The research method employed is a literature review using the Publish or Perish application.The findings indicate that teachers play a crucial role in planning, implementing, and managing classrooms through contextual strategies that connect learning materials with the local environment and students’ real-life experiences. The application of CTL has been proven to enhance students’ motivation, active participation, and learning outcomes. In addition, PMM students provide practical suggestions such as the use of interactive methods including small group discussions, collective reflection, and projects based on everyday experiences.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi guru dalam menerapkan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) guna meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di Papua Barat Daya, serta meninjau kontribusi mahasiswa Program Pertukaran Mahasiswa Merdeka (PMM) dalam mendukung proses tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan kajian literatur (literature review) dengan menggunakan Publish or Perish. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru berperan penting dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengelola kelas dengan strategi kontekstual yang mengaitkan materi ajar dengan lingkungan lokal dan pengalaman nyata siswa. Penerapan CTL terbukti meningkatkan motivasi, partisipasi aktif, serta hasil belajar siswa. Selain itu, mahasiswa PMM memberikan saran praktis berupa penggunaan metode interaktif seperti diskusi kelompok kecil, refleksi bersama, dan proyek berbasis pengalaman sehari-hari.

This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of inclusive learning strategies in interventions for reading difficulties in dyslexic students at State Islamic Elementary School (MIN) 1 Karawang. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Data were then analyzed using an interactive model that included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that strategy implementation was carried out through adaptive planning, differentiated learning, and individual development-based evaluation integrated into regular learning. Teachers modified materials, used visual media, segmented text, and continuously monitored student progress. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of strengthening teachers' pedagogical competencies in designing inclusive literacy interventions and the need for institutional support to ensure the sustainability of adaptive learning practices in madrasas.

y and literature analysis, the research was conducted at SDN No. 100311 Palsabolas, involving teachers and students who utilized adaptive reading applications, text-to-speech tools, and intelligent learning platforms. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis, and validated by triangulation techniques. The findings reveal that AI-assisted media significantly improve students’ reading motivation, comprehension, and fluency. Quantitative comparison between pretest and posttest results showed notable progress, with the average literacy score increasing by 16–27 points across different indicators. Students demonstrated greater engagement and independence, while teachers benefited from automated performance analytics and personalized feedback tools. However, challenges emerged related to device limitations, technical competence, and overreliance on automated features. The study concludes that AI-based learning media serve not only as technological tools but also as pedagogical instruments that personalize instruction, foster digital literacy, and transform reading classrooms into more adaptive, interactive, and student-centered environments.

This study aimed to ascertain whether the utilization of Music media may yield a noteworthy disparity in enhancing students' English vocabulary and to discover whether the efficacy of music media surpasses that of conventional media. The sample size for this study consisted of 60 students. The system has two classrooms, with each class including a total of 30 students. The pre-test results yielded a t-value of t0 = 1.517, indicating that both classes are worth studying as there is no significant difference in the increase of students' English vocabulary based on the t-test. However, after treatment and the post-test, the t-value obtained was t0 = 3.201, higher than the critical t-value (tt = 2.001) at a significance level of α = 0.05 and degrees of freedom (df) = 58. This indicates a significant difference in students' English vocabulary increase between the experimental class (taught using Music media) and the control class (introduced using conventional press) after the pre-test was administered.

Audio-tactile media represents an innovation that simultaneously integrates sound and touch stimulation to facilitate multisensorial conceptual understanding and enhance the cognitive construction of visually impaired students. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach utilizing observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of audio-tactile media in the context of science learning within inclusive classrooms. The results indicate that audio-tactile media significantly improves conceptual understanding, learning motivation, and active participation among visually impaired students. Additionally, this media strengthens social interaction among students and supports teachers in delivering material inclusively and responsively to individual learner needs. The novelty of this research lies in the application of learning media that combines two sensory modalities as an innovative pedagogical strategy to overcome cognitive barriers caused by visual impairment, while simultaneously enriching the multisensorial learning experience. These findings contribute significantly to the development of an adaptive, inclusive, and equitable science learning model for students with special needs. Accordingly, audio-tactile media is recommended as an effective alternative to create an inclusive and high-quality learning environment.

