AIRLINE RESPONSIBILITY FOR PASSENGER DEPARTURE CANCELLATIONS DUE TO NOT COMPLETING HEALTH REQUIREMENTS ( RAPID TEST )(Research Study at Kuala Namu Airport)

Abstract: Factors that cause airlines to cancel flights include commercial, technical, operational, weather, and airport factors. Airlines are responsible for canceling departures due to health care requirements (accelerated testing):… ng): if a passenger tests positive for antigen, they must undergo a PCR test; if negative, they can continue, and the price of the ticket is returned to fly back at least 3 days later. If the passenger gets a PCR test, they must quarantine for 14 days, rescheduling the ticket according to the passenger's status after quarantine. Or the entire ticket will be refunded. There are no specific provisions for consumer legal protection for departure cancellations due to failure to complete health care (accelerated testing), but compliance is not limited to Law Number 1 of 2009 concerning Aviation is not achieved. However, passengers as consumers have legal protection under the Consumer Protection Law relating to passenger rights as consumers of air transportation services, and the Civil Code relating to the status of passengers as parties to a transportation contract with airlines.

THE EFFECT OF GIVING GANDASIL D AND WATERING FREQUENCY ON THE GROWTH

Abstract: The research was conducted at the Food Security Office of Medan City Jl. Kramat Indah /Selambo Ujung . The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Gandasil D fertilizer on the growth and yield of pakcoy (Brassica… ssica rapa L), to determine the effect of watering frequency on the growth and yield of pakcoy (Brassica rapa L) and to determine the effect of both on the growth and yield of pakcoy (Brassica rapa L). Based on the results of the study, the treatment of Gandasil D fertilizer had a very significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, wet weight, selling weight with a fertilizer concentration of 3 g / l water and a watering frequency of 1 time in one day compared to 1 time in 3 days of watering and the interaction between the treatment of Gandasil D fertilizer and watering frequency had a significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, wet weight, and selling weight.

Abstract: This study aims to testThe Effect of Working Capital and Leverage on Profitability (Study of Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the Period 2014 - 2018).… The population in this study were all food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. TtechniqueSampling in this study using purposive sampling. Based on the predetermined criteria, the researchers determined 14 food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data were processed using SPSS version 25. The results show that Days of Inventory Outstanding (DIO), Days of Sale Outstanding (DSO), Days of Payable Outstanding (DPO) and DER have a simultaneous effect. On Profitability, shows that DIO, DSO, DPO and DER together are able to increase profitability, DIO has an effect on profitability, DSO has a negative effect on profitability. DPO has no effect on profitability.

Overview of Knowledge of Mothers Who Have New Babies Born 0 -7 Days About Maintenance Umbilical Cord Surgery at Partner Clinic St. Elisabeth College of Health Sciences Medan in 2025

Abstract: Newborns are a crucial transition period from life in the womb to life outside the womb. One important aspect of newborn care is hygienic and proper umbilical cord care, to prevent infections such as neonatal tetanus and&#8230; accelerate the natural process of umbilical cord separation. Mothers' knowledge of umbilical cord care plays a crucial role in the success of such care. This study aims to determine the knowledge of mothers with babies aged 0–7 days regarding umbilical cord care at the Mitra Kerja Clinic of the Santa Elisabeth Health Sciences College in Medan. This study used a quantitative descriptive design with a purposive sampling technique, with 30 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed univariately. The results showed that most mothers had sufficient knowledge (50%), good (36.7%), and poor (13.3%). The majority of respondents were aged 20–35 years (96.7%), <20 years (3.3%), primigravida (56.7%), multigravida (43.3%) and had a high school education (70%), bachelor's degree (16.7%), and diploma (13.3%). Conclusion: Most mothers have sufficient knowledge about umbilical cord care. It is recommended that clinics conduct regular outreach sessions to improve mothers' understanding, and that further research be conducted by adding variables such as occupation and source of information

Comparison Of Giving Three Types Of Honey On Exudate Weight In The Healing Process Of Acute Wounds In Balb/C Mice

Abstract: A wound is an injury where the skin is torn, cut or punctured, or a blunt force trauma causes a contusion. The use of honey as a wound treatment has been widely used, but the comparison of accelerated wound healing using&#8230; three types of honey originating from Indonesia is not yet known. From the results of the study that on days 1 to 7 the MD-NTT group could reduce exudate weight better than the MD-JW, MD-KLM, and K-MD. The conclusion in this study is that the use of honey originating from NTT can be an alternative to healing acute wounds infected with bacteria.
