that are appropriate for class IX students. This research used a descriptive qualitative methodology to collect data using interviews and questionnaires. The findings indicated that there were constraints and a lack of teaching resources for class IX students at SMP Negeri 24 Kerinci to write short stories. The final results indicate that creative teaching tools based on the Cerpengram technique are required to facilitate comprehension of the subject matter, particularly short story writing abilities. According to the requirements analysis, 100% of students and instructors demand novel teaching resources based on the Cerpengram technique that have been produced in the form of e-modules.

Therefore, the creative economy stimulus is one of the most appropriate alternatives in overcoming the community's economic problems, by utilizing local commodities through innovation of tempeh powder broth as family food security in Purwodadi Village, Nagan Raya Regency. The purpose of this activity is to provide the importance of creative economic education for coastal communities, especially for poor families towards family food security during the COVID 19 pandemic. The method in this activity uses the FGD (Focus Group Discussion) approach and the PALS (Participatory Action Learning System) method. FGD is a process involving participants (local government, MSME actors and the community) where they exchange messages in a dialogical manner within the framework of a common understanding of the social situation. The results obtained in this activity are the existence of a local business development model based on tempeh innovation that can foster a spirit of independence to form Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in coastal communities towards family food security during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and literature study. Data were analyzed using triangulation to ensure validity. The research results show that a strong and healthy company culture can increase employee achievement motivation. A company culture that is innovative, supportive and open to evaluation and attention to detail regarding employee needs, such as a safe and comfortable work environment, plays a role in creating creative, committed and motivated employees. PT United Tractors also shows that good company support, continuous employee training and development, as well as a fair and transparent performance appraisal system, can encourage employees to achieve higher achievements. These findings support the hypothesis that there is a positive relationship between corporate culture and employee achievement motivation, that the stronger the company culture, the higher the employee achievement motivation.
