Southeast Sulawesi Province, as one of the regions on the island of Sulawesi, has great potential in trade, particularly in the agricultural and industrial sectors. This province has made a significant contribution to the country's foreign exchange reserves through export and import activities. This study aims to analyze the development of trade in Southeast Sulawesi Province, focusing on the export-import performance and the region's main commodities. The method used is descriptive, utilizing secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The results show that in 2024, Southeast Sulawesi experienced a trade surplus, where the value of exports exceeded the value of imports. The largest surplus was recorded in January 2024, amounting to 256.38 million US dollars. Three major commodities contribute significantly to the province's trade, namely cloves with a transaction value of IDR 480.74 billion, cocoa at IDR 248.74 billion, and cashew nuts at IDR 230.75 billion. These three commodities not only serve as flagship products for the local economy but also have a positive impact on the national economy. The findings of this study suggest that with proper management, the trade potential of Southeast Sulawesi can continue to grow, contributing even more to Indonesia's overall economy.

a marriage need to be studied further. The importance of knowing the most important elements in marriage will minimize conflict and even divorce. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques based on literature studies. The study of marriage and all components of marriage is the object of this research. The main research data comes from the book "A Triangular Theory of Love" by Robert J. Sternberg and "The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work" by John Gottman. Apart from that, supporting data such as books and articles related to marriage and studies of love in married life are also used as supporting references. The research results show the dynamics of changes in the type of love during marriage. There are three components to love including: (1) the intimacy component; (2) passion component; and (3) commitment component. These three components can form different types of love. The love component can increase and decrease and even disappear. However, the component of love that is a factor in a marriage lasting a long time is the component of commitment. This is because even if the passion and intimacy of a husband and wife change, if the marriage commitment is maintained firmly, the marriage will still be able to survive. The commitment component in love is the most important element in marriage which is the reason for the formation and survival of a marriage.

This proposal will then be submitted to the LPPM (Institute for Research and Community Service) as the coordinator of P2M activities. The quality of the P2M proposal significantly influences the implementation of these activities. Therefore, the quality and quantity of P2M proposal creation can be improved through training. This article will discuss the training conducted with the main objective of enhancing the ability of lecturers to prepare research and community service proposals within the Aceh Polytechnic environment. The training aims to ensure that lecturers can create proposals that meet administrative standards, thereby obtaining approval and support from the LPPM of Aceh Polytechnic. By improving the lecturers' ability to prepare proper and correct proposals, the quality and quantity of research and community service at Aceh Polytechnic will significantly increase.

Abstrak: Penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (P2M) adalah elemen krusial yang dapat dilakukan perguruan tinggi untuk mengatasi tantangan dan masalah yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat. Berdasarkan sistem administrasi di perguruan tinggi, sebelum dapat memulai program P2M ini maka diperlukan serangkaian proses termasuk pembuatan proposal yang baik dan benar yang nantinya akan diserahkan kepada pihak LPPM selaku koordinator kegiatan P2M. Pembuatan proposal P2M yang berkualitas akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap terlaksananya kegiatan P2M ini, terkait hal tersebut kualitas dan kuantitas pembuatan proposal P2M dapat ditingkatkan dengan dilakukannya pelatihan. Artikel ini akan membahas pelatihan yang dilakukan dengan tujuan utama meningkatkan kemampuan dosen dalam menyusun proposal penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di lingkungan Politeknik Aceh. Pelatihan ini bertujuan memastikan dosen mampu membuat proposal yang memenuhi standar administrasi, sehingga bisa mendapatkan persetujuan dan dukungan dari LPPM Politeknik Aceh. Dengan meningkatnya kemampuan dosen dalam menyusun proposal yang baik dan benar maka juga akan meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas penelitian serta pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Politeknik Aceh akan mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan.

The service training activities were given to helpg students at the English Village Estage understanding the elements and processes of public speaking. Participant skills in public speaking, such as the ability to think on the go, develop vocals to have a microphonic voice, and get used to speaking without primarily relying on text, some participants were found need ongoing preparation and adaptation to public speaking. The main ways of becoming prepared for public speaking were to help the participants develop courage and self-confidence, as well as to increase their knowledge and comprehension by continually practicing.

