ses quantitative anda comparative methods with secondary data types in the form of quarterly financial reports obtained from the bank’s official website and www.ojk.co.id. The samples in this research are balance sheets and reports profit and loss of Bank Syariah Mandiri, BNI Syariah, BRI Syariah, and Bank Syariah Indonesia in the 2018-2022 period. Based on the results of research with bro using the RGEC method which consists of Risk Profle with a Non ratio Performing Financing (NPF), and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Good Corporate Governance with Net Open Position (PDN) ratio, Earnings with gan Return On Asset (ROA) and Capital ratio with the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). The results of the NPF, PDN, ROA, and CAR ratio analysis provide result that there is a significant difference in this ratio before and after the merger. Meanwhile, the FDR ratio shows that there is no difference in the results significant before anda after the merger. Based on research has been carried out, it can be concluded tha Bank Syariah Indonesia is improving after the merger.

The type of research conducted in this research is a type of qualitative research with a sociological-normative approach. The source of the research data is the Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar bank. Data collection used interviews and documentation and data analysis techniques used descriptive qualitative analysis and triangulation of data sources. The results of the study show that the procedures for submitting financing to Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar prioritize unity, balance, freedom and primarily responsibility. The financing schemes that are often used by Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar are mudharabah and musyarakah financing. Benefit can be created by Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar for UMKM actors with patterns or implementation of contracts on products that are very much in favor so that the implementation of the benefits of Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar has realized in its implementation the financing process for UMKM actors.

From the results of the study, it was found, firstly about the trend of research on sukuk over the last 10 years by categorizing it from the publishing journal, year of publication, country, and research theme. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, yang melibatkan wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah dan guru, serta analisis dokumentasi terkait kebijakan manajemen berbasis Islam yang diterapkan di sekolah tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi manajemen berbasis Islam di SMPIT Manba'ul Ulum telah dilakukan dengan baik, terutama dalam aspek pengelolaan kurikulum, pengembangan kompetensi guru, dan pengembangan karakter siswa. Namun, terdapat tantangan dalam pelatihan guru mata pelajaran umum yang belum sepenuhnya mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam secara optimal. Selain itu, evaluasi terhadap penerapan manajemen berbasis Islam masih perlu diperkuat untuk memastikan keberlanjutannya. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya peningkatan pelatihan dan pembinaan guru, serta penguatan sistem evaluasi untuk memastikan bahwa manajemen berbasis Islam diterapkan secara maksimal. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses transformasi nilai akhlak dalam pengembangan sosial emosional anak usia dini melalui budaya sekolah Islami di Pos PAUD Merpati Kecamatan Kutawaluya. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa transformasi nilai akhlak berlangsung melalui integrasi pembiasaan rutin, keteladanan guru, serta penguatan regulasi emosi berbasis praktik religius seperti doa dan istighfar. Nilai akhlak terinternalisasi dalam aktivitas konkret seperti berbagi, antre, meminta maaf, dan mengendalikan emosi dalam situasi konflik. Budaya sekolah berfungsi sebagai sistem yang menjaga konsistensi antara perencanaan program dan praktik pembelajaran. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologi untuk menggali pengalaman dan pemaknaan guru serta dinamika praktik keseharian di lembaga. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konstruksi makna tauhid terbentuk melalui integrasi pembiasaan ibadah yang konsisten, peran guru sebagai mediator nilai melalui narasi kontekstual, serta dukungan budaya sekolah religius yang memperkuat pesan simbolik dan verbal. This study aims to analyze school-parent communication practices from an Islamic perspective and their impact on student learning outcomes at Nurul Hidayah Elementary School in Kutawaluya District. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies, then analyzed interactively through the stages of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results indicate that communication practices occur formally and informally, are integrated with the values of trust and deliberation, and encourage active parental involvement in home learning support. Dialogic and persuasive communication contributes to improved student discipline, learning readiness, and responsibility. Integrating Islamic values into communication practices strengthens collaborative relationships between schools and families. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of developing an Islamic values-based educational communication model as a strategy to strengthen school-parent partnerships in improving student learning outcomes.

This study aims to analyze and describe the integration of the Quizizz platform in evaluating Islamic value-based learning at SDN Palumbonsari I, East Karawang District. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed interactively through reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the integration of Islamic values was carried out systematically through three stages: evaluation planning by incorporating value indicators into learning tools, implementation of values in question design and digital feedback, and post-evaluation reflection in class. Digital features were utilized not only to display scores but also to convey moral messages that support Islamic character formation. In practice, digital evaluation functions as a cognitive measurement instrument as well as a means of habituating values. The implications of this research confirm that the use of digital platforms in evaluation can be directed as a medium for internalizing values if it is designed in a structured manner and supported by the teacher's pedagogical commitment.

This research aims to determine the impact of implementing child-friendly education management on student independence and creativity at Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) Buah Hati. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive research design. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, questionnaires and interviews with students and teachers. The data sources for this research are fifth grade students and teachers at SDIT Buah Hati. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques to describe current conditions. The research results showed a significant increase in the aspects of independence, creativity, time discipline, ability to work together, and students' self-confidence after implementing child-friendly education management. Student independence increased by 20%, creativity increased by 20%, and time discipline and the ability to work together also showed significant improvements. The implication of this research is that the implementation of child-friendly educational management is effective in increasing student independence and creativity. Therefore, schools are expected to implement child-friendly principles in every aspect of learning to support maximum student development.
