Abstract:This study aims to examine the influence of tourism commodities, tourism costs, tourism comfort, and tourism communication on domestic tourists' perceptions and their impact on revisit decisions at Palabuhanratu Beach, Sukabumi…
ukabumi Regency. This research employed a quantitative approach using an explanatory research design. The sample consisted of 150 domestic tourists selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with IBM SPSS Statistics 26 and IBM SPSS AMOS 24. The findings reveal that tourism commodities, tourism costs, and tourism comfort have a positive and significant effect on domestic tourists' perceptions, while tourism communication does not significantly affect domestic tourists' perceptions. Furthermore, domestic tourists' perceptions, tourism costs, and tourism communication have a positive and significant effect on revisit decisions. In contrast, tourism commodities and tourism comfort do not directly influence revisit decisions. The findings indicate that domestic tourists' perceptions play a crucial role in encouraging revisit decisions. Therefore, destination managers should improve the quality of tourism commodities, enhance tourist comfort, establish appropriate tourism pricing, and strengthen tourism communication strategies to build positive perceptions and increase tourist loyalty through revisit decisions.
Abstract:Blockchain technology is touted for democratizing supply chains, but 30–40% of smallholder farmers are excluded from fair market participation due to information gaps and power imbalances. The first complete empirical examination…
examination of blockchain's capacity to empower disadvantaged farmers in Global South agri-food systems. The paper examines 15 large-scale implementations, including Kenyan coffee cooperatives and Indian dairy collectives, using a rigorous mixed-methods methodology. Technical scalability in resource-limited situations, governance structures that promote meaningful multi-stakeholder engagement, and quantifiable inclusion results for small-scale farmers are thoroughly examined. Comparative case study, agent-based adoption modeling, and quasi-experimental effect evaluation by Propensity Score matching reveal that blockchain's potential is not automatic nor inherent in eight nations. Techno-institutional synergy, not technological complexity, improves democracy, the research shows. Hybrid governance systems with farmer-controlled validator nodes and tokenized decision-making rights enhanced smallholder involvement by 58% and premium retention by 78% over corporate-controlled systems. However, technologically sophisticated deployments without institutional expertise frequently increase power concentration and exclusion. The blockchain viability index helps identify optimal deployment conditions for different commodities, empirical evidence challenges the idea that decentralization automatically promotes inclusion, and the inclusion-by-design framework helps policymakers embed equitable principles into decentralized agri-tech from the start. This study shows food system digitization practitioners and scholars that genuine democratization occurs when technology drives institutional transformation.
Abstract:Oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus) are agricultural commodities with high economic value with good nutritional content. Its cultivation in Jumantoro Village, Jumapolo District, Karanganyar Regency, has great potential…
l because it is supported by suitable natural conditions. However, farmers and MSMEs still face obstacles in the use of manual equipment and less than optimal marketing, so product innovation is needed to increase the added value and competitiveness of oyster mushrooms in the market. As a solution, a mentoring program was introduced with the culinary innovation of oyster mushroom nuggets. This activity includes surveys and interviews with MSMEs, transfer of cultivation knowledge, and production practices. Nuggets were chosen because their texture resembles chicken meat, making them an economical and healthy food alternative. Production is carried out at the MSME's Mushroom House with a systematic method to ensure quality. The results of the mentoring showed a positive response from MSMEs and the community, both in terms of economy and product acceptance. In addition to increasing local income, this program also provides direct experience for students in understanding mushroom cultivation and processing. By optimizing local potential, innovation in processed oyster mushroom products can be a sustainable strategy in supporting village economic growth.
Gold is one of the most sought-after commodities for investment purposes, as it is regarded as a safer instrument compared to stocks and has a selling value that constantly fluctuates with market conditions. PT Victoeria Vici, a custom gold jewelry business, faces difficulty in determining the estimated selling price offered to customers because the production process for custom orders takes up to 14 days, while gold prices move in an unstructured and fluctuating manner every day, making manual price estimation inaccurate and ineffective. Based on this problem, this study applies the concept of Data Mining using the Trend Moment algorithm to estimate gold prices over a certain period of time. The data used is historical daily gold price data per gram from PT Victoeria Vici for the period of August–October 2021, consisting of 92 records. The research stages include data collection, determination of the X and Y variables, elimination to obtain the constant value a and the slope b, and the application of the equation Y = a + bX to obtain the estimated value. The calculation results show a value of a = 720,871.725 and b = 3.108, so that the estimation model is able to produce gold price projections that closely follow the pattern of historical data. This model was then implemented into a desktop-based application using Microsoft Visual Basic 2010 and a Microsoft Access database, equipped with Crystal Report for printing estimation result reports. The results show that the Trend Moment algorithm can help PT Victoeria Vici obtain gold price estimations more quickly, consistently, and in a well-documented manner.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze and formulate a concept of Islamic legal protection for crypto investors in responding to the dynamics of digital crimes within virtual currency transactions. Departing from the rapid development…
nt of blockchain technology and the recognition of crypto assets as tradable commodities in Indonesia, this research identifies a normative ambiguity between positive law and religious fatwas, particularly concerning the permissibility and legal legitimacy of cryptocurrencies from a sharia perspective. The inherent characteristics of crypto assets-namely volatility, speculative tendencies, and vulnerability to digital crimes such as hacking, fraud, market manipulation, and money laundering-generate significant risks for Muslim investors. Within the framework of fiqh al-muʿāmalāt and maqāṣid al-sharīʿah, especially the principle of ḥifẓ al-māl (protection of wealth), this study asserts that investor protection constitutes not merely a regulatory necessity but an integral dimension of the higher objectives of Islamic law in safeguarding justice, transparency, and economic welfare. Methodologically, this research employs a normative-maqāṣidī approach through an interdisciplinary analysis integrating Islamic jurisprudence, national positive law, and the study of digital financial technology. The focus of the inquiry is directed toward identifying the typologies of digital crimes within the crypto ecosystem, evaluating the effectiveness of national regulations and religious fatwas, and formulating a model of Islamic legal protection that is preventive, corrective, and educational in nature. The expected outcome of this dissertation is the construction of a conceptual framework of ḥimāyah al-mustatsmir (investor protection) grounded in maqāṣid al-sharīʿah, adaptive to the digital era, and strengthened through synergy among the state, financial authorities, and fatwa institutions. Accordingly, this study contributes not only to the advancement of contemporary fiqh al-muʿāmalāt discourse but also offers an applicable normative framework for the development of a secure, equitable, and sustainable sharia-based digital economic system.
