applications, resilience theory, and integration pathways, a qualitative systematic literature review was carried out utilizing theme synthesis in accordance with PRISMA peer-reviewed protocols. Findings show that AI techniques, machine learning for tail-risk detection, deep learning for high-frequency forecasting, and explainable AI for transparent decisions, yield up to 28% reductions in forecasting errors and halve recovery times during crises. The hybrid CNN Transformer architectures and transformer-based NLP models significantly enhance predictive accuracy and forward-looking insights. The study suggests financial institutions adopt integrated AI frameworks, invest in data quality and human–AI collaboration, and implement principle-based governance to balance innovation with fairness and stability. Limitations include reliance on published literature and limited representation of emerging AI models, warranting future longitudinal and context-specific empirical research.

rue experiment design method. The sample in this study was 14 female athletes. The instrument in this study was a 10-second sickle kick speed test with 3 trials and the best value was taken. Data analysis and testing of the research hypothesis used the t-test analysis technique (t-test) with a significance level of α = 0.05. The results of the study showed that: (1) there was an increase in the speed of the sickle kick after athletes followed a training program using rubber weights with an average value of 13.71 in the pre-test and increased by 6.72 or 7% to 20.43 in the post-test. The statistical results showed that the sig-2 tailed value was 0.000 ≤ 0.05. (2) there is an increase in the speed of the sickle kick after the athlete follows a training program without rubber weights with an average value of 13.43 in the pre-test increasing by 5% to 18.43 in the post-test. With statistical results showing that the sig-2 tailed value is 0.000 ≤ 0.05. (3) there is an increase in kick speed between training using rubber weights and without weights with a sig-2 tailed value of 0.013 ≤ 0.05. It can be concluded that training using rubber weights is more effective in increasing the speed of the sickle kick compared to training without rubber weights in the Pen-cak Silat PSHT Ranting Tanah Putih Tanjung Melawan.

to analyze the judge's considerations, the legal force of certificates and deeds in bank mortgages, and legal protection for mortgage holders. This study is a normative legal study. Data were collected and then analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study indicate that the judge annulled the gift because it did not meet the legal requirements according to Islamic law and the Compilation of Islamic Law. The decision has implications for the cancellation of all related documents, including the certificate of ownership, the deed of granting mortgage rights, and the credit agreement, so that they no longer have legal force as debt collateral. Legal protection of creditors due to cancellation of grants according to Article 11131 of the Civil Code, even though the collateral guarantee is cancelled, the creditor still has legal protection through general guarantees, namely that all of the debtor's assets can be used as objects of debt fulfillment and the creditor can request seizure of collateral and the application of the principle of good faith of the bank that has acted according to the procedure for granting credit. It is expected that judges will prioritize the principles of justice, proportionality, the principle of good faith, and substantive justice in banking and financing practices in Indonesia.

Findings reveal that the KGB procedure consists of several key stages: application submission, credit analysis, credit decision, credit agreement, and fund disbursement. However, its implementation faces both internal and external challenges, such as limited credit staff resulting in slower service, and a lack of understanding among prospective borrowers regarding the credit procedure. To address these issues, the bank has prepared appropriate solutions. Overall, the KGB procedure at Bank Bjb KCP Mitra Batik has been carried out effectively and efficiently.

Companies need a Decision Support System (DSS) that can help determine the creditwhorthiness of potential customers. The decision making calculation method used in this study is a simple additive weighting method with 5 criteria, namely discipline, down payment, monthly income, credit guarantee, and residence of status. The system was built using the PHP MySQL language and Sublime Text as the programming code. And the object-oriented system modeling language used is UML (Unifed Modelling Language). By using this SAW Method, it is hoped that the final result will be obtained as a tool to determine the credit extension to potential consumers who are eligible to be given.

Pemberian kredit dapat memberikan keringanan kepada konsumen, sehingga menimbulkan besarnya minat konsumen untuk membeli, yang berarti omset penjualan perusahaan menjadi lebih tinggi dan penerimaan kas perusahaan akan meningkat. Menentukan konsumen yang layak diberikan kredit bukanlah hal yang mudah.Perusahaan membutuhkan sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang dapat membantu dalam menentukan kelayakan pemberian kredit untuk calon konsumen. Metode perhitungan pengambilan keputusan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dengan 5 kriteria yaitu kedisiplinan, uang muka, penghasilan perbulan, jaminan kredit dan status tempat tinggal. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa PHP MySQL dan Sublime Text sebagai koding pemrogramannya.Serta bahasa pemodelan sistem berorientasi objek yang digunakan adalah UML (Unifed Modelling Language). Dengan menggunakan metode SAW ini, diharapkan mendapatkan hasil akhir sebagai alat bantu untuk menentukan pemberian kredit kepada calon konsumen yang layak diberikan.

refore, in order to achieve this, it is necessary to have a system that automatically provides accurate and fast decisions in determining which companies or industries are worthy of being granted a business license. The aim of this research is to build a decision support system in determining permits to disturb business or industrial premises using the Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method. The data analysis technique used is the MAUT method to determine the final decision in granting a disturbance permit to a company or industry. The sample or training data consists of 20 names in the Tanjungbalai City area. This system is tested with a black box which aims to find out that all components in the system are running well. Our findings show that the system we have created is appropriate based on the results of the analysis using the MAUT method. Apart from that, the results of black box testing show that all components in this system are valid and functioning well.

