ty has become a strategic asset that influences business sustainability and competitiveness. Handmade Willy, a creative business engaged in the production and sale of handicrafts, faces various problems in customer management, such as difficulties in identifying customer preferences, limitations in ongoing communication, suboptimal customer segmentation, and the absence of a structured system for monitoring customer satisfaction and feedback. These problems have an impact on the ineffectiveness of marketing strategies and the potential decline in customer loyalty. This study aims to optimize customer relationships at Handmade Willy through the application of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) concept. The research method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach through data collection from observation, interviews, and literature studies. The blackbox testing results show that the system runs smoothly without any obstacles. The implementation of CRM helps Handmade Willy understand customer characteristics and preferences, perform more accurate segmentation, improve communication effectiveness, and systematically monitor customer satisfaction.

Abstrak: Perkembangan era globalisasi dan digitalisasi menuntut pelaku usaha untuk tidak hanya berfokus pada kualitas produk, tetapi juga pada kemampuan membangun dan mempertahankan hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan. Loyalitas pelanggan menjadi aset strategis yang berpengaruh terhadap keberlanjutan dan daya saing bisnis. Handmade Willy sebagai usaha kreatif yang bergerak di bidang produksi dan penjualan kerajinan tangan menghadapi berbagai permasalahan dalam pengelolaan pelanggan seperti kesulitan dalam mengidentifikasi preferensi pelanggan, keterbatasan komunikasi berkelanjutan, belum optimalnya segmentasi pelanggan serta belum adanya sistem yang terstruktur untuk memantau kepuasan dan umpan balik pelanggan. Permasalahan tersebut berdampak pada kurang efektifnya strategi pemasaran dan potensi penurunan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan hubungan pelanggan pada Handmade Willy melalui penerapan konsep Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan studi literatur. Hasil pengujian blackbox menunjukkan sistem yang dibuat berjalan dengan lancar tanpa ada kendala. Dengan penerapan CRM mampu membantu Handmade Willy dalam memahami karakteristik dan preferensi pelanggan, melakukan segmentasi yang lebih tepat, meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi serta memantau kepuasan pelanggan secara sistematis.

and long-term sustainability challenges. This article presents a systematic literature review examining tourism as an alternative sector for regional economic transformation in Kutai Kartanegara. Drawing on 15 peer-reviewed studies from 2016–2024, the review synthesizes evidence on: (1) the role of tourism-led growth and its multiplier effects on local economies; (2) community-based tourism (CBT) as an inclusive development model; (3) structural transformation theory as a framework for economic diversification; and (4) the specific potentials and constraints facing tourism development in resource-dependent regions. The review finds that tourism exhibits significant forward and backward economic linkages, stimulates SME growth and creative economy, and can meaningfully reduce reliance on extractive industries. Key barriers include infrastructure gaps, limited human resource capacity, and suboptimal governance coordination. The findings provide a theoretical and empirical foundation for the ongoing field research into tourism's transformative role in Kutai Kartanegara's regional economy.

Over a five-month period, the researcher actively engaged in activities at the batik house, observing production processes, interacting with craftsmen, and creating works using Shibotik coloring techniques. The findings reveal that Batik Komar successfully developed Shibotik as an innovative form of textile art. By combining six basic Shibori dyeing techniques—Arashi, Itajime, Kanoko, Kumo, Miura, and Nui—they created new patterns that blend the clarity of traditional batik motifs with the unpredictable edges of Shibori motifs. This collaboration not only produces beautiful and narrative fabrics but also has a positive impact on the community. The increased interest in Shibori, particularly among young entrepreneurs, creates economic opportunities and new jobs. However, suggestions for further research highlight the creative potential of coloring techniques and their economic and cultural impact, particularly on Indonesia's cultural heritage. The study also outlines practical implications, such as enhancing education and training opportunities in batik and Shibori techniques at the local level. Additionally, the emphasis on sustainability suggests investigating the application of Shibori techniques with environmentally friendly principles. In conclusion, Shibotik contributes not only to preserving Indonesia's batik heritage but also opens new potentials in the creative industry. The targets of this program are: 1) the formation of a new business in the field of handicrafts from rope or thread curry (macrame); 2) availability of production support tools to produce creative macramé products; 3) there is an increase in knowledge and skills in producing various types of creative macarame products and are in demand by consumers. The outputs of this program are: Entrepreneurship Module, Basic Financial Accounting Module, and Use of Technology, Information and Communication Module. The implementation method is carried out to achieve the purpose of community service through PKM activities through discussion methods, technical guidance/training, workshops, and mentoring. Through PKM activities, empowering partner groups to become entrepreneurs is expected to help empower groups of housewives who are PKM partners so that they can improve the welfare of families and surrounding communities in a concrete manner .

