This study aims to analyze the digital marketing strategies employed by Amanda Brownies Samarinda, their role in enhancing brand awareness, and the factors that support and hinder their effectiveness. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed in this research. Data were collected through observation, structured interviews, and documentation, and subsequently analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model. The findings reveal that Amanda Brownies Samarinda implements an integrated digital marketing strategy through seven platforms, namely Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, GoFood, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood. These strategies contribute to enhancing brand awareness through four dimensions: recognition, recall, purchase, and consumption. Consistency in visual identity, promotional intensity, ease of access to information, transaction convenience, product quality, and consumer engagement were identified as the primary factors supporting the success of digital marketing implementation. Nevertheless, the utilization of TikTok has not yet been optimized compared to the other platforms. The novelty of this study lies in its comprehensive analysis of the role of integrating seven digital platforms in enhancing brand awareness through the dimensions of recognition, recall, purchase, and consumption, thereby providing a more holistic understanding of digital marketing effectiveness within the culinary industry, particularly at Amanda Brownies Samarinda.

ims to analyze promotional activities, identify factors influencing promotional effectiveness, and formulate promotional strategies to increase tourist visits. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method through observation, interviews, literature review, and documentation, supported by interactive data analysis and triangulation techniques. The findings reveal that promotional efforts still rely primarily on annual festivals and direct interpersonal communication without systematic support from planned digital media. This condition has contributed to fluctuations in tourist arrivals, increasing from 587 visitors in 2022 to 711 visitors in 2023, before declining to 503 visitors in 2024 and 468 visitors in 2025. Constraining factors include limited human resources, weak digital media management, and the underdeveloped institutional capacity of the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis). The study concludes that promotional strategies should be directed toward digital marketing, strengthening cultural identity and local storytelling, as well as enhancing community and institutional capacity. The novelty of this study lies in the development of a sustainable promotional model that integrates digital marketing, cultural storytelling, community participation, and the strengthening of Pokdarwis institutions in accordance with the characteristics of Daiama Tourism Village as a nature- and culture-based tourism destination.

This study aims to identify the ethical challenges associated with school-based e-counseling, analyze the professional considerations required of counselors, and examine the interrelationship among ethics, professionalism, and institutional support in the implementation of e-counseling services. The study employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method guided by the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) framework through a comprehensive search of articles indexed in Google Scholar, GARUDA, ERIC, Scopus, and ProQuest published between 2015 and 2025. The findings reveal that the primary challenges of e-counseling include data confidentiality, client privacy, digital information security, professional boundaries, and limitations in nonverbal communication. The results further indicate that digital competence, adherence to professional ethical standards, and institutional support from schools are critical factors influencing the effectiveness of e-counseling services. This study contributes a conceptual synthesis that positions ethics, counselors’ digital professionalism, and institutional governance as three interrelated pillars essential for the development of safe, ethical, and professional e-counseling practices within school settings.

This study aims to analyze the electrical installation condition of SDN 002 Bontang Utara through the evaluation of lighting systems, power requirements, conductors, protection systems, and air conditioning based on PUIL 2011 standards and DIALux simulation. The study employed a field research method with a quantitative descriptive approach through observation, technical measurements, documentation, and lighting simulation analysis. The findings indicate that the school’s electrical installation still exhibits several discrepancies with actual technical requirements, particularly regarding the number and capacity of lamps, air conditioner capacity, and electrical power demand. DIALux simulation revealed that several rooms have not yet met the required lighting standards, while power analysis demonstrated that the actual demand of 25,794 VA exceeds the installed capacity of 22,188.8 VA, thereby necessitating adjustments to the protection and conductor systems to enhance installation safety and efficiency. The study concludes that the electrical installation of SDN 002 Bontang Utara requires improvements in lighting, cooling systems, power capacity, and electrical protection. The novelty of this research lies in its integrated evaluation of elementary school electrical installations through field analysis, PUIL 2011 technical calculations, and DIALux simulations across rooms with diverse functions, thereby producing more comprehensive and applicable recommendations.