The purpose of this sevice is to provide training on making reports on cost of production and income statements. These financial reports can be used to access capital and develop their business. This community service is carried out using counseling method. The service team begins the service by introducing financial report and their elements. After that the servant teaches to make a report on the cost of production and income statements directly on the members’ catfish ponds. The service team also provides an overview of access to capital and business development to increas profit margin. The members of Mina Lestari Fish Cultivators Group are directly involved in every actifity. Through cooperation with various parties, this service can run smoothly so that the purpose of this service can be achieved.

Abstrak: Perkembangan usaha bisa terhambat jika pemiliknya tidak memahami laporan keuangan. Hal tersebut terjadi pada anggota Kelompok Pembudidaya Ikan Mina Lestari. Sebagian besar anggota Kelompok Pembudidaya Ikan Mina Lestari tidak mampu membuat laporan keuangan. Tidak adanya laporan keuangan ini juga akan menghambat akses ke permodalan yang pada akhirnya akan menghambat perkembangan usaha. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan mengenai pembuatan laporan harga pokok produksi dan laporan laba rugi. Laporan keuangan tersebut bisa digunakan dalam mengakses permodalan dan mengembangkan usaha. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan metode penyuluhan. Tim pengabdi memulai pengabdian dengan mengenalkan laporan keuangan dan elemen-elemennya. Setelah itu pengabdi memengajarkan membuat laporan harga pokok produksi dan laporan laba rugi secara langsung pada kolam lele anggota. Tim pengabdi juga memberikan gambaran mengenai akses ke permodalan dan pengembangan usaha untuk meningkatkan margin laba. Anggota Kelompok Pembudidaya Ikan Mina Lestari terlibat secara langsung dalam setiap praktik penghitungan laba rugi usaha. Melalui Kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak, pengabdian ini dapat berjalan dengan lancar sehingga tujuan pengabdian ini bisa tercapai.

The Library and Archives Service of North Sumatra Province uses information and communication technology to meet user needs by developing technology-based services that facilitate effective and efficient library activities. Examples of these services include a library service system in a pocket (silapustaku) or online book reservations. To make it simpler to explain how the system functions and is utilized by the community, this study uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling to examine the pocket library service system or online book reservation. A descriptive qualitative approach to the design of the UML system development is the research methodology adopted. The study's findings demonstrate a type of UML modeling design that enables each user to be viewed clearly and understood when utilizing the system. in order to build a library approach with the community and improve library performance via the use of technology.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis system layanan pustaka dalam saku atau reservasi buku online dengan menggunakan pemodelan UML (Unified Modeling Language) untuk memudahkan dalam memaparkan kerja system dan di gunakan oleh masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan merupakan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan perancangan pengembangan system UML. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bentuk rancangan pemodelan menggunakan UML yang memungkinkan setiap pengguna dapat terlihat jelas dan mudah di mengerti dalam menggunakan system. Sehingga penggunaan teknologi mampu meningkatkan kinerja perpustakaan dan menjalin pendekatan perpustakaan dengan masyarakat.

Aek Loba Health Center is that it does not have a system that can measure the level of patient satisfaction with the services provided. In addition, patients also still have difficulty in expressing opinions in the form of complaints about the performance of medical personnel. The aim of the research is to become a forum for assessing the quality of service that can make it easier for patients to submit complaints and also as a measuring tool for health agencies on the level of success of the quality of services provided. This study uses the Service Quality method by assessing service quality based on 5 quality dimensions, namely Tangibles, Responsiveness, Reliability, Assurance, and Empathy. Based on these problems, a decision support system was designed using the PHP programming language and the database used, namely MySQL. So that this research resulted in this system being able to help and facilitate the Aek Loba Health Center in accommodating and measuring the level of quality of service to patients. In addition, this system can make it easy for leaders to find out the elements that need to be improved, maintained, and repaired by the Aek Loba Health Center.

