n this study were all employees of the loading and unloading warehouse who worked at PT Cahaya Indah Sangsurya Pekanbaru totaling 42 (forty-two) respondents. In this study, because the population was small (limited), it was not possible to use a sample, so the researchers took the same number of samples as the population or called a census, namely all loading and unloading employees at PT Cahaya Indah Sangsurya Pekanbaru totaling 42 (four two) respondents. The power-gathering method used in this research is field research, which is carried out by conducting direct visits to the institutions that are the object of obtaining primary and secondary data. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that financial compensation and work conflict affect the performance of employees at PT Cahaya Indah Sangsurya Pekanbaru. The better the value of financial compensation and the lower the value of work conflict, the higher the value of employee performance.

The main problem of this study is how the multiculturalism of the Muslim community in the Prophet is reflected in the Medina Charter. This study aims to map the pattern of multiculturalism in communities in Yathrib city of Medina. The study was conducted with historical methods and socio-cultural approaches. This study found the following patterns of multiculturalism: First, the Muslim community in the period of the Prophet in Medina based on Arab culture, grew up with patterns that were accommodating to forms of racial, religious, and 'ashabiyyah qabailiyyah diversity. Second, the pattern of the Muslim community that developed during the Medina period encouraged the growth of Muslim acculturation of non-Muslim communities to strengthen the integrity and integrity of Madinah society. Third, the pattern of multiculturalism is more evident as the reality of pluralism in Muslim societies is shown by the role of interfaith and racial communities.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui problematika dalam pelaksanaan perlindungan hukum terhadap perempuan korban tindak pidana pornografi menggunakan media internet di tingkat penyidikan di unit PPA Polres Sukoharjo dan upaya perlindungan terhadap perempuan korban tindak pidana pornografi menggunakan media internet. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu problematika dalam pelaksanaan perlindungan terhadap perempuan korban tindak pidana pornografi menggunakan media internet di tingkat penyidikan di Unit PPA Polres Sukoharjo yaitu: 1. Gadget (media untuk membuat, menyimpan, dan/atau menyebarkan) rusak atau dijual, 2. Keberatan jika gadget disita, 3. Korban merasa itu aib, 4. Korban dan pelaku hanya saling mengenal melalui sosmed atau dating app, saat akan dilacak akun sudah dihapus dan 5. Sarana dan Prasarana yang kurang memadai. Upaya perlindungan terhadap perempuan korban tindak pidana pornografi menggunakan media internet diwujudkan melalui kehadiran berbagai peraturan dan perundang-undangan. Peraturan terkait tindak pidana pornografi sejauh ini telah mendapatkan aturan secara khusus dalam Undang-Undang ITE dan Undang-Undang Pornografi. Kejahatan kesusilaan juga telah diatur dalam Bab XIV KUHP.