Abstract:This study analyzes the challenges of food security and the policy responses of the government in achieving food self-sufficiency in South Sulawesi in 2025. The research aims to identify production-consumption gaps, distribution…
ribution bottlenecks, and the impacts of climate variability and agricultural policies on food availability, accessibility, and affordability. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining qualitative and quantitative techniques through household surveys, in-depth interviews with farmers and policymakers, field observations, and secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency and the South Sulawesi Agricultural Department.
The results reveal persistent production deficits for rice and soybeans, while corn has reached a surplus, illustrating structural imbalances among staple commodities. Approximately 62% of respondents reported difficulties in transportation and storage due to inadequate infrastructure, contributing to post-harvest losses and unstable food prices. Government programs such as irrigation development, input subsidies, and farmer training have provided partial benefits, yet 57% of farmers indicated irregular access to such support. Moreover, climate shocks such as El Niño continue to depress yields and increase vulnerability among smallholder farmers. Conversely, social capital, manifested in farmer groups and cooperative networks, has played a significant role in sustaining household food availability and resilience.
The findings suggest that food security in South Sulawesi cannot be addressed solely through production increases. A multifaceted strategy is required, emphasizing rural infrastructure development, climate-smart agricultural innovation, institutional and irrigation reform, and community-based mechanisms that strengthen social capital. This integrative approach provides empirical evidence for policy design and contributes to the broader discourse on sustainable food self-sufficiency in Indonesia.

research analyzes the gap between food production and demand, identifying key commodities such as rice, corn, and soybeans. By evaluating the availability, accessibility, and affordability of these staple foods, the study investigates how local agricultural practices, infrastructure, and external factors like climate change and market volatility affect food security in the region. The findings reveal significant challenges in meeting the demand for rice and soybeans, despite the province's ability to achieve a surplus in corn production. The methodology employed in this study involves both qualitative and quantitative approaches. Primary data was gathered through field surveys, interviews with local farmers, agricultural experts, and policymakers, as well as secondary data from government reports, agricultural statistics, and market analyses. A comparative analysis was conducted to examine trends in food production, consumption patterns, and price fluctuations over the past five years. The study also incorporated geographic information system (GIS) mapping to assess the distribution of agricultural resources and the effectiveness of existing infrastructure in connecting farmers to markets. The findings suggest that despite the province's agricultural potential, South Sulawesi continues to face challenges in achieving full food self-sufficiency. The study recommends a multifaceted approach to addressing food insecurity and achieving food self-sufficiency, including improving rural infrastructure, adopting modern agricultural technologies, and diversifying food crops.

Abstract:Islamic economics has different principles from conventional economics, including in terms of sales contracts. In Islamic economics, there are several types of sales contracts used, such as bai' al-salam (future sales) and…
nd bai’ al-salam(manufacturing sales). Trust sales contracts are also important in ensuring transparency of the price of the goods or services sold. The research method uses descriptive qualitative in describing and explaining specifically with literature studies in data collection. The purpose of this research is to find out specifically about the types and qualifications of sharia sales that do not contain gharar and usury. In Islamic economics, payments in sales contracts can be deferred or paid in installments without involving interest or riba. This allows the buyer to pay according to an agreed schedule. Sales contracts in the Islamic economy differ from interest-bearing loan contracts, where there is an exchange of goods or services at a predetermined price. Islamic banks use sales contracts as a legitimate alternative to interest-bearing loan contracts, allowing them to provide financing that is fair and compliant with sharia principles. In the Islamic economy, there are also contracts for the sale of future commodities (salam), the sale of manufacturing (istisna'), and currency exchange (sarf). Islamic banks have an important role to play in facilitating these sales contracts, as intermediaries who ensure the contracts adhere to Shariah principles and meet applicable legal requirements. With a good understanding of the different types of these sales contracts, economic actors can choose the ones that suit their needs while complying with sharia principles.