Abstrak: Memberi pelayanan kepada pasien merupakan kewajiban yang harus dilakukan oleh instansi kesehatan. Pelayanan kesehatan yang baik tentu saja dapat diukur dari kinerja tenaga medisnya. Permasalahan Puskesmas Aek Loba saat ini yaitu belum mempunyai sistem yang dapat mengukur tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap layanan yang diberikan. Selain itu, pasien juga masih kesulitan dalam menyampaikan pendapat berupa keluhan terhadap kinerja tenaga medis. Tujuan penelitian untuk menjadi wadah penilaian kualitas pelayanan yang dapat memudahkan pasien dalam menyampaikan keluhan dan juga sebagai alat ukur instansi kesehatan terhadap tingkat keberhasilan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Service Quality dengan menilai kualitas pelayanan berdasarkan 5 dimensi kualitas, yaitu Bukti Nyata (tangibles), Ketanggapan (responsiveness), Kehandalan (reliability), Jaminan (assurance), dan Empati (emphaty). Berdasarkan permasalah tersebut maka dirancang sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database yang digunakan yaitu MySQL. Sehingga penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem ini dapat membantu dan mempermudah pihak Puskesmas Aek Loba dalam menampung dan mengukur tingkat kualitas pelayanan terhadap pasien. Selain itu, sistem ini dapat memberi kemudahan bagi pimpinan untuk mengetahui unsur-unsur yang perlu ditingkatkan, dipertahankan, serta diperbaiki oleh Puskesmas Aek Loba.

In this study, an electronic medical record information system was designed and built as a student learning application regarding health service applications, system accuracy test using ISO 9126, where ISO 9126 looks at Functionability, Reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability of a good system and provides recommendations if there are findings that the system does not meet the needs. The results of this study obtained the value of the Information System that was built only 75,92593 % which is the result of quality measurement so that this application does not fall into the category of the ISO 9126 standard because there are Portability Characteristics, namely Adaptability and Installability elements are not met, for these finding recommendations for improvements are given so that the system can run perfectly. according to the need for use.

Abstrak: Pada era digital sekarang, hampir semua sektor pelayanan kesehatan membutuhkan pelayanan yang cepat, tepat, detail, dan valid. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa selama perkuliahan mahasiswa masih kesulitan memahami alur input, proses, dan output dari suatu aplikasi yang baik, serta belum mengetahui dan mempunyai gambaran tentang Software Aplikasi di Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan yang sudah berjalan di fasilitas kesehatan dikarenakan beberapa mahasiswa yang melakukan Praktek Kerja Lapangan ditempatkan di institusi fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan masih menggunakan sistem manual dengan kertas dan pencatatan di buku. Pada penelitian ini dirancang dan dibangun sebuah sistem informasi rekam medis elektronik sebagai aplikasi pembelajaran mahasiswa mengenai aplikasi pelayanan kesehatan, uji akurasi sistem menggunakan ISO 9126, dimana ISO 9126 menilik Functionability, Reliability, usability, efesiency, maintainability dan portability sistem yang baik serta memberi rekomendasi apabila ada temuan sistem yang belum sesuai kebutuhan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh nilai Sistem Informasi yang dibangun hanya 75,92593 % yang merupakan hasil pengukuran kualitas sehingga aplikasi ini tidak masuk kategori standar ISO 9126 karena ada Karakteristik Portability yaitu unsur Adaptability, dan Installability tidak terpenuhi, untuk temuan ini diberikan rekomendasi perbaikan agar sistem dapat berjalan sempurna sesuai kebutuhan penggunaannya.

The exploratory qualitative phase involved in-depth interviews and focus group discussions to uncover major determinants influencing professional commitment. From the thematic analysis, four principal variables emerged—teamwork, organizational climate, religiosity, and work motivation—which were validated through expert judgment. Quantitative verification was subsequently performed using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique to examine both direct and indirect relationships among constructs. The analysis confirmed that all variables exert positive and significant effects on lecturers’ professional commitment, with work motivation being the most dominant factor. To refine improvement priorities, the SITOREM (Scientific Identification Theory for Conducting Operational Research in Educational Management) method was applied, identifying indicators that should be improved, maintained, or further developed. The findings offer empirical and practical insights, including: (1) a validated POP-SDM–based commitment model combining cultural and organizational dimensions; (2) evidence-based strategies to enhance lecturer professionalism; and (3) an optimization framework to guide sustainable lecturer development in higher education institutions.

This study focuses on the analysis of hashtag trends related to general elections, such as #capres2024, #cawapres2024, and #pemilu2024, on Instagram, and their influence on user perceptions. It examines the role of hashtags in CMC practices on Instagram during electoral periods. Through the analysis of seven samples, the study reveals that while certain posts align with the electoral purposes of the hashtags, others use these hashtags for visibility without relevance to the elections. The research underscores Instagram’s potential for reshaping political branding and enhancing voter engagement. It demonstrates that the strategic application of hashtags, combined with high-quality visuals and interactive features, can amplify the visibility and impact of political messaging. By integrating CMC and political branding theories, this study presents a framework for understanding how digital tools can foster a more engaged and informed electorate.
