tajo Raya protected forest. Furthermore, the village has an underutilized female labor potential, organized within the Family Welfare Movement (Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga / PKK) as the foundational collective for rural women in Muaro Sentajo. This initiative aims to provide knowledge on native orchid species, cultivation techniques, integrated systems with stingless bees (kelulut), and digital marketing. The program implemented a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, consisting of asset mapping, practical cultivation workshops, e-commerce platform development, and four months of intensive mentoring. This empowerment program successfully established an active orchid breeding group managing more than 15 native orchid species. Additionally, 83.66% of the participants demonstrated proficiency in operating digital marketing channels (Instagram and Shopee), resulting in the first independent commercial sales of local orchid products. The integration of local ecological assets with modern digital marketing proved effective in enhancing the economic independence of rural women and promoting sustainable community development.
Abstract:The purpose of this study is to examine the development of education in Indonesia from the colonial era through the reform period, analyzed within the framework of legal foundations. The method employed in this article is…
s library research, which serves to elaborate on the discussion of Indonesian education during the colonial period and the post-independence era up to the reform era, viewed from a legal perspective. The findings indicate that education in the colonial period was politically driven, primarily serving Dutch interests in exploiting Indonesia’s natural resources and economy. In contrast, during the post-independence period through the reform era, education was implemented in a structured manner and underwent several refinements, beginning with the 1947 curriculum and continuing through 1952, 1964, 1968, 1975, 1984, 1994, 2004, 2006, 2013, and culminating in the Merdeka Curriculum. In the post-independence era, education was oriented toward shaping individuals based on the principles of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution.
Abstract:Steamed sponge cake (bolu kukus) is a widely consumed traditional snack in Indonesia; however, its reliance on refined wheat flour limits its micronutrient and dietary fiber density. Incorporating composite flours from indigenous…
ndigenous crops, such as tropical pumpkin (Cucurbita moschata) and green pea (Vigna radiata L.), offers a promising strategy for nutritional fortification and dietary diversification. This study aimed to evaluate the proximate composition, sensory acceptability, statistical differences, and production cost feasibility of steamed sponge cakes formulated with varying proportions of pumpkin and green pea flours as partial replacements for refined wheat flour. An experimental design was applied using three formulations: AF09 (Control: 100% wheat flour), BW91 (10% pumpkin flour, 20% green pea flour), and CB88 (15% pumpkin flour, 15% green pea flour). Proximate testing measured moisture, ash, protein, fat, crude fiber, and total carbohydrates (by difference). Sensory acceptance (color, aroma, taste, and texture) was evaluated by 50 semi-trained panelists using a hedonic scale. Data were analyzed non-parametrically using Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Kruskal-Wallis, and post-hoc Mann-Whitney tests. All formulations complied with the Indonesian National Standard (SNI 01-3840-1995) for moisture (31.69%–33.74%), total ash (0.66%–1.05%), crude protein (5.80%–6.65%), and crude fat (1.64%–2.82%). Formula CB88 achieved the highest crude fiber content (0.69%) and lower total energy density (269.88 kcal/100 g). Kruskal-Wallis testing indicated statistically significant differences (p<0.05) among formulations for color, taste, and texture, while aroma exhibited no significant variation (p=0.672). Formula CB88 emerged as the optimal treatment, receiving superior sensory acceptance ratings for color (90% liked) and crumb softness (88% liked) driven by natural β-carotene and pectin-moisture gelation. Production cost analysis demonstrated high economic feasibility for CB88 at IDR 3,374 per 55 g serving. Partial substitution with 15% pumpkin flour and 15% green pea flour (Formula CB88) yields a nutrient-dense, fiber-enriched, and cost-effective functional snack suitable for targeted school nutrition and dietary diversification programs.
Abstract:Neurodiversity conceptualizes autism, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), dyslexia, and related cognitive differences as natural variations in human cognition rather than individual deficits. Although this perspective…
erspective has gained increasing attention in human resource management (HRM), the intellectual structure and relevance of the existing literature to the Indonesian context remain insufficiently understood. This study maps the development of global research on neurodiversity and HRM and identifies research priorities for Indonesia. A bibliometric analysis was conducted using 993 records retrieved through a Boolean search combining neurodiversity- and HRM-related terms. Following a PRISMA-guided screening process, keyword co-occurrence, density, overlay, and total link-strength analyses were performed using VOSviewer. The analysis identified 43 dominant terms grouped into four thematic clusters: (1) inclusive HRM and diversity management, (2) workplace accommodation and disclosure, (3) intervention and school-to-work transition, and (4) ADHD and occupational mental health. The findings indicate that autism spectrum disorder and ADHD remain the most prominent topics in the literature. The field has gradually shifted from predominantly clinical and educational perspectives in 2020–2021 toward workplace accommodation in 2022 and more strategic HRM-oriented discussions during 2023–2024. However, link-strength analysis reveals that relationships between core HRM concepts and issues of accommodation, disclosure, and occupational mental health remain relatively fragmented. Moreover, Indonesia-specific and developing-country perspectives are absent from the dominant keyword structure. These findings demonstrate a substantial geographical and conceptual research gap. Accordingly, the study proposes five priority research themes to advance neurodiversity-inclusive HRM in Indonesia and provides a foundation for future empirical, policy-oriented, and organizational research.
