moreover, limited managerial capacity in some regions hampers the policy's effectiveness. Fiscal decentralization can strengthen regional financial independence if accompanied by enhanced financial management capacity and fiscal policy adjustments.
