population document services with the aim of making it easier for the public to manage population documents and break down queues at the Kediri Regency Dispendukcapil office. There were several complaints that were felt by users, namely that there was information on the option selection feature in the moving certificate service which was difficult to understand and when resetting an account they were required to come directly to the Kediri Regency Dispendukcapil office. Despite these problems, people still use SAHAJA ONLINE in submitting population documents. With the conditions in the field, it certainly affects the acceptance of SAHAJA ONLINE. The purpose of this study was to find out what factors affect the acceptance of the SAHAJA ONLINE application at the Kediri Regency Civil and Civil Registration Office using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The sample in this study were 365 SAHAJA ONLINE users. Data collected through questionnaires were analyzed using SmartPLS version 3.3.9. Based on the research results of the 10 hypotheses proposed, there are 9 accepted hypotheses. So that Information Quality, Complexity, Perceived Usefulness, Attitude Toward Using, Behavioral Intention to Use, and Actual Usage are acceptance factors of SAHAJA ONLINE.

Abstrak: Salah satu contoh penerapan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pelayanan publik yaitu penggunaan SAHAJA ONLINE. SAHAJA ONLINE adalah aplikasi berbasis mobile yang fungsinya untuk kebutuhan layanan dokumen kependudukan Kabupaten Kediri dengan tujuan untuk mempermudah masyarakat dalam mengurus dokumen kependudukan dan mengurai antrian di kantor Dispendukcapil Kabupaten Kediri. Ditemukan beberapa keluhan yang dirasakan oleh para pengguna yaitu terdapat informasi pada fitur pemilihan opsi dalam layanan surat keterangan pindah yang sulit dimengerti dan saat melakukan reset akun yang diharuskan datang langsung ke kantor Dispendukcapil Kabupaten Kediri. Meskipun terdapat permasalahan tersebut, masyarakat masih tetap menggunakan SAHAJA ONLINE dalam melakukan pengajuan dokumen kependudukan. Dengan adanya kondisi dilapangan tersebut tentunya berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan SAHAJA ONLINE. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi penerimaan aplikasi SAHAJA ONLINE Dispendukcapil Kabupaten Kediri menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 365 pengguna SAHAJA ONLINE. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS versi 3.3.9. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari 10 hipotesis yang diajukan, terdapat 9 hipotesis diterima. Abstrak: Kenaikan pangkat merupakan salah satu bentuk penghargaan yang diberikan kepada Pegawai Negeri Sipil atas prestasi kerja yang bersangkutan terhadap Negara dan sesuai dengan jabatan dan golongannya. Proses pengusulan kenaikan pangkat di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Kabupaten Asahan saat ini berjalan secara manual, yaitu dengan memasukkan dokumen fisik sesuai syarat untuk kenaikan pangkat. Dalam hal ini, pengusulan kenaikan pangkat yang masih berjalan secara manual dengan menggunakan dokumen fisik tentunya mempersulit proses pengelolan dan terjadinya penumpukan dokumen. Oleh sebab itu, pemanfaatan MySQL sebagai database management dan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman akan menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi pengusulan kenaikan pangkat Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Asahan berbasis web dan internet yang memberikan fitur upload dokumen usulan berupa softcopy.

Meanwhile, most attendance systems currently use conventional methods, namely printing attendance forms and participants taking notes on the form. After completion of the event, it is recorded in an electronic storage and the original sheet is archived. Meanwhile, universities and schools are required to be sensitive to technology so that they are not out of date. So the researchers proposed a presence system based on Scan Id QR Code based on Restful Web Service technology with the following process: (i) Schedule 1 time in advance; (ii) attendance by scanning the QR-Code ID to a scanner; (iii) Attendance monitoring. This proposed technology can be used for multi-platform and multi-event, so that to use this presence system, each agency can list its activities and its members. And as a member, you can do attendance by just scanning the QR-Code Id you have into a scanner. The development of this system uses the web engineering method because this method is appropriate for developing this system. So that the system is deemed capable of trimming the administration of the committee and minimizing the problem of data fraud and corruption.

