ANALYSIS OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE IN PROMOTING NURSING INNOVATION THROUGH KNOWLEDGE SHARING: A QUALITATIVE STUDY IN THE MAKKAH HEALTH CLUSTER, SAUDI ARABIA

Abstract: Transformational leadership and organizational culture are key determinants of nursing innovation in complex healthcare systems. However, limited qualitative evidence exists regarding how these factors interact with knowledge-sharing… ledge-sharing practices to foster innovation, particularly within healthcare organizations undergoing transformation in Saudi Arabia. This study aims to explore how transformational leadership and organizational culture influence nursing innovation through knowledge-sharing practices in the Makkah Health Cluster, Saudi Arabia. A qualitative exploratory design was conducted within six hospitals in the Makkah Health Cluster. The study included King Abdullah Medical City, Noor Specialist Hospital, Maternity and Child Hospital, King Abdulaziz Hospital, Hiraa General Hospital, and King Faisal Hospital. A total of 48 participants, including nursing managers, ICU head nurses, and clinical nurses with at least two years of experience, were selected using purposive sampling until data saturation was reached. Data were collected between January and March 2026 through semi-structured interviews, focus group discussions (FGDs), non-participant observations, and document analysis. All interviews and FGDs were audio-recorded, transcribed verbatim, and conducted in English or Arabic based on participant preference. Data were analyzed using Braun and Clarke’s thematic analysis approach, and study rigor was ensured through triangulation, member checking, and audit trail procedures following COREQ guidelines. Four key themes emerged: (1) transformational leadership as a catalyst for psychological safety and innovation engagement, (2) organizational culture characterized by a dual structure of collaboration and hierarchy, (3) knowledge sharing as a mechanism for collective clinical learning and problem-solving, and (4) nursing innovation as an emergent, practice-based, and collaborative process. Findings indicate that transformational leadership enhances nurses’ motivation and openness to innovation, while organizational culture shapes the environment for collaboration. Knowledge sharing functions as a critical process that transforms clinical experience into practical innovation in nursing care. Nursing innovation in the Makkah Health Cluster is a socially constructed and dynamic process shaped by the interaction of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and knowledge-sharing practices. Strengthening leadership capacity, fostering collaborative organizational culture, and developing structured knowledge management systems are essential to sustain nursing innovation and improve healthcare service quality.

Klasifikasi Jenis Kendaraan Menggunakan Decision Tree Dan Evaluasi Akurasi Melalui Confusion Matrix

Abstract: Data mining merupakan salah satu metode yang paling efektif dalam menghasilkan klasifikasi yang akurat, efisien, dan relevan. Pengelompokan jenis kendaraan berdasarkan sistem transmisi dilakukan dengan menggunakan algoritma… tma Decision Tree dan dievaluasi melalui confusion matrix. Dataset yang digunakan mencakup empat jenis kendaraan: Bebek, Skuter, Sport, dan Trail, dengan tiga jenis transmisi: Manual, Automatic, dan Kopling. Algoritma Decision Tree dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam membagi dataset secara rekursif untuk menghasilkan aturan klasifikasi yang jelas dan mudah dipahami. Model dilatih dan diuji untuk memprediksi jenis transmisi berdasarkan fitur kendaraan, dengan hasil akurasi mencapai 95%. Evaluasi menggunakan confusion matrix mengungkap distribusi prediksi benar dan salah pada setiap kategori. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa transmisi Automatic dan Kopling diklasifikasikan dengan akurasi tinggi, meskipun terdapat beberapa kesalahan pada prediksi transmisi Manual. Nilai Cohen’s Kappa sebesar 0,913 mengindikasikan kesesuaian yang sangat baik antara prediksi dan data aktual. Algoritma Decision Tree terbukti efektif dalam klasifikasi jenis kendaraan, meskipun diperlukan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan akurasi pada kategori tertentu.

ANALISIS KRITIS TERHADAP KELEMAHAN DESAIN DATABASE DALAM MENINGKATKAN RISIKO KEBOCORAN DATA DAN MENURUNKAN INTEGRITAS SISTEM INFORMASI

Abstract: Penelitian ini mengkaji secara kritis kelemahan desain database dalam konteks keamanan sistem informasi modern. Desain database yang buruk merupakan salah satu faktor utama yang meningkatkan risiko kebocoran data dan menurunkan… urunkan integritas sistem informasi pada organisasi. Melalui metode tinjauan literatur sistematis (Systematic Literature Review/SLR) terhadap 35 artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan antara tahun 2015 hingga 2024, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dan mengklasifikasikan kelemahan desain database ke dalam lima kategori utama: (1) kelemahan normalisasi dan struktur relasional, (2) kurangnya kontrol akses dan autentikasi, (3) minimnya enkripsi data, (4) absennya audit trail dan logging, serta (5) ketiadaan prosedur backup dan recovery yang memadai. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa 78% kasus kebocoran data yang diteliti disebabkan oleh kelemahan pada lapisan desain database, bukan semata-mata dari serangan eksternal. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendekatan Security by Design dalam perancangan database merupakan langkah fundamental untuk melindungi aset data organisasi dan menjaga kepercayaan pengguna. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini mencakup rekomendasi penerapan framework database security yang komprehensif mulai dari tahap perencanaan, implementasi, hingga pemeliharaan sistem.

Class VII Members’ Actions Of Thankfulness And Gratitude In The Legend Of Heroes Trail Of Cold Steel Video Game

Abstract: This study explores the concept of gratitude, specifically focusing on the Action of Thankfulness expressed by Class VII members in The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel video game. Using the Find-Remind-Bind theory… by Sara B. Algoe, the study identifies expressions of gratitude that reinforce social bonds among characters. The qualitative analysis of in-game dialogues and interactions reveals that thankfulness manifests in various forms, such as verbal appreciation, acknowledgment of contributions, and reinforcement of interpersonal relationships. This study highlights how gratitude influences character development and strengthens emotional connections within the narrative. In conclusion, this research contributes to the study of digital drama and psychology of literature in video game by showing how psychological elements, especially action of thankfulness, can be analyzed through interactive narratives.