GTC possess complex learning profiles, characterized by high intellectual capacity, rapid knowledge acquisition, and intense interests and creativity that exceed the average. The mismatch between conventional teaching approaches and the distinctive needs of GTC in inclusive environments creates serious pedagogical challenges, notably the hindered realization of their full potential. This article aims to critically examine the effectiveness of differentiated instruction as an adaptive curriculum strategy in addressing the diverse needs of GTC within inclusive classrooms. Through a systematic literature review, the differentiation approach is analyzed within the framework of modifying content, process, and product of learning based on students' readiness, interests, and cognitive profiles. The findings indicate that the implementation of differentiation significantly enhances intrinsic motivation, active engagement, and academic achievement of GTC, while maintaining social cohesion in the classroom. Differentiated instruction also contributes to the creation of an inclusive, dynamic, and pedagogically equitable learning environment. The novelty of this study lies in the conceptual integration of differentiation principles with inclusive practices as a foundation for curriculum design that emphasizes individual excellence and appreciation of diversity. These findings offer substantive contributions to the development of a more transformative and responsive pedagogical paradigm, while also providing both theoretical and practical foundations for educators in designing curriculum interventions that empower all learners, including those with exceptional capacities.

November 2023, at 9.00-12.00 WIB. The main participants of the training were 33 teachers, consisting of two teachers of Learning Group for toddlers (KB), six teachers of Kindergarten (TK), ten teachers of Elementary School (SD), seven teachers of Junior High School (SMP), and eight teachers of Senior High School (SMA) in Yayasan Perguruan Kristen Indonesia (YPKI) Magelang. In the presentation session, the author discussed five main principles to help the PkM participants in creating a supportive and fun learning environment, namely: 1) using technology to make learning interesting and fun; 2) taking sufficient time to guide students to practice new learning materials; 3) making rules regarding how students should communicate and act; 4) creating supportive friendship groups; and 5) scheduling teacher professional development meetings in the school to learn from each other and share knowledge. The session concluded with a discussion with the PkM participants, implying that teachers must take an active role to create a supportive environment for their students.

Abstrak: Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan untuk para guru tentang bagaimana menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang suportif dan menyenangkan untuk para siswa mereka di dalam kelas. Kegiatan PkM ini dilaksanakan secara luring pada hari Rabu, 15 November 2023, jam 09.00-12.00 WIB. Peserta utama pelatihan ini adalah 33 orang guru, yang terdiri dari dua orang guru KB, enam orang guru TK, sepuluh orang guru SD, tujuh orang guru SMP, dan delapan orang guru SMA di bawah naungan Yayasan Perguruan Kristen Indonesia (YPKI) Magelang. Di dalam sesi pemaparan materi, penulis membahas lima prinsip utama untuk membantu para peserta PkM dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang supotif dan menyenangkan tersebut. Kelima prinsip tersebut adalah: 1) menggunakan teknologi untuk membuat pembelajaran menjadi menarik dan menyenangkan; 2) meluangkan waktu yang cukup untuk membimbing siswa berlatih materi pembelajaran yang baru; 3) membuat peraturan terkait bagaimana siswa harus berkomunikasi dan bertindak; 4) membuat kelompok pertemanan yang saling mendukung; dan 5) menjadwalkan pertemuan pengembangan profesionalitas guru di sekolah untuk dapat saling belajar dan berbagi ilmu pengetahuan satu sama lainnya. Sesi diakhiri dengan diskusi dengan para peserta PkM yang menyiratkan bahwa guru harus berperan aktif dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung bagi siswa mereka.