The study employed a Narrative Literature Review method by critically analyzing relevant scholarly publications. The findings indicate that AI functions as a collaborative partner that assists counselors in assessment processes, data analysis, emotion detection, service documentation, and the continuous monitoring of clients’ psychological conditions. The integration of AI has been shown to enhance the efficiency, accessibility, and overall quality of digital counseling services. However, its implementation continues to face significant challenges related to data privacy, information security, algorithmic bias, and limitations in understanding cultural contexts and human empathy. This study aims to analyze the role of AI, its impacts, and the ethical challenges emerging in e-counseling services through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Data were collected from Google Scholar, GARUDA, ScienceDirect, SAGE Journals, and Crossref, covering publications from 2018 to 2026. The review of 13 selected articles revealed that AI serves as a supportive tool through chatbots, data analytics, preliminary assessments, and automated response systems that help expand access to counseling services and improve service responsiveness. The implementation of AI contributes positively by increasing efficiency and accessibility; however, it remains limited in understanding emotions, demonstrating empathy, and comprehending clients’ psychological contexts. The findings also indicate that privacy, data security, algorithmic transparency, and accountability constitute the primary ethical challenges that require careful attention. This study concludes that AI is more appropriately positioned as a complement to counselors rather than a substitute for human counselors. The novelty of this study lies in its integrated analysis of the roles, impacts, and ethical challenges of AI within a single framework, thereby providing a more comprehensive understanding of the development of e-counseling based on collaborative interaction between technology and professional counselors.

A qualitative approach was employed through a Systematic Literature Review of scholarly articles published between 2016 and 2026. The data were analyzed using content analysis and thematic analysis to identify key themes related to digital guidance and counseling services. The findings reveal that digital technologies enhance service accessibility, flexibility, and effectiveness, while also fostering innovation through the utilization of digital applications and artificial intelligence. Nevertheless, the transformation continues to face challenges, including counselors’ limited digital competencies, barriers to virtual therapeutic communication, and concerns related to ethics, privacy, and data security. The study concludes that a hybrid service model integrating face-to-face counseling with digital counseling represents the most appropriate approach for addressing students’ needs in the digital era. This study addresses the problem of low consumer protection literacy, as indicated by high levels of impulsive consumption behavior, limited understanding of consumer rights and obligations, and an imbalance between the intensity of technology use and the ability to evaluate information effectively. The purpose of this research is to examine the role of Social Studies education in enhancing consumer protection literacy, its integration into the learning process, and the effectiveness of its implementation in the digital era through a literature review approach. The findings reveal that consumer protection literacy remains at a moderate to low level, yet it has a significant relationship with rational economic decision-making and the ability to mitigate digital risks. Social Studies education has been proven effective in improving such literacy through contextual, interactive, and experience-based learning, which strengthens students’ understanding, attitudes, and skills as consumers. oblem focuses on the extent of e-counseling effectiveness, the level of service accessibility for the community, and the key challenges influencing its implementation. The study employs a qualitative approach using a systematic literature review method of 25 reputable scientific articles published between 2015 and 2025. The synthesis results indicate that e-counseling demonstrates a high level of effectiveness, reflected in service flexibility (92%), client openness (88%), cost efficiency (85%), satisfaction level (81%), and intervention success rate (76%), particularly for mild to moderate cases. The accessibility aspect also shows significant achievements, including ease of access (90%), expanded geographical reach (87%), and reduced social stigma (83%), thereby reinforcing the role of e-counseling as an inclusive alternative solution. Nevertheless, implementation still faces several challenges, such as limitations in nonverbal communication, data security risks, digital inequality, and low technological competence among counselors. The findings conclude that e-counseling is a strategic innovation that is both effective and adaptive; however, it requires adequate infrastructure support, improved digital literacy, and appropriate regulatory frameworks to ensure optimal and sustainable implementation. The novelty of this study lies in its integrative approach, which simultaneously examines effectiveness and accessibility alongside the technical, psychological, and structural factors influencing them, resulting in a more comprehensive analytical framework compared to previous studies that tend to be partial.

The findings reveal a distinctive learning ecology that emphasizes the internalization of tacit knowledge, character formation, and the close relationship between learning processes and socio-cultural life. The community also demonstrates adaptive resilience through its ability to adopt innovation without abandoning core cultural principles. The conclusion confirms that ethnopedagogical practices among the Muntilan stone carvers represent an effective and relevant contextual education model to support the preservation of intangible cultural heritage while addressing the challenges of modern education.