Abstrak: Mendirikan tempat usaha atau industri harus mendapatkan izin dari pemerintah yang bertujuan untuk melindungi masyarakat sekitar agar terlindungi dari kemungkinan timbulnya gangguan atau polusi yang diakibatkan dari industry tersebut. Oleh karena itu, demi tercapainya hal tersebut perlu adanya sistem yang secara otomatis memberikan keputusan secara akurat dan cepat dalam menentukan suatu perusahaan atau industry mana yang layak diberikan izin usaha. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan izin gangguan tempat usaha atau industri menggunakan metode Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan metode MAUT untuk menentukan keputusan akhir dalam memberikan izin gangguan kepada perusahaan atau industri. Sampel atau data training yang berjumlah 20 nama di wilayah Kota Tanjungbalai. Sistem ini diuji dengan black box yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui semua komponen pada sistem sudah berjalan dengan baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang telah kami buat sudah sesuai berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan metode MAUT. Selain itu, hasil black box testing menunjukkan bahwa semua komponen pada sistem ini sudah valid dan berfungsi dengan baik.

Secara umum permasalahan yang terjadi di KUBE masih belum optimal dan belum tepat sasaran, sehingga terkadang banyak warga yang protes karena warga yang seharusnya menerima bantuan tidak mendapatkan bantuan dan sebaliknya warga yang seharusnya tidak berhak mendapatkan bantuan dari Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE). Dengan mengetahui kekurangan yang terdapat pada perhitungan manual yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Asahan. Sehingga dapat ditentukan penerima manfaat sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditentukan oleh Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Asahan. Tujuan dibuat sistem dengan menggunakan metode Weighted Product untuk melakukan perhitungan yang akurat dalam pemberian bantuan yang dibuat dengan bahasa pemograman PHP dengan Database MySQL, untuk membuat pendukung keputusan terkomputerisasi baru yang merupakan alternatif yang baik dengan mengutamakan efektifitas dan efisiensi dalam penentuan pemberian bantuan Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE). Abstrak: Hama merupakan masalah utama bagi para petani jeruk, hingga saat ini hama yang menyerang tanaman jeruk sangat bervariasi. Salah satu hama pada tanaman jeruk adalah kumbang belalai dimana hama ini menyerang daun tua pada ranting atau dahan bagian bawah akibatnya daun gugur dan ranting muda mati. Untuk itu dirancang suatu sistem pakar mengidentifikasi hama tanaman jeruk. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian kali ini ialah metode faktor kepastian (CF),. Hasil bedasarkan gejala-gejala yang dialami oleh tanaman jeruk tersebut bahwa hama yang terkena pada tanaman jeruk adalah Kutu Daun dengan tingkat kepakaran 0,8 dan persentase 80 % dan memiliki nilai akuasi yang cukup baik.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Algoritma C4.5 klasifikasi untuk menentukan kelayakan kredit, klasifikasi bertujuan untuk membagi objek yang ditetapkan ke dalam satu nomor kategori yang disebut kelas. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunankan data mining dan algoritma C4.5 sebagai metode pemilihannya. Kriteria yang digunakan yaitu , angsuran pinjaman,penghasilan calon nasabah,jangka waktu pinjaman ,status calon nasabah. Penelitian ini menghasillkan model klasifikasi pohon keputusan menggunakan algoritma C4.5 termasuk dalam kategori Excellent Classification dengan nilai akurasi sebesar 98,33% dan klasifikasi eror 1,67%, sehingga penelitian ini kan menggunakan data latih 70% dan data uji 30%. Dari hasil perhitungan yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa algoritma C4.5 dapat digunakan untuk menen tukan kelayakan pemberian kredit kepada nasabah Koperasi Jaya Bersama (KORJABE).

Abstract:The rights of justice collaborators (JCs) to obtain sentence reductions in murder cases remain inconsistently applied within Indonesia’s criminal justice system. This research addresses three core issues: the normative legal…
legal basis for JC rights, the consistency of judicial decisions in granting those rights, and the necessity for legal reform. Using a normative juridical approach supported by document analysis and expert interviews, the study examines Law No. 31/2014, SEMA No. 4/2011, and recent judicial decisions, including the high-profile cases of Richard Eliezer and Abdul Khoir. Findings reveal that while legal provisions exist, the absence of detailed indicators, formal mechanisms for status determination, and binding multi-institutional coordination leads to implementation gaps. Judicial discretion remains unchecked, resulting in unequal treatment of justice collaborators with similar contributions. The study concludes that a lex specialis law is urgently needed to standardize definitions, evaluation mechanisms, and inter-agency protection schemes. Recommendations include harmonization of technical norms, incorporation of JC recognition in verdicts, and alignment with UNCAC and UNTOC standards. This would strengthen legal certainty, uphold the principle of nulla poena sine lege, and enhance the effectiveness of the criminal justice system in addressing serious crimes through systemic cooperation.