dang Genting masih mengalami kendala dalam menyusun modul ajar, Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), serta mengimplementasikan pembelajaran berbasis proyek secara efektif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengembangkan model pendampingan berbasis Project-Based Learning untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan, pendampingan implementasi di kelas, praktik penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran, dan evaluasi reflektif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa model pendampingan yang diterapkan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun modul ajar dan RPP berbasis proyek dengan capaian sebesar 89,3% pada kategori sangat baik. Selain itu, guru menjadi lebih aktif, kreatif, dan mampu melibatkan siswa dalam pembelajaran yang komunikatif dan kolaboratif. Dengan demikian, model pendampingan berbasis Project-Based Learning efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di SDN 15 Padang Genting.
Project-Based Learning (PBL) is an innovative approach that can improve the quality of English language learning in elementary schools through collaborative and project-oriented activities. However, teachers at SDN 15 Padang Genting still face difficulties in developing teaching modules, lesson plans, and implementing project-based learning effectively. This community service activity aimed to develop a mentoring model based on Project-Based Learning to improve teachers’ competence in English language teaching. The methods used included needs analysis, teacher training, classroom mentoring, practical implementation of learning tools, and reflective evaluation. The stages of the activity consisted of identifying teachers’ needs, designing the mentoring model, conducting training sessions, assisting classroom implementation, and evaluating the outcomes. The results showed that the mentoring model improved teachers’ ability to develop project-based teaching modules and lesson plans, achieving a score of 89.3% in the very good category. In addition, teachers became more active and creative in engaging students in collaborative and communicative learning activities. Therefore, the Project-Based Learning mentoring model was effective in improving the quality of English language learning at SDN 15 Padang Genting.

katan kualitatif melalui studi literatur, observasi lapangan, dan wawancara dengan pengunjung BCH, penelitian ini menilai penerapan elemen planning, scheduling, dan controlling berdasarkan kerangka Kerzner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tahap perencanaan dan penjadwalan pembangunan BCH telah dilaksanakan dengan cukup terstruktur sehingga proyek dapat diselesaikan tepat waktu. Namun, efektivitas controlling masih belum optimal, terutama pada aspek pengelolaan pasca konstruksi yang ditandai dengan belum adanya regulasi operasional yang baku, kendala kenyamanan fisik, serta minimnya integrasi dengan aktivitas ekonomi lokal. Temuan juga memperlihatkan bahwa BCH memberikan manfaat nyata sebagai ruang belajar dan berkegiatan kreatif, namun realisasi manfaat tersebut belum mencapai potensi maksimal akibat sejumlah tantangan operasional dan administratif. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan proyek publik tidak hanya ditentukan oleh penyelesaian fisik, tetapi juga oleh kualitas pengelolaan berkelanjutan yang mampu memastikan bahwa fasilitas publik berfungsi sesuai tujuan sosial dan ekonomi yang diharapkan.

The result showed that mind mapping method is effective in descriptive text writing. It can be proven in the result of the value of t = -4.982 with p-value = 0.000. So, it can be concluded that H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted. So, the use of mind mapping method is effective to help students think more creatively in descriptive writing.