This community service activity aims to improve teacher competence, strengthen learning infrastructure, and support school readiness in implementing the Independent Curriculum in the school. The implementation of this activity consists of several stages: socialization, training, technology procurement, mentoring, and periodic evaluation. Socialization introduces the essence of the Independent Curriculum and the role of teachers in its implementation. Intensive training is provided regarding innovative learning methods, including flipped classrooms and project-based learning. The procurement of technological devices such as CCTV, digital library applications, and laptop speakers aims to support an interactive and modern learning environment. Mentoring is also carried out in the preparation of teaching modules that are relevant to the new curriculum. The results of the activity show an increase in teacher competence in implementing innovative learning methods and strengthening technological infrastructure in schools. This activity emphasizes the importance of ongoing training and monitoring to ensure effective and sustainable curriculum implementation.

Abstrak: Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh SMA Negeri 1 Dolok Batu Nanggar dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka adalah kesiapan dan kompetensi guru dalam menerapkan metodologi pembelajaran yang inovatif dan sesuai dengan tuntutan kurikulum tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru, memperkuat infrastruktur pembelajaran, dan mendukung kesiapan sekolah dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah tersebut. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini terdiri dari beberapa tahap: sosialisasi, pelatihan, pengadaan teknologi, pendampingan, dan evaluasi berkala. Sosialisasi memperkenalkan esensi Kurikulum Merdeka dan peran guru dalam penerapannya. Pelatihan intensif diberikan terkait metode pembelajaran inovatif, termasuk flipped classroom dan pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Pengadaan perangkat teknologi seperti CCTV, aplikasi perpustakaan digital, dan pengeras suara laptop bertujuan mendukung lingkungan belajar yang interaktif dan modern. Pendampingan juga dilakukan dalam penyusunan modul ajar yang relevan dengan kurikulum baru. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam menerapkan metode pembelajaran inovatif dan penguatan infrastruktur teknologi di sekolah. Kegiatan ini menegaskan pentingnya pelatihan berkelanjutan dan pemantauan untuk memastikan penerapan kurikulum yang efektif dan berkesinambungan.

The results of the selection that are not transparent in deciding the feasibility of rehabilitation and construction of elementary school buildings are often subjective and time-consuming. This causes decisions to be taken that cannot be made as quickly as possible and inequality, where schools that actually need rehabilitation more do not get priority for rehabilitation. The purpose of this study is to implement data mining in the selection of school building construction projects with the K-Means clustering algorithm in clustering the feasibility of rehabilitation of elementary school building construction. The results of this study found 31 elementary schools that are eligible for school building construction rehabilitation and 4 are not eligible for school building construction rehabilitation. This study is expected to provide a significant contribution in increasing the efficiency of school building construction selection and more transparency towards elementary school buildings to be rehabilitated.

Abstrak: Pembangunan gedung sekolah ialah bagian penting dalam sarana dan prasarana pendidikan. Banyak gedung Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Asahan menderita kerusakan, tidak layak pakai atau kekurangan fasilitas meliputi ruang kelas dan infrastruktur pendukung lainnya. Hasil penyeleksian yang bersifat tidak transparan dalam memutuskan kelayakan rehabilitasi dan pembangunan gedung Sekolah Dasar sering kali bersifat subjektif dan memakan waktu lama.Hal tersebut menyebabkan keputusan yang diambil tidak dapat dilakukan secepat mungkin serta ketimpangan, dimana sekolah yang sebenarnya lebih membutuhkan rehabilitasi justru tidak mendapatkan prioritas untuk direhabilitasi. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mengimplementasi data mining pada pemilihan proyek pembangunan gedung sekolah dengan algoritma K-Means clustering dalam mengcluster kelayakan rehabilitasi pembangunan gedung sekolah dasar. Hasil Penelitian ini terdapat 31 sekolah dasar layak untuk direhabilitasi pembangunan gedung sekolah dan 4 tidak layak untuk direhabalitasi pembangunan gedung sekolah. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam menaikkan efisiensi penyeleksian pembangunan gedung sekolah dan lebih transparansi terhadap gedung sekolah dasar yang akan direhabilitasi.