Abstract:Based on GMTI 2019 data, it shows that until 2030, the number of Muslim tourists (wislim) is projected to reach 230 million worldwide, and in 2024 as many as 8.5 million tourists. This provides an opportunity for Indonesia…
ia to accelerate the development of national halal tourism destinations with global standards for potential destinations, one of which is the Blitar chocolate village. This study aims to determine the development of chocolate village tourist destinations into sharia-based tourist destinations through a qualitative approach, data collected through interviews, and sources from the chocolate village website, observations and documentation, and related subumber sources. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the tourist destination of Kampung Chocolate Blitar is an educational tourism by offering 8 kinds of educational packages and family entertainment tours and ecotourism by offering a natural and cultural atmosphere. The measurement of halal tourism in the Blitar chocolate village destination starts from the implementation of tourist destinations that provide benefits and benefits, tourism facilities that are representative and friendly to Muslims as evidenced by CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, Environment Sustainability) certificates from the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy and being a member of the Indonesia Halal in Tourism Association (PPHI), goods and services products have been guaranteed to be halal and avoid disobedience and dishonesty, and the contract applied by susuai is the a'mal contract to employees and the musyarokah and mudhorobah contract to MSME partners and external parties, as well as the ijaroh contract to tourists. From the potential possessed by this chocolate village, the Blitar Chocolate Village destination has great potential to become a sharia-based tourist destination (halal tourism).
Abstract:This study investigates the relationship between profitability, leverage, and firm size and tax avoidance practices in publicly listed consumer sector firms during the 2020–2024 period. A quantitative approach was applied…
ied using panel data regression analysis, with a sample of six companies selected through purposive sampling. Tax avoidance was measured using the Effective Tax Rate (ETR), while profitability, leverage, and firm size were proxied by Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and the natural logarithm of total assets, respectively. Based on model selection procedures, the Random Effect Model (REM) was identified as the most appropriate specification. The results indicate that, both individually and jointly, profitability, leverage, and firm size do not exhibit a statistically significant effect on tax avoidance. Additionally, the coefficient of determination suggests that the model explains only a limited proportion of the variation in tax avoidance behavior. These findings imply that tax avoidance is likely influenced by factors beyond the financial indicators examined, highlighting the need for future research to incorporate broader determinants, including governance and regulatory aspects.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the effect of Human Resource Accounting (HRAC) disclosure on firm value, with financial performance as a mediating variable. This quantitative study uses secondary data in the form of annual reports…
ports and sustainability reports from 14 companies during the 2020–2024 period, with a total of 70 observations. HRAC disclosure is measured using the Human Resource Disclosure Index through a content analysis approach. Firm value is proxied by Net Asset Value (NAV) transformed into the natural logarithm, while financial performance is measured using ROA. Data analysis was performed using path analysis with SPSS software, and the Sobel test to examine the role of financial performance as a mediating variable. The results show that HRAC disclosure affects firm financial performance, but does not directly affect firm value. Financial performance is proven to affect firm value in a negative direction. The results of the Sobel test indicate that financial performance plays a significant role as a mediating variable in the relationship between HRAC disclosure and firm value. These findings indicate that HRAC disclosure affects firm value indirectly through financial performance. ASDM disclosure functions as supporting information and additional signals for investors, but is not yet able to become the main determinant in the direct formation of company value.

Abstract:Oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus) are agricultural commodities with high economic value with good nutritional content. Its cultivation in Jumantoro Village, Jumapolo District, Karanganyar Regency, has great potential…
l because it is supported by suitable natural conditions. However, farmers and MSMEs still face obstacles in the use of manual equipment and less than optimal marketing, so product innovation is needed to increase the added value and competitiveness of oyster mushrooms in the market. As a solution, a mentoring program was introduced with the culinary innovation of oyster mushroom nuggets. This activity includes surveys and interviews with MSMEs, transfer of cultivation knowledge, and production practices. Nuggets were chosen because their texture resembles chicken meat, making them an economical and healthy food alternative. Production is carried out at the MSME's Mushroom House with a systematic method to ensure quality. The results of the mentoring showed a positive response from MSMEs and the community, both in terms of economy and product acceptance. In addition to increasing local income, this program also provides direct experience for students in understanding mushroom cultivation and processing. By optimizing local potential, innovation in processed oyster mushroom products can be a sustainable strategy in supporting village economic growth.