Abstrak: Kegiatan pada dunia pendidikan dan instansi merupakan dokumen yang wajib didokumentasikan yang dapat digunakan sebagai laporan kegiatan ke pimpinan. Salah satu dokumentasi tersebut adalah dokumentasi presensi kehadiran karena presensi kehadiran terkadang sangat sensitif karena mempengaruhi prasyarat kegiatan selanjutnya. Sedangkan hampir besar sistem presensi saat ini menggunakan cara konvensional yaitu cetak formulir presensi dan peserta mencatat di formulir tersebut. Setelah selesai acara, dicatat di penyimpanan elektronik dan lembar aslinya diarsipkan. Sedangkan universitas dan sekolah dituntut peka terhadap teknologi agar tidak ketinggalan zaman. Sehingga peneliti mengusulkan sistem presensi berbasis dengan Scan Id qr-code berbasis teknologi Restful Web Service dengan proses sebagai berikut: (i) Jadwal 1 kali diawal; (ii) Presensi dengan cara scan Id qr-code ke mesin scanner; (iii) Pemantauan kehadiran. Teknologi yang diusulkan ini dapat digunakan untuk multi platform dan multi event, sehingga untuk menggunakan sistem presensi ini, setiap instansi dapat membuat daftar kegiatan dan anggotanya masing-masing. Serta sebagai anggota dapat melakukan presensi hanya melakukan scan Id qr-code yang dimiliki ke mesin scanner. Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode web engineering karena metode tersebut tepat untuk mengembangkan sistem ini. Sehingga sistem tersebut dirasa mampu memangkas administrasi panitia dan memperkecil permasalahan kecurangan dan rusaknya data.

Permasalahan yang terjadi pada sistem yang sedang berjalan, kesulitan ketika mencari data yang dibutuhkan, sering terjadi pengulangan data saat menuliskan data tersebut pada lapora, kesalahan penulisan data sehingga data yang dilaporkan tidak sesuai dengan data yang sebenarnya. Dengan sistem yang sedang berjalan,mengakibatkan ketidakefektifan dalam mengerjakan laporan dan waktu untuk mengolah data pelaksanaan konstruksi pembanguan jalan tidak efesien. Pada sistem yang diusulkan merupakan sistem yang sudah terkomputerisasi untuk membantu memproses data pelaksanaan konstruksi pembangunan jalan sehingga permasalahan yang dihdapi selama ini dapat teratasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Perancangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan flowchart dan UML. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dirancang mampu membantu pengelolaan data konsumen secara lebih terstruktur, mempercepat pencarian data, serta mendukung pembuatan laporan dengan lebih mudah.
PT. This internship aimed to analyze the existing processes and design a more effective consumer data management information system. The study employed a descriptive method with a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The system was designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results indicate that the proposed system can support more structured consumer data management, accelerate data retrieval, and facilitate report generation more efficiently.

This study aims to analyze the implications of technological development for constitutional law and propose the concept of a digital constitution as an adaptive framework in the AI era. This study employs a normative legal method, using both conceptual and statutory approaches. Legal materials consist of primary, secondary, and tertiary sources, which are analyzed qualitatively and descriptively. The findings reveal that, while digital transformation enhances governmental efficiency and public transparency, it also generates serious risks, including data misuse, digital surveillance, and political disinformation. These dynamics demand a reinterpretation of constitutional norms to protect citizens' digital rights in cyberspace. The concept of a digital constitution is proposed as a normative response that integrates digital rights into constitutional rights and reaffirms the principle of the rule of law within technological governance. To achieve a democratic and just constitutional order, it is crucial to strengthen regulatory frameworks, ensure algorithmic accountability, and foster collaboration among state institutions, civil society, and the private sector. Ultimately, constitutional law must evolve into an adaptive, transparent, and fair system that can address the profound challenges of the digital and AI-driven era.

This study explores the implementation of labor law in the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, analyzing the challenges faced by both employers and employees in adapting to these new technological advancements. Using a qualitative methodology, this research employs a juridical review of existing labor laws, supported by an in-depth case study examining how these laws are applied in technology-driven industries. The findings indicate that labor laws often lag behind the technological advances, leading to gaps in legal protections for workers and ambiguities in employer obligations. The case study highlights specific instances where current labor regulations fail to address issues related to remote work, job displacement due to automation, and workers' rights in the gig economy. Solutions are proposed to modernize labor laws, ensuring they are adaptable to future technological developments while safeguarding workers' rights. The study concludes that there is an urgent need for legal reforms to balance innovation with fair labor practices in the era of Industry 4.0.

The research results show that the implementation of the FIFO system in the kitchen of Hotel R-GINA Pemalang has helped improve the efficiency of raw material usage and reduce the risk of spoilage or expiration. However, several challenges were found in its implementation, such as limited storage space and the need for staff training. The conclusion of this research emphasizes the importance of the FIFO system in raw material inventory management in the hospitality industry. The proposed recommendations include improving storage infrastructure, developing a digital recording system, and ongoing training programs for kitchen staff.
