llenges, such as limited resources, a lack of community capacity in management, and dependence on external parties. This study aims to analyze community empowerment based on local participation through the management of the tourism village, using the community empowerment theory proposed by Jim Ife. The study emphasizes the importance of resource, opportunity, knowledge, and skill indicators in supporting the success of community empowerment. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method, collecting data through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation. The primary informants of the study include community leaders, local business actors, and tourism village managers. The findings reveal that empowerment through resource indicators has increased the income of craft businesses by 150%, from IDR 2 million to IDR 5 million per month. Furthermore, the opportunity indicator successfully opened avenues for the community to manage homestays, increasing income by up to 70% compared to previous levels. The knowledge and skill indicators also proved significant, with more than 90% of the community actively participating in training, which supports the sustainable economy of the tourism village. The conclusion of this study highlights that community empowerment based on local participation has a positive impact on the economic independence of the Panglipuran Village community. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of community empowerment elements with local wisdom values, such as mutual cooperation and cultural preservation. This model contributes not only to economic development but also serves as a best practice example in sustainable local participation-based tourism village management.

In assessing the job prospects of a company in the past and future and assessing the achievements of a company, financial ratio analysis is used which includes liquidity ratios (current ratio), solvency ratios (debt to asset ratio), activity ratios (total asset turnover), profitability ratio (return on equity) and market ratio (earnings per share). This research is descriptive research which is studied quantitatively. The population of the research is all financial reports of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk is listed on the IDX in 2018-2022 period. The sample for this research is the financial position report and comprehensive income statement in 2018-2022 period. Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques. The results of this research found that the overall financial performance of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk in 2018-2022 period based on analysis of liquidity ratios and solvency ratios is in fairly good condition. Meanwhile, profitability ratios and market ratios are in good condition. However, regarding the activity ratio, the condition of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk is still not efficient so it can be said to be not good. This is due to an increase in sales and total assets during the 2018-2022 period. Based on the results of calculations and analysis of financial ratios, it can be concluded that the financial performance of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk in 2018-2022 period experiences growth in various aspects and profitability can increase, making the company profitable.

Dan di dapatkan hasil yaitu 73,28 kVA, 70,67 kW dan 19,41 kVAR dengan nilai cosphi 0,96.

Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan pelatihan di Lapas Cilegon sudah sesuai dengan UU No. Undang-undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelayanan Pemasyarakatan merupakan peraturan perundang-undangan yang positif dan harus dilaksanakan untuk mencapai tujuan pemasyarakatan. Faktor pendukung upaya Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Cilegon dalam mengembangkan keterampilan narapidana antara lain kondisi penjara yang baik, pelatihan narapidana yang bersifat bottom-up, sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, serta pelatihan berbasis keluarga dan pemberian gaji. . distribusi yang digunakan oleh PLN adalah standar SPLN No. 59 Tahun 1985 dan standar SPLN 68-2:1986 yaitu nilai SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index) sebesar 21 jam/pelanggan/tahun dan nilai SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index) sebesar 3,2 kali/pelanggan/tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat keandalan sistem distribusi tenaga listrik di PT. PLN (Persero) Area Balikpapan terutama pada penyulang J4 J5 J6 dengan menghitung nilai SAIDI dan SAIFI selama periode waktu 1 tahun. Data gangguan yang ditinjau adalah data gangguan yang terjadi selama tahun 2018. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh bahwa pada penyulang J4 nilai SAIDI sebesar 21,94 jam/ pelanggan/tahun dan nilai SAIFI sebesar 3.26 kali/ pelanggan/tahun. Pada penyulang J5 nilai SAIDI sebesar 30,09 jam/ pelanggan/ tahun dan nilai SAIFI sebesar 3,99 kali/pelanggan/tahun. Pada penyulang J6 nilai SAIDI sebesar 50,96 jam/pelanggan/ tahun dan nilai SAIFI sebesar 5,24 kali pelanggan/tahun. Dibandingkan terhadap nilai standar SPLN No. 59 Tahun 1985 dan standar SPLN 68-2: 1986 maka nilai indeks keandalan penyulang J4 J5 J6 masih di bawah standar atau dikategorikan sebagai kurang handal.
