Using a qualitative approach through a literature review, this study explores the embedded Islamic values within Kenduri Nasi and its role in preserving local cultural identity. The findings reveal that Kenduri Nasi serves as a contextual medium for transmitting religious values across generations through culturally rooted practices. This tradition exemplifies a positive syncretism between Islamic teachings and Malay customs, making it relevant for character education based on local wisdom. It also provides a meaningful model for integrating religious teachings into everyday life in a way that is both accessible and culturally sensitive.

Furthermore, the Bau Lolon ritual functions as a social mechanism that strengthens communal bonds among the villagers. Anthropological analysis reveals that Mangrara Banua is not merely a physical celebration of a new structure, but a cultural institution rich in symbolic meaning. First, the ritual serves as a collective expression of gratitude to God the Creator. Second, it functions to articulate and legitimize the family's social status (tana') within the community hierarchy. Third, this momentum acts as a unifying medium for the extended family (tongkonan) to reinforce kinship ties. Finally, the ritual embodies sacred reverence for the ancestors. Through an anthropological lens, the continuity of this tradition proves that the Tongkonan remains the cosmic, social, and spiritual center for the people of Akung Village amid modernization.

the Bulutellue Village community. This research applies qualitative research methods. Data was collected through literature review and field research. Field data was collected by conducting participant observation and in-depth interviews with 9 people. Data analysis was carried out by applying the Miles and Huberman technique, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that: (1) the mattoana bola celebration is carried out by small families who have successfully built a house and lived in it for approximately three years in a healthy condition and with sufficient sustenance. The mattoana bola celebration is an expression of gratitude to Allah by carrying out several stages, including mattanra esso, maddareheng, massolong bola, mabbarasanji, and mabbaca doang salama. (2) the implementation of the mattoana bola celebration has an important meaning for the people of Bulutellue Village because it contains several values, namely, the value of mutual cooperation, the value of togetherness, religious values, and the value of obedience to leaders.

This research was carried out at Ciasmara 01 State Elementary School, Bogor Regency, Class IV A, and IV B in November, the odd semester. The research instrument uses pretest and posttest instruments which produce an N-Gain calculation for the Project Based Learning model of 80 with high criteria and an N-Gain value for the Problem Based Learning model of 73 with very high criteria. So the N-Gain in the experimental class with the Problem Based Learning model is greater than the control class with the Discovery Learning model. The researcher also carried out a normality test with the Lilliefors test for both samples having a normal distribution because the values for both samples were smaller than the L table. In the Problem-Based Learning class group, the value Lcount ≤ Ltable was obtained, namely 0.028 ≤ 0.189, and in the discovery learning class group, the value Lcount ≤ Ltable was obtained, namely 0.041 ≤ 0.189. Then, in the homogeneity test, the data is homogeneous because it is smaller than X2table, a value of 0.75 ≤ 5.991 is obtained. Furthermore, in the hypothesis test, the count of 7.29 was greater than the table of 2.01808, indicating that H0 (null hypothesis) was rejected and Ha (alternative hypothesis) was accepted. Based on the research results above, it can be stated that the problem-based learning and discovery learning models have differences in learning outcomes for the sub-theme of gratitude for diversity, in other words, the problem-based learning model is more effective than the discovery learning model for the sub-theme of gratitude for diversity.
